This research is basically a study carried out in order to map community participation in the management of Islamic education institutions, in this case as implemented by the Yayasan Islam Bahrul Ulum Blawi Karangbinangun Lamongan, the selection of this location is based on the initial assumption that the institution implements the community plays an active role in the development of Islamic Education institutions. The study in this study relates to: (1) The pattern of community participation in the development of Islamic educational institutions at the Yayasan Islam Bahrul Ulum Blawi Karangbinangun Lamongan? (2) What is the level of success of the model pattern of community participation in the development of Islamic educational institutions at the Yayasan Islam Bahrul Ulum Blawi Karangbinangun Lamongan? The method used is field research, with qualitative research research that aims to gain an understanding of social reality through inductive thinking processes related to the involvement of researchers in the situations and phenomena under study, the data needed is the field and literature. The data collection method uses Triangulation data with observation, interviews, questionnaires and document studies. The Result of this reseach, Management developed by the Yayasan Islam Bahrul Ulum is participatory management with an open management system, through several things, including deliberation, joint work, and mutual support between the foundation as the manager, and the community in general as charity investors and jariyah, in this case the community is also a supervisor on the management system of Islamic education institutions. By involving the community participation in this model, the community indirectly feels that they have ownership and share in the development of Islamic education programs, so that school management or foundations feel they have a responsibility to the community, both material and non-material.

This research aims to identify the model of waqf asset management by religious leaders figure (kyai) in Madura, which serves to supports and optimization asset waqf utility nationally that has not been well empowered. This study focus on, (1) knowing the management and development of waqf capital assets by Kyai as Nazhir in Bangkalan, (2) to find out the analysis off waqf asset development model in order to increase benefit of waqf assets in Bangkalan. This research uses qualitative approach. Data retieval techniques with documentation, in-depth interviews on the management of waqf asset in Bangkalan, which using component analysis on waqf core principles standards.The results of the research showed that waqf assets managed by kyai were transfered to posterity without going through the changing nazhir process, which impacted on the unfulfilled aspects on waqf development, which based on aspects of knowledge, training recruitment, rewards, and aspects of coaching and supervision

Jabatan Notaris sebagai jabatan profesi di dalam memberikan jasa (pelayanan) kepada masyarakat, menuntut pentingnya ditentukan suatu norma atau standarisasi di dalam pelaksanaan tugas, kewenangan, dan kewajibannya. Notaris dituntut untuk tetap menjaga perilaku, martabat dan kehormatan sebagai pejabat umum mengingat pentingnya peranan dan kedudukan Notaris dalam masyarakat. Etika dan pertanggunjawaban moral profesi notaris merupakan dasar penegakan kode etik profesi notaris yang telah tertuang dalam undangundang jabatan notaris. Notaris hakikatnya sebagai pejabat umum yang berwenang untuk membuat akta autentik mengenai semua perbuatan, perjanjian, dan ketetapan. Seseorang yang menjabat sebagai notaris harus mematuhi undang-undang jabatan notaris dan berpegang pada kode etik notaris. Dalam menjalankan jabatanya untuk melayani kepentingan masyarakat sudah sepatutnya menjaga harkat dan martabatnya serta tidak melakukan pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan dalam jabatan notaris. Namun dalam prakteknya notaris sering terlibat perkara pidana maupun perdata yang disebabkan oleh kelalaian atapun pelanggaran dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Adanya undang-undang No. 2 Tahun 2014 dan Kode Etik Notaris Tahun 2015 diharapkan dapat menjebatani para profesi notaris dalam menjalankan tugasnya dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan menerapkan moral didalamnya secara menyeluruh. Sehingga profesi notaris menjadi profesi yang tegak dengan kode etiknya.

Abstrak: Pandemi COVID-19 adalah krisis kesehatan yang sedang menjadi perhatian negara-negara di dunia saat ini. COVID-19 merupakan penyakit yang belum pernah teridentifikasi sebelumnya pada manusia yang disebabkan oleh virus Sars-CoV-2. Menyebarnya COVID-19 di Indonesia menyebabkan Indonesia perlu melakukan pembatasan sosial untuk mencegah meningkatnya jumlah pasien COVID-19. Pembatasan sosial menyebabkan terganggunya beberapa aktivitas di berbagai bidang, terutama di bidang pendidikan. Kajian yang dilakukan dalam penyusunan paper mengacu pada 10 artikel terbaru pada tahun 2020 yang membahas tentang permasalahan yang sedang terjadi saat ini, berkaitan dengan dampak COVID-19 terhadap pembelajaran online menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review. Proses pengkajian 10 artikel ini diklasifikasi menjadi 3 kelompok sub topik. Berdasarkan kajian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil pembelajaran online di era pandemi COVID-19 sangat memacu pertumbuhan pembelajaran online yang memudahkan dalam proses belajar mengajar, namun jika dinilai dari perubahan sikap siswa, sistem tersebut lebih menunjukkan sisi negatif, sehingga diperlukan adanya evaluasi terkait pembelajaran online oleh pemerintah Kata kunci: Covid-19, pembelajaran online, Systematic Literature Review(SLR)Abstract: COVID-19 pandemic is a health crisis that currently has been becoming the concern of countries in the world. COVID-19 is a disease that has never been previously identified in humans, which is caused by the Sars-CoV-2 virus. The spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia has made this country need to do social distancing to prevent the increasing number of COVID-19 patients. This social distancing has disrupted several activities in various fields, especially in the field of education. The paper done refers to 10 current articles in 2020 that discuss current problems, with the COVID-19 impact of online learning using Systematic Literature Review method. The review process of these 10 articles was classified into 3 sub-topic groups. Based on the studies that had been carried out, the result of online learning in the COVID-19 pandemic era has greatly accelerated the growth of online learning which eases the teaching and learning process. However, if it is judged by the changes in the students’ attitudes, the system shows more of negative sides. Therefore, there should be an evaluation related to the online learning by the government.Keywords: Covid-19, online learning, Systematic Literature Review (SLR)

Education is one of the instruments in realizing family resilience in supporting national development. For the Madurese community in general, religious education has very strong roots. This research was conducted in order to identify the level of family resilience through religious education, which functions as a measurable and structured aspect of family welfare for salt farmers. This qualitative research uses interviews, observation and documentation as data collection instruments. The results showed that the level of family resilience from the economic, social and cultural side shows the Resistance index for the whole family, on the other hand, for single families it shows the index of less resistance, this also has an impact on the sustainability of Islamic religious education for children in salt farmer families; namely family expectations, availability of sources and internalization of religious values in the life of whole families and single families. For nuclear families, the fulfillment of the variable of family resilience development has a role in supporting the continuity of religious education for children, such as the facilities and attention that leads to the emergence of children's habits within the scope of salt farming families.

The practice of waqf in Madura is still dominated by legal acts of waqf whose object of waqf is land, as contained in the Waqf Information System. However, in practice it’s still found that waqf is carried out underground. The public's reluctance to do waqf officially causes the waqf assets to not have authentic evidence in the form of waqf land certificates. The purpose of the study was to analyze the legal protection efforts for unregistered waqf assets in Madura through the filing of a Itsbat Waqf case at the Religious Courts as in the determination of the Pamekasan Religious Court Number: 0664/Pdt.P/2017/PA.Pmk regarding Itsbat Waqf. The research method used is qualitative with a normative juridical approach and secondary data sources are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The results of this study indicate that before the enactment of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf, legal acts of waqf in Madura which are not known to meet the administrative requirements of waqf can cause conflicts or disputes and can interfere with the process of utilizing waqf assets. The Religious Courts as the executor of judicial power should be able to make proactive efforts in safeguarding unrecorded waqf assets through the application for the Itsbat Waqf case. This research has limitations because it was conducted through a literature review alone, so research is needed through a field study.

In this study, the researcher analyzed sociologically Islamic law regarding waqf practices that occurred in the kyai's family in Bangkalan. Waqf in the Kyai's family, namely waqf that occurs in one family or the nazhir is the same person as the wakif or from the same family as the wakif. Therefore, it is necessary to study the topic of how the practice of waqf in the Kyai's family in Bangkalan Regency, the majority of which have family waqf practices, including those from the Kyai's family. This study uses a qualitative approach, while data collection uses interviews and observations as well as documentation studies. And from this study it can be concluded that waqf in the Kyai's family, the practice of waqf in the Kyai's family in Bangkalan Regency is indeed like a tradition or culture that cannot be separated. This is due to the existence of patterns of behavior (law) of citizens, laws and behavior patterns as creations and manifestations of social groups, and the reciprocal relationship between changes in law and social and cultural changes. . In addition, the influence of Islamic law on society and changes in society and also the influence of change and development of society on Islamic legal thought which has been mentioned in the sociological thought of Islamic law.

One of the renewal method of Islamic family law is by rereading the Holy Qurâ€™an translation, or reinterpretation, so that it can be got the new meaning of some meanings having existed previously. Hermeneutics in this case, is used to express the interpretation of the An-Nisaâ€™ verse: 34 or it can be known with the qawwÃ¢mah verse, discussing about the authority of the man (husband) to the woman in the family, having consequences and particular special thing also.By doing this effort, in renewing Islamic family law in Indonesia also has sensitivity of the gender, in where the understanding of the leadership position in this qawwÃ¢mah verse is as a social responsibility, and the leadership description is as descriptive context to the descending the verse, as the effort of the forming a family of the sakiÃ®nah, mawaddah, wa rahmah, that always bases on Al-Qurâ€™an and Sunnah.
