Abstract

The current spread of the COVID-19 outbreak is so fast, causing the world to be in a state of emergency, so that the World Health Organization or WHO has declared the current status of world health in danger. Health workers as the frontline have a very important role in handling COVID-19, where they are in direct contact with infected patients/people so they are very vulnerable to being exposed and infected by the virus, which causes health workers to experience anxiety. The reason is that health workers experience anxiety because they are afraid of being infected with the virus and spreading it to their families. High anxiety can affect the body's immune system to decrease, so that health workers are more at risk of contracting it. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the anxiety of health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Baubau city regional public hospital . This research method used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design with a population of 274 people using a proportional random sampling technique, amounting to 163 people. Statistical test using the Chi square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the use of personal protective equipment and anxiety with p value = 0.000 <0.005, there was a relationship between marital status and anxiety with p value = 0.003 <0.005 and there was a relationship between knowledge and anxiety with p value = 0.000 <0.005

Abstract

The Corona virus disease (Covid-19) has been declared a global pandemic by WHO, with an alarming level of spread and severity. In order to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19, a good knowledge of the prevention of Covid-19 is needed in all elements of society so that people are able to make decisions in proper behavior to break the chain of Covid-19 transmission. This study aims to determine the Correlation between socio-demography and social media access with knowledge of Covid-19 prevention in coastal communities in Wawolesea sub-district in 2020. The research method used a cross sectional study approach with a sample of 272 people who were selected by using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. Statistical test using the Chi-square test. The results showed that the knowledge of the coastal community in the wawolesea sub-district about the prevention of Covid-19 was in the quite category of 228 (83.8%) and in the poor category of 44 (16.2%), it was found that there was no correlation between work (p value = 0.657> 0 , 05) with knowledge of Covid-19 prevention, on the other hand there is a correlation between age (p value = 0.000 <0.05), education level (p value = 0.000 <0.05) and access to social media (p value = 0.000 <0, 05 with knowledge of Covid-19 prevention. It is hoped that the local health center should provide more frequent counseling through existing media or making posters about Covid-19 prevention which can be used as information for the public to prevent the incidence of     Covid-19.

The data was analyzed univariately and bivariate using Chi square test. The results of the study at a confidence level of 95%, showed there is a link between knowledge (ρValue = 0.002) family support (ρValue = 0.000) the role of health worker (ρValue = 0.000) with Covid-19 prevention compliance. Abstract

Fe tablets are mineral tablets that the body needs for the formation of red blood cells. Fe tablets are very important for pregnant women because they have functions such as increasing the intake of nutrients in the fetus and preventing anemia. Compliance with pregnant women to consume Fe tablets is the behavior of mothers in consuming Fe tablets regularly. The purpose of this study was to find out more about the compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets in the Bajo tribe in the work area of the Mata Puskesmas, Kessilampe Village, Kendari City. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection techniques through interviews and observations to find out more about maternal compliance in consuming Fe tablets. The subjects of this study were 5 pregnant women who were key informants. Retrieval of data sources on informants was carried out by purposive sampling, namely sampling techniques with certain considerations, namely that the data source is considered to know best about what is expected so that it makes it easier for researchers to explore the object under study. The results showed that most of the pregnant women of the Bajo tribe in the work area of the Eye Health Center were obedient to consuming Fe tablets regularly, and there was a close relationship between maternal compliance in consuming Fe tablets with knowledge, motivation, and family support of pregnant women. Positive behavior in pregnant women will have an impact on obedient actions in consuming Fe tablets, if pregnant women have good knowledge about the importance of Fe tablets, pregnant women will be more obedient to consume them and pregnant women also need to motivate themselves and get support from their closest family in particular. husbands to be more obedient in consuming Fe tablets.

The general purpose of this study was to see the relationship between online learning during the pandemic and the stress level of students at Halu Oleo University in 2020. This study was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study used a proportional stratified random sampling technique of 366 people. Statistical test using Chi square test, collected by questionnaire method using google form. The results showed the level of stress in students of the University of Halu Oleo Kendari in 2020 who experienced low stress was 357 respondents (97.5%) and severe stress was 9 respondents (2.5%). From bold learning media (p value = 0.468), bold learning implementation (p value = 0.005), courageous learning time (p value = 0.037) and courageous learning locations (p value = 0.049). shows that there is no significant relationship between bold learning and stress levels in students.

Abstract

The Perception Health Belief Model (HBM) explains that responses to comply with and respond to health health protocols can affect the increase in cases of COVID-19. Good preventive behavior will start from people's perceptions of these health behaviors. Good behavior can be an effort to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. Public compliance with health behavior is influenced by many factors, including knowledge, perceptions, emotions, motivation, and the environment. This study aims to determine the factors associated with compliance with the COVID-19 protocol in the people of Baubau City. This study used a cross sectional approach using simple random sampling technique, amounting to 420 people. Statistical test using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that 86 (20.5%) respondents with poor adherence found that there was a significant relationship with perceived vulnerability (p-value 0.000 <0.05), perceived resistance (p-value 0.000 <0.05) and guidance. act (p-value 0.000 <0.05), on the other hand there is no significant relationship with perceived severity (p-value 0.732> 0.05) and perceived benefits (p-value 0.701> 0.05). Conclusion: Individual knowledge about how risky a disease is can lead to taking preventive measures, other things that influence individuals not to carry out an action because of the many obstacles they feel and there are clues or motivations that make individuals take action. It was found that there was a significant relationship with perceived vulnerability (p-value 0.000 <0.05), perceived barrier (p-value 0.000 <0.05) and action instructions (p-value 0.000 <0.05), otherwise there was no a significant relationship with perceived severity (p-value 0.732> 0.05) and perceived benefits (p-value 0.701> 0.05). Suggestions for the community to maintain and improve themselves and be more productive by not forgetting the COVID-19 protocol, and for health institutions to further optimize the approach to the community and provide updated information so that people not only have better responses but also have good attitudes and behaviors in the prevention of COVID-19.
