Abstract

Energy Efficiency is a business that is carried out with the aim of reducing the amount of energy needed, in using an equipment or even an energy-related system. In its development in the field of lighting, LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamps are now starting to be used as lighting lamps for homes, industries and factories. In Indonesia, the use of LED lamps in lighting is still rarely used, because the price of LED lamps is quite expensive when compared to ordinary lamps. With the saving of electric power through the use of LED lights, the problem of operational costs will be easy to overcome. Indeed, the price of this LED lamp is a little expensive, but with the research on the comparison of the use of this LED lamp with HPL-N type lamps, the industry will consider using this LED lamp with a generally accepted application method to reduce energy expenditure. The previous conditions for Jalan Dolok Merawan used HPLN 250 Watt lamps with a handlebar angle of 24,920 ornaments, the resulting light intensity was 2189 Candela, the intensity of the resulting lighting was 97.94 Lux and has now been changed to make it more optimal to use 120 Watt LED type lights, the height of the pole used is 4 meterss with an ornament handlebar angle of 24.920, light intensity of 1242 Candella, lighting intensity of 55.33 lux. The results of this illumination intensity are in accordance with the standard determined by BSN SNI regarding Collector road class 3-7 Lux. The results achieved after the process of modifying HPL-N lamps to LEDs are that they can reduce the use of electrical energy in the lighting system and achieve efficiency for electric power consumption so that they can provide added value to the company in reducing the company's operational costs.

Abstract

Building infrastructure consisting of several types of alternatives that provide the need for selection of various kinds of assessments for ranking in carrying out repairs. The purpose of this study is to determine the priority order and condition of building quality, which is useful as a reference in improvement activities related to seeing the satisfaction of policy makers. Problems with building quality can result from various factors, one of which is related to facilities, building repairs and their handling which are feared to affect productivity in assessments and influence policy making. Primary data can be used as research data to be included in the decision model and direct observations can be made at the research location for each building in Dilhokseumawe. This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model, to determine the weight of the components obtained from the results of the interest assessment of building components which include the level of building damage, building age, ease of access, building structure, roof structure, building safety level. The results of the analysis show that factors the main consideration is improving the level of building security with a value of 0.297858847, the second ranking is the Building Structure factor with a priority value of 0.257685234%, the third ranking is the Ease of Access factor with a priority value of 0.128154963 and the Fourth is Building Age with a value of 0.076683671%. Finally the Roof Structure with a priority value of 0.072065172%. The results of this study can be used as recommendations for decision making in view of the quality of buildings and buildings.

Abstract

This research aims to classify students and determine eye conditions with normal and partial color blindness by using Naïve Bayes algorithm. The research dataset was obtained from students at SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe. The variables used in this research were 24 Plate Ishihara Tests with data collection techniques by using interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. Total data in this research are 140 data and divided into 110 training data and 30 testing data. The results showed that from 110 data trained, there were 69 students included in the normal group and 41 students included in the partial group. Then, the 30 testing data were tested into the classification system for color blind students using Naïve Bayes Algorithm. The accuracy level of the test results was 86.67% and 13.33% error.

Abstract

Asyfa Krueng Mane Pharmacy is a business entity engaged in the sale of drugs. The drug supply data processing system that was carried out at the Asyfa Krueng Mane Pharmacy still uses ordinary stationery to process drug supply data so that it is deemed less effective and efficient. Therefore, there is a need for an information system that can be used to assist and support the efficiency of the drug data processing process at the Asyfa Krueng Mane Pharmacy using the FEFO (First First Out) method, which is a method that dispenses drugs with shorter expiry dates than drugs with a later expiry date. long. With the application of the FEFO method in the Asyfa Krueng Mane Pharmacy information system, it is hoped that there will be no more accumulation of drugs and drugs with shorter expiration than drugs with longer expiration can be issued in order. As for the research results, you can see the Asyfa Pharmacy and type of Obt001 and type of Paracetamol and drug stock and date of entry and exit.

Abstract

PT. Ika Bina Agro Wisesa (IBAS) is one of the palm oil mills on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. This palm oil factory is located in the village of Guha Uleue, Kuta makmur District, North Aceh District, Aceh province. The problem in this study is to identify and deal with the problems encountered by applying theory and concepts with work and idle calculations carried out using work sampling data on 3 operators in the Drying department. The research was carried out with the work and idle calculation time being carried out for 1 week. All Operators working on the production floor work from 08.00 to 16.00 with breaks from 12.00 to 13.00. The number of minutes from 08.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00 means the total population in this study is 84. The purpose of this study is to analyze the measurement of noise in employees as seen from the effect of noise. The effect of noise will later be used to determine what is the influence of noise by each employee to complete his work in the process department. As for the results of this study there is an analysis of noise measurements using a Sound Level Meter (SLM) which has a noise level between 81.3 dB(A) to 88.9 dB(A). then PT. Ika Bina Agro Wisesa has a hearing protection program contained in the HSE Code of Practice-00612. The results of the study of measuring noise intensity 8 working hours for the operator position on Personal Noise Level dB (A) boiler 84.4, Personal Noise Level dB (A) polishing drum is 81.3, Personal Noise Level dB (A) ripple mill 88.9 and finally Personal Noise Level dB (a) The sterilizer is 67.7. this is in line with the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. 13 of 2011 and the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1827 of 2018 which is used to analyze and control noise in the processing plant area.
