Jurnal Keislaman dengan nomor registrasi ISSN 2777-0176 (media online), ISSN 2798-0200 (media cetak) adalah jurnal yang dikelola oleh Lembaga Pengkajian Islam dan Aswaja (LPIK) Universitas Islam Malang. Fokus jurnal ini pada kajian ke-Islaman Interdisipliner yang mengkaji pada masalah bidang Islam dan sosial, Islam dan hukum, Islam dan politik, Islam dan budaya, Islam dan kesehatan, Islam dan ekonomi, Islam dan teknologi. An-Natiq Jurnal Kajian Islam Interdisipliner terbit sejak bulan April 2021 tepatnya sejak perilisan Volume 1, Nomor 1, Tahun 2021 dan terbit 2 kali dalam satu tahun. Dewan Redaksi mengundang penulis untuk mengirimkan naskah terbaik yang akan diterbitkan dalam Jurnal ini. Editorial menerima artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa English (Bilingual). Setiap artikel yang masuk akan dibaca oleh tim editorial. Artikel yang dievaluasi oleh editor dan dianggap tidak sesuai dengan kriteria jurnal akan ditolak tanpa tinjauan eksternal. Artikel yang kami nilai berpotensi menarik bagi pembaca dikirim ke peer reviewer. Setelah dilakukan review naskah oleh reviewer, naskah akan dikembalikan kepada penulis untuk direvisi. Tim editor membuat keputusan berdasarkan rekomendasi reviewer. Jurnal Kajian Islam Interdisipliner (An-Natiq) adalah jurnal yang dikelola oleh Lembaga Pengkajian Islam dan Kemahasiswaan (LPIK) Universitas Islam Malang. Jurnal AN-NATIQ menerbitkan hasil penelitian atau kajian konseptual yang memiliki spesifikasi bidang pendekatan kajian Islam interdisipliner dalam bidang filsafat, sejarah, agama, sosial politik, sosiologi, antropologi, sains, teknik, psikologi, kesehatan. , ekonomi, lingkungan, teknologi, dan berbagai disiplin ilmu lainnya. Abstract

Hijab has become phenomenal with style and fashion in today's modern era without paying attention to a rule in religion to use it properly. The purpose of this study aims to provide a religious rule in using the hijab for Muslim women with a contemporary form according to the Shari'ah. This method uses descriptive-comparative analysis of the hadith. The results in this paper provide enlightenment to the younger generation of Muslim women using the hijab today, still under the auspices of the religious process and the need for religious education from the family, social environment, and culture to filter the use of the hijab according to Islamic religious regulations. In the hadith of the prophet, it is explained that covering the genitals is an obligation for women when at home, dealing with the opposite sex, and when leaving the house, these three things have their hijab limitations for Muslim women in wearing them.

Abstract

YouTuber is one of the jobs that millennials are increasingly interested in. Although the income generated is not still like an employee, but there are some YouTubers who are able to gain income up to  billion as well. A lot of income, becomes a study for the rules of zakat profession, where there are rights that must be excluded from the income obtained. Zakat on profession is part of zakat  mal and becomes a contemporary of fiqh, so a lot of controversion in there. The controversion is part of the prudence of the scholars in establishing the sharia law of zakat on profession, one of which is used  qiyas. This research aims to find out the sharia law of zakat on profession for youtuber by using qiyas of  zakat on gold. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach that focused on the study of literature. The results of the analysis showed that by qiyas of zakat on gold, Muslim YouTubers are obliged to issue zakat on proffesion if the net income obtained if it reaches the nisab of gold, which is 85 grams of gold with a level of 2.5% and reaches haul.

Abstract

Negative characters have been displayed by the Indonesian people under the pretext of being right to do including Muslim women who began to show their expertise in swaying to the audience through the Tik Tok application, this is certainly far from the Muslimah character contained in the Qur'an, especially QS. AL-Ahzab verses 32, 33, and 59. So as to invite the creation of interaction of the opposite sex that should not be. This research is a literature study or library research conducted through review and analysis of data relevant to books, e-books, journals, and other literature as data sources. The results of the study are that the use of Tik Tok applications without purpose and just follow the trend so that it always looks current has a less good and detrimental impact. The impact of the dance causes Muslimah aurat to be seen easily, especially curves, encrusted, to invite slander that can harm themselves. While men must always keep their views in order to analyze the emergence of interactions that should not be done between the opposite sex. To stay away from these things as Muslims need to understand the values contained in the teachings of Islam.

Abstract

In responding to the anxiety of Muslim minority communities in the West who are faced with dilemma choices. On the one hand, they are required to obey the teachings of Islam, but on the other hand they are faced with the reality of how difficult it is to practice Islamic teachings according to the guidance of the majority of Muslims. Therefore, Sheikh Yusuf al-Qardhawi initiated Fiqh al-Aqalliyat which can be a guide for Muslim minorities in the West. However, there are some Muslim scholars who use Fiqh al-Aqalliyat as a justification for shifting ushul fiqh towards maqashid al-syari'ah, even though both are very important to produce beneficial laws that do not come out of the Shari'a. For this reason, this article will examine the Fiqh of al-Aqaliyat Sheikh Yusuf al-Qardhawi. With literature-type research, it can be concluded, Sheikh al-Qardhawi is very concerned with the realization of benefits for humans which is the core of maqashid al-syari'ah. This can be seen from the basis of the arguments and foundations of Fiqh al-Aqaliyat, as well as the existence of important principles in ijtihad. All of this shows the balance of postulates with textual nash that are often used in ushul fiqh, and contextual maqashid al-syari'ah.

Abstract

BHR (Badan Hisab Rukyat) North Sumatra Province revealed that it is oftentimes for qibla direction of mosques in Medan City which does not face the Ka’bah or Masjidil Haram, but to the west and South Africa. This attracted the author's attention to examine the qibla direction of mosques in Medan City, especially As Salam Mosque Medan Sunggal. This research aims to find out how to measure the Qibla direction using Kompas Kiblat RHI instrument so that it is known as the qibla azimuth of As Salam Mosque Medan Sunggal. This research uses a qualitative analysis technique by describing the results of measuring qibla direction of As Salam Mosque in Medan Sunggal using Kompas Kiblat RHI instrument. After measuring, it is known that the Qibla azimuth of As Salam Mosque Medan Sunggal is 292o 47' 09.83" UTSB (North–East–South–West).

Abstract

The mosque is the first building built by the Prophet Muhammad, after making the hijra to Medina. The mosque in the early days of Islam had a multifunction which was not limited to its function only as a place for the implementation of the Mahdhah worship but also as a place for the Gairu Mahdhah worship. Thus, it can be seen that in terms of its historical roots, the mosque has functioned in such a way, not only as a place of special worship, but has also functioned in worldly affairs, which are oriented towards fostering human resources. Today, if we observe, the use of the mosque is slightly different from what the Prophet had exemplified in the early days of Islam. In the Messenger of Allah, the mosque functioned as a center for the development of civilization, not only for worship, because every problem and idea to improve the people was resolved in the mosque. So it is only natural that the mosque is returned to its original function which is the central point of the presence of a great civilization in Islamic history. So that activities in the mosque are not only a place to carry out the main worship but must also be the birthplace of knowledge, cultural centers, social activities, developing the economy, running politics, as well as a place to revive the arts.

Abstract

Kemiskinan dilukiskan sebagai kurangnya pendapatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup yang pokok, seperti pangan, papan, pakaian sebagai tempat berteduh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan perilaku beragama masyarakat miskin dan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kemiskinan terhadap perilaku beragama masyarakat miskin. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskripsi kualitatif dengan melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu perilaku beragama pada masyarakat miskin berbeda-beda antara masyarakat miskin yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman ilmu agama pada setiap masyarakat miskin. Masyarakat miskin yang memiliki pemahaman ilmu agama yang baik dapat mengaktualisasikan nilai-nilai agama pada perilakunya, sedangkan masyarakat miskin yang tidak memahami ilmu agama tidak dapat mengaktualisasikan nilai-nilai agama pada perilaku beragamanya, oleh karena itu kemiskinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku beragama masyarakat, melainkan pengetahuan mengenai ilmu agamalah yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku beragama pada masyarakat miskin.

Abstract

The Book of Allah is the source of legislation and the source of Islamic islamic islamic provisions, and the Qur'an has approached several methods and means to correct behavior and guide man to the right path, with the statement of halal and haram, and the Qur'an has taken the style of stories to show what is meant and guide people to the right, and scholars of interpretation and jurists in this area in particular, because it is the basis of the evaluation of the nation and the establishment of an Islamic generation on the approach of the Book and the Prophet's Sunnah. The objectives of this research mean (1) to know the formation of the features of education and advocacy identified by the scholars of interpretation, (2) to know the formation of the methods of education and advocacy derived from the books of interpretation, (3) to find out the impact of advocacy education and its foundations in the Islamic society. The researcher used the type of descriptive office search. The way data is collected in this research is documentation. The data used in this research are preliminary data that prophetic and secondary data after obtaining the data. The researcher analyzed the data using miles and Huberman model analysis techniques. The results of this research mean (1) that the parameters of education and educators must follow the example of prophets and apostles, (2) the methods of education and advocacy derived from the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah, (3) that advocacy education has great benefits, benefits the individual and society, and raises generations a valid education on the platform of prophecy.
