nterdisciplinary Social Studies (ISS) is an interdisciplinary publication of social studies and writing which publishes papers to international audiences of social researchers. ISS aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of social studies and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulated knowledge, values, and skills are transmitted from one generation to another; and making methods and contents of evaluation and research in social, available to socialist and research workers. The journal encompasses a variety of topics, including education, management, cultural studies, law, social health, psychology, and geography, to economics belonging to the social context. Papers accepted: 1) Report evaluation and original research; 2) Literature review; and 3) An extensive book reviews section on social materials and equipment.

Abstract

Background: Learning media is a medium used in the learning process which includes teacher aids in teaching and is a means for students to receive learning messages. Interactive multimedia is a form of multimedia that is illustrated by the designer so that its appearance fulfills the function of informing messages and having interactive features for its users. Aim: The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of using interactive multimedia on students' learning motivation in Islamic religious education subjects. Method: The research method used was literature study and the data were generated from different relevant journal articles. Findings: The results showed that the use of interactive multimedia can develop students' learning motivation in Islamic religious education meta lessons and can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Background: One of the changes in the education assessment system in Indonesia today is the implementation of HOTs (Higher Order Thinking Skills) based assessments. The application of HOTs-based assessment aims to make the learning processe specially mathematics able to encourage students to develop creative thinking skills. Aim: In this article, it examines conceptually with the aim of providing educators with knowledge about the concepts, characteristics, and strategies for preparing HOTs questions. Method: This research includes qualitative descriptive research. Findings: The strategies for compiling HOTs questions are (1) Analyzing the basic competencies that will be made about HOTs; (2) Arranging a grid of questions; (3) Using interesting problems in everyday life; (4) Writing questions; and (5) Make assessment guide lines and answer keys.

Abstract

Background: Online business people or online sites in Indonesia are very rife, ranging from retail players who had been leading in offline businesses also switched to online, such as Matahari online, Alfamart, Indomart, and others. They compete with existing onlne businesses such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada, Blibli, JD.id, Orami, Bhineka and others. Aim: This study aims to identify the effect of influencing factors of repurchase intention through satisfaction and trust in users of online shopping Shopee. Method: A quantitative approach uses to run path analysis processed with IBM SPSS Statistic V 23 and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) software with IBM AMOS V 5. The sample of 138 respondents were taken from ten sub-districts in Samarinda City. The measurement scale uses a likert scale with a score of 1 - 5. This study also tested the validity and reliability test, then carried out further test of estimation and structural fit model test. Findings: Based on structural model, it can be proven that experience and hedonic value have significant effect on satisfaction, website quality and privacy have significant effect on trust, trust have significant effect on satisfaction, website quality, privacy and satisfaction have significant effect on repurchase intention; website quality and privacy have significant effect on satisfaction, expeience and hedonic value have no significant effect on trust, experience, hedonic value and trust have no significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Background: Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are the most popular group of companies in the national economy (Kanibir, Saydan and Nart, 2014). The company must be effective in every activity especially in marketing which has become fundamental to success in the market and create a competitive advantage. Aim: The purpose of this article is to reveal the stages of the task of a marketing manager/small and micro sharia businessman in carrying out marketing activities that can help achieve organizational goals. Method: The researchers deployed qualitative approach by reviewing relevant articles. Findings: The Elements of the Marketing Mix are products, prices, places, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. Thus the task of marketing managers / small business entrepreneurs and micro-sharia is to choose and carry out marketing activities that can help achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

Background: Education has always been a common conversation that we hear almost every day. The whole world considers education to be a problem that never ends. Because education feels less satisfactory, both in terms of learning and from the way of teaching. Even in developed countries, the problem of disding becomes a very complicated problem.Aim: The purpose of our research is to be able to find out the Problems of Using Educational Technology in Remote Schools, we want to provide an overview of how this educational technology can be used in every circle and during a pandemic that some schools implement online schools using digital media.Method: In this study, we used qualitative methods and library research from several journals and articles.Findings: The results of this study that the Problems of Using Educational Technology in Remote Schools, are still very less than optimal with various obstacles and current conditions. There are still many parents and even teachers complain about the lack of internet network, internet quotas that do not match their needs, and also the parents' lack of understanding with technology

Abstract

Background: One of the government's efforts to instill an attitude of responsibility to citizens in exercising their rights and obligations is to equip learners through classroom learning. One of the subjects that can pedagogically support social values related to the introduction of attitudes of responsibility in exercising rights and obligations is VAT. Aim: The researcher aims to develop the existing digital Civics encyclopedia for Grade 3rd students of Elementary School. Method: The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). Findings: Based on the results of an analysis of the student small group trial indicators, no revisions or improvements were made because the indicators with the lowest scores were in the category enough. Therefore, the last stage of the trial was a large group trial that produced a score of 84.09%. After going through several stages of trials, the application of digital encyclopedia of PPKn learning is ready to be implemented for learning by grade III students to instill an attitude of responsibility through the material obligations and rights in the home, school, and community

Abstract

Background: HIV/AIDS disease is a disease that continues to grow and become a global problem that hit the world. HIV/AIDS is a public health problem that requires serious attention. AIDS is declared a deadly disease because it has a Case Fatality Rate (CFR) of 100% within 5 years means within 5 years after the patient is declared to have AIDS on average will die. Aim: Therefore, the purpose of writing systematic review is to know the effective prevention and treatment of HIV / AIDS for HIV. Method: The entire extracted article is taken from several sources namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, Emerald Insight, DOAJ. Furthermore, screening of titles, abstracts and selection of content or content according to inclusion and exclusion is obtained 10 articles that are further analyzed. Findings: Effective efforts to prevent yourself from HIV/AIDS infection are: Abstinance, befaithful, Condom, Drug and Education. Treatment of HIV/AIDS with the ARV method is considered effective in HIV/AIDS treatment. Antiretroviral therapy treats HIV infection with several medications. ARVs do not kill the virus but are able to slow the rate of growth of the virus, as well as HIV disease and improve health status, quality of life for HIV, decrease hospitalization due to HIV, reduce AIDS-related deaths, reduce mother to child transmission (MTCT) or what we know as mother-to-baby transmission and also provide new hope for people with HIV / AIDS to be able to live longer.

Abstract

Background: The current government expects progress in economic equality and national development. In national development will certainly require very large funds, therefore the role of the bank is absolute.Aim: This research aims to analyze the influence of risk management, the effectiveness of internal control systems, and the role of internal audits on credit policy.Method: This study uses survey methods from the results of previous research. The testing method is done using multiple linear regression causal analysis.Findings: The results of this study show that the role of risk management, internal control systems and internal audits has an influence on credit policy.

Abstract

Background: State the reason why the research needs to be conducted. Aim: This study aims to explain and analyze the influence of user perceptions of PT Collega Inti Pratama employees on attitudes and use of Task Management applications. Method: This study uses quantitative analysis and data sampling using the saturated sample method. Samples taken from the respondents’ data are users of the Task Management application. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. In data analysis, researchers used multiple linear regression analysis techniques and path analysis in proving the mediating variable. Findings: The results show that simultaneously Positive Affect and Negative Affect have an effect on Perceived Ease of Use. Perceived Ease of Use, Positive Affect and Negative Affect influence together on Perceived Usefulness. Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use jointly affect Attitude Toward Using. Positive Affect, Negative Affect and Attitude Toward Using together influence Behavioral Intention.

Abstract

Indonesia represents about 6% of the world's water sources. This shows that Indonesia has abundant water resources. However, the facts show that most areas of Indonesia experience a shortage of clean water supplies. This is because the spring can be lost within a certain period if there is no planning to maintain its availability. The solution offered is to fulfil clean water needs with the Kaizen method. Kaizen is a 5S philosophy that includes Seiri, Seinton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke. This study aims to review the application of Kaizen methods and their sustainability to be applied in Indonesia. The methods used in this study are descriptive observational are aimed at describing and describing phenomena of a scientific and human engineering nature. The results of this study are packaged in the House Model. The House Model is a tool used by an organization using a concept built to transform into action. Some activities in the house model are tailored to meet the needs of partners and further increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs being implemented. The program also has good sustainability in community aspects, regulations, and government.
