Jurnal Keislaman dengan nomor registrasi ISSN 2777-0176 (media online), ISSN 2798-0200 (media cetak) adalah jurnal yang dikelola oleh Lembaga Pengkajian Islam dan Aswaja (LPIK) Universitas Islam Malang. Fokus jurnal ini pada kajian ke-Islaman Interdisipliner yang mengkaji pada masalah bidang Islam dan sosial, Islam dan hukum, Islam dan politik, Islam dan budaya, Islam dan kesehatan, Islam dan ekonomi, Islam dan teknologi. An-Natiq Jurnal Kajian Islam Interdisipliner terbit sejak bulan April 2021 tepatnya sejak perilisan Volume 1, Nomor 1, Tahun 2021 dan terbit 2 kali dalam satu tahun. Dewan Redaksi mengundang penulis untuk mengirimkan naskah terbaik yang akan diterbitkan dalam Jurnal ini. Editorial menerima artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa English (Bilingual). Setiap artikel yang masuk akan dibaca oleh tim editorial. Artikel yang dievaluasi oleh editor dan dianggap tidak sesuai dengan kriteria jurnal akan ditolak tanpa tinjauan eksternal. Artikel yang kami nilai berpotensi menarik bagi pembaca dikirim ke peer reviewer. Setelah dilakukan review naskah oleh reviewer, naskah akan dikembalikan kepada penulis untuk direvisi. Tim editor membuat keputusan berdasarkan rekomendasi reviewer. Jurnal Kajian Islam Interdisipliner (An-Natiq) adalah jurnal yang dikelola oleh Lembaga Pengkajian Islam dan Kemahasiswaan (LPIK) Universitas Islam Malang. Jurnal AN-NATIQ menerbitkan hasil penelitian atau kajian konseptual yang memiliki spesifikasi bidang pendekatan kajian Islam interdisipliner dalam bidang filsafat, sejarah, agama, sosial politik, sosiologi, antropologi, sains, teknik, psikologi, kesehatan. , ekonomi, lingkungan, teknologi, dan berbagai disiplin ilmu lainnya. Jurnal An-Natiq membuka peluang bagi peneliti untuk berkontribusi terkait disiplin keilmuan yang bermanfaat bagi perkembangan keilmuan dan kemajuan peradaban Islam.

<![CDATA[The progress of a nation can be seen from the level of legal awareness of its citizens. The higher the legal awareness of the population of a country, the more orderly the life of society and state will be. This research has a problem formulation: What is the importance of legal socialization in society? What are the inhibiting factors for the socialization of law in society? Basically, the Indonesian people know and understand the law, but they are also consciously committing acts that violate the law. Narcotics users and dealers know that consuming and distributing narcotics against the law is a criminal act, but the fact is that the act is still being committed. The legal awareness of the Indonesian people is still weak which is synonymous with lawlessness. The next factor is the means or facilities that support law enforcement. Without certain means or facilities, it is impossible for the efforts to eradicate narcotics crime to proceed smoothly. These facilities or facilities include, among others, human resources, good organization, adequate equipment and space, adequate finance, and so on.]]>

Ekonomi Islam tidak hanya dipahami secara historis, tetapi juga telah menjadi fenomena kompleks. <![CDATA[The issue of abortion is still a serious problem in the social reality of people's lives, including in our country in Indonesia. As stated by the Indonesian Child Protection Commissioner (KPAI) for Health and Drug Use to provide on illegal abortion in the world or in Indonesia. In 2016 there were around 56 million abortion women, 2018 decreased to 42 million, while in Indonesia there were around 2 million abortion cases. In this paper systemically will be discussed various ethical foundations of Islam about human reproduction, then the search for the position of abortion-ethical law in various Islamic perspectives which in this case is more emphasized on the results of ijtihad four Imam Mazhab where in the context of Indonesia-ness more dominantly applied the opinions of Imam Shafi'i and MUI. The answer to this abortion case is that abortion is not only underestimated as merely halal and haram in its law but must be considered between the text and its social reality so that the Qur'an and Al-Hadith truly become guidelines for Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin for humans .]]>

<![CDATA[Islam is a religion that upholds peace. However, all of this becomes a dilemma and problematic when extremist groups carry out their actions in the name of religion. This study intends to answer the question of how to reduce the level of religious-based radicalism in Indonesia. This research is a literature study, namely research that is focused on research based on references to the deradicalization of Islam. The method used is a descriptive analysis method with content analysis techniques. The results of this study are the values contained in the verses of the Qur'an about Pancasila are in harmony and support each other, so that every Muslim must be upheld in order to become a Wasathan Ummatan and not be trapped in Islamic radicalism.]]>

<![CDATA[Mujahadah phenomen in each pondok pesantren nowadays has already become a trend in pesanten society. As a tradition in one of pesantren at Ngaglik Sub-district Sleman Regency is that Mujahadah Hasyran tradition is relate with Merapi Mountain eruption which had happened approximately in the middle of 2010’s end. And than this Mujahadah continuously exist until now after doing Maghrib prayer and became a compulsory habit in Pondok Pesantren Sunan Pandanaran. The main of this event is recitating Surah al-Hasyr. Mujahadah Hasyran is also involved Hadits Text. The existence of Hadist is also called important, because hadist's role is for explaining some cases in Qur'an. The aim of Mujahadah is for security and make a peace soul for the victims. In this research of hadist, researchist used social construction theory which written by Peter L. Berger. Research’s theory is a construction in Mujahadah Hasyran comprehension in dialect concept contained in three steps, they are externalization, objectification, and internalization. According to the result of research, it can be implied that tradition isn't come without a cause, meanwhile it's for security that has been noted above. Based on study living hadis, this tradition relates with Imam Tirmidzi in his Sunan book.]]>

<![CDATA[The pilgrimage to the grave is a tradition that has been rooted for generations passed down from the ancestors of the Muslim archipelago. In the tradition of the people of Dukuhtengah, Brebes there is a tradition of pilgrimage to the graves of local clerics which is usually held on Friday night Kliwon. The grave visited is the grave of a pious person and is known as a Wali named Sheikh Al-Badawi. The researcher uses Emile Durkheim's theory of sacredness (sacred). This grave is considered sacred by many people, because Sheikh Al-Badawi is considered to have karomah. The result of this study indicate that the tradition of pilgrimage to the grave of Sheikh Al-Badawi with all its ubarampe indicates sacred behavior carried out by pilgrims to the grave, besides that this tradition has legitimacy from the authority of the local ulama, of course, in order to strengthen and preserve the tradition of visiting the graves in Ketanggungan, Brebes.]]>

<![CDATA[Prisoners are people who are imprisoned due to their actions that violate the law and are God's imperfect creations as well as social beings who need other people to live. Correctional institutions have the task of fostering prisoners, including guiding in religious studies so that when they are free, convicts can have the quality of piety to God Almighty and have good attitudes and behavior so that they can return to society. The problem taken in this paper is how the influence of religious guidance on prisoners in the process of religious studies at the Class I Penitentiary. This writing aims to determine the effect of religious studies on prisoners. This writing is to provide an overview and explanation of how religious studies are conducted on prisoners and add to the knowledge of sociology from a religious perspective. This research is included in the field research and is descriptive. Methods of data collection in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this paper indicate the influence of religious guidance on prisoners. The influence is in the form of changes felt by inmates, including increasing the quality of piety to God Almighty, improving attitudes and behavior of prisoners, and solving problems experienced by inmates.]]>

<![CDATA[The practice of waqf in Madura is still dominated by legal acts of waqf whose object of waqf is land, as contained in the Waqf Information System. However, in practice it’s still found that waqf is carried out underground. The public's reluctance to do waqf officially causes the waqf assets to not have authentic evidence in the form of waqf land certificates. The purpose of the study was to analyze the legal protection efforts for unregistered waqf assets in Madura through the filing of a Itsbat Waqf case at the Religious Courts as in the determination of the Pamekasan Religious Court Number: 0664/Pdt.P/2017/PA.Pmk regarding Itsbat Waqf. The research method used is qualitative with a normative juridical approach and secondary data sources are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The results of this study indicate that before the enactment of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf, legal acts of waqf in Madura which are not known to meet the administrative requirements of waqf can cause conflicts or disputes and can interfere with the process of utilizing waqf assets. The Religious Courts as the executor of judicial power should be able to make proactive efforts in safeguarding unrecorded waqf assets through the application for the Itsbat Waqf case. This research has limitations because it was conducted through a literature review alone, so research is needed through a field study.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic moderation is a hot topic that is always discussed in Indonesia. Many things that mingle are still contradicted. Therefore, herein lies the importance of understanding the moderation of Islam in Indonesia by using research types of literature. In the results it is concluded that Islamic moderation is a form of middle ground without disputing. The history of Islamic moderation cannot be separated from historical figures such as Wali Songo who spread Islam without coercion and still maintain tolerance both religiously and culturally This paper aims to find out about Islamic moderation in Indonesia, as a manifestation of the development of moderate Islam in the era of globalization. Then the author will also explain about: (1) Understanding Moderation in Islam, (2) History of the Development of Islamic Moderation in Indonesia, (3) Figures and Thoughts on Islamic Moderation in Indonesia, (4) Forms of Islamic Moderation in Indonesia. At the end of this paper, the author will also conclude that the relevance of Islam in Indonesia has the concept of Nusantara Islam in which there is tolerance for differences, appreciation that has been made since the beginning, progress with the times, and freedom in decision making in Islamic law.]]>
