Abstract

In accordance with Article 1 paragraph 9 of Law No. 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education, lecturers are mandated to fulfill the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, one of which is community service. Community service is an expression of the university's responsibility to society and the application of scientific knowledge within the community. As an entity within the realm of higher education, UNISSULA has an obligation to actively engage in community service activities with the aim of assisting the community in addressing various challenges. In this context, UNISSULA recognizes the emergence of new challenges within the community amid the widespread impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, namely the phenomenon of self-isolation. The handling of patients undergoing self-isolation often requires special attention. Therefore, UNISSULA deems it necessary to respond to this issue through community service activities. This community service report will document UNISSULA's concrete efforts to contribute to the community regarding the handling of self-isolation. Through a scientific approach and the application of knowledge, UNISSULA aims to provide relevant and effective solutions to address this issue. It is hoped that this activity can serve as a tangible example of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education that has a positive impact on the welfare of the community around UNISSULA.

Abstract

criminal law, the resolution of criminal acts is through nonlitigation channels with the terms penal mediation and restorative justice. Penal mediation is a process to reconcile the disputing parties. Mediation is an alternative method and way of resolving a dispute in which the disputing parties submit the resolution to the mediator with the aim of obtaining a fair result that is acceptable to the disputing parties. In this case, the mediator explains the role of mediating between the disputing parties. This role is realized through the mediator's task of actively assisting the parties in providing a correct understanding of the dispute they are facing and providing the best alternative solution for resolving the dispute proposed by the mediator. Meanwhile, restorative justice is an approach that focuses more on the direct participation of perpetrators, victims and the community in the process of resolving criminal cases. This community service in assisting the mediation process for criminal acts of abuse aims to provide the best solution for the parties involved so that it does not lead to further legal proceedings.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah kegiatan yang mencakup upaya-upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia antara lain dalam hal perluasan wawasan, pengetahuan maupun peningkatan keterampilan yang dilakukan oleh sivitas akademika sebagai perwujudan dharma bakti serta wujud kepedulian untuk berperan aktif meningkatkankesejahteraan dan memberdayakan masyarakat luas. Berdasarkan data Stunting pemerintah Kabupaten Sampang pada tahun 2021-2022 bahwa Desa Pulau Mandangin memiliki prevelensi stunting yang masih tinggi (>30%)1,maka Institut Agama Islam bekerja sama dengan BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Timur melalui peran KPM dengan fokus pengabdian yang telah ditetapkan yaitu berkaitan dengan tema stunting. Kegiatan penyuluhan, sosialisasi dan edukasi di beberapa Lembaga Pendidikan di Desa Pulau Mandangin adalah salah satu upaya dalam menggerakkan fungsi dari Posyandu Remaja dalam mengembangkan gerakan generasi anti stunting di Desa Pulau Mandangin. Dalam kegiatan tersebut, mahasiswa IAI NATA peserta KPM 2023 POSKO 1 mengajak siswa dan siswi dalam mencegah terjadinya stunting dengan menyadarkan akan pentingnya dalam mengkonsumsi nutrisi dan gizi yang baik dan seimbang, serta sanitasi dan mencegah anemia dengan pola hidup yang sehat dan pola makan yang tepat.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) bertujuan untuk mengembangkan seluruh potensi anak agar mereka dapat berfungsi sebagai manusia yang utuh sesuai dengan budaya dan falsafah bangsanya. KB Baital Hamdi Sampang adalah lembaga yang didirikan untuk menyediakan sumber daya manusia berkualitas. Kualitas sumber daya manusia yang tinggi akan meningkatkan kualitas negara. Oleh karena itu, meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia tak terlepas dari pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembiayaan pendidikan di KB Baital Hamdi Sampang melibatkan mereka dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait penyusunan rencana anggaran belanja. Ini dilakukan melalui musyawarah untuk mencapai mufakat dengan tahapan analisis permasalahan, potensi, dan kepentingan masyarakat. Masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam pembiayaan biaya modal maupun operasional dengan cara hadir dalam pertemuan wali murid, rapat panitia pembangunan gedung KB Baital Hamdi Sampang, serta pertemuan lainnya di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

This study discusses Family Planning in the environment of the Nurud Dholam Palengaan Laok Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School Foundation which follows the Family Planning program has reasons to form a Harmonious family. The reasons for the family congregation are based on economic, health and psychological reasons. The reason is because it has a positive impact so that children's education is fulfilled optimally, they love each other, understand each other and all members understand their rights and obligations. Likewise, from the negative impact side, families who implement Family Planning, namely preventing pregnancy, are equally permitted, as long as the method does not harm health. Along with the development and progress achieved and known by mankind. It turns out that many tools, methods and facilities are found that are similar to 'Azl as used by the Jamaah Jamaah in the Nurud Dholam Palengaan Laok Islamic Boarding School Foundation environment to prevent pregnancy. One of the modern methods used by the Jamaah is the Hormonal method (Pills and Injections) which has side effects on the health of KB acceptors, health will be disturbed such as coughing, obesity and others. The goal is to maximize their children's education.

Abstract

The payroll and reward system is a payment system for services provided by employees whose salaries are paid monthly. Payroll is very important, because employees are very sensitive to errors in terms of unfair payroll. To maintain high employee morale, the company must pay employee salaries and rewards accurately and on time. This study aims to determine the payroll and reward system at the Al-Mahbub Cooperative. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The data sources in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While in the data management process, data reduction, data presentation and verification are carried out. The data validity test used is the credibility test. The results of the study indicate that (1) the payroll and reward system process at the Al-Mahbub cooperative is good, namely it is carried out accurately and on time. where salary recording is done through an application so that it is easy to record. Direct salary payments through employee accounts in a non-cash manner every month, this can be said to be an effective salary payment method. The payroll system according to Mulyadi consists of the documents used, accounting records used, payroll procedures, and functions used in the payroll system are also good. (2) the payroll and reward system at the Al-Mahbub cooperative is in accordance with existing regulations. Because the payroll system uses the principles of justice and truth. It is said to be fair because it assesses based on employee performance, paying attention to work period, work risks and workload. In addition, salaries are also checked for the accuracy of the calculation. The payroll system in improving employee performance is that it is not only salary that motivates employees to improve their performance, there are still other factors, namely rewards are given at the end of each year for exemplary employees.
