ADMA: Jurnal Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, with Electronic ISSN 27237370 published by Universitas Bumigora. Abstract

Disability is a special condition faced by some people. West Nusa Tenggara is at the top ten highest percentages for this special issue. This voluntary program was carried out to educate people how to maintain the diets of children in a special condition. The sharing programme was done by conducted a presentation, discussion, checking a height and weight and consultation. It was obtained that almost all parents having a kids with disability did not understand and were not aware how to prepare and choose food for their children. Approximately all children with a special issue at LombokCare community did not meet the standard height-for-age of World Health Organization (WHO), meaning that they were stunted. Therefore, a new insight and better care practices were gained by the parents in order to control and prepare the balanced diets of their special children.

Abstract

This training aims to provide organizational and leadership knowledge in running and managing an organization through the application of appropriate organizational management and leadership based on the characteristics of an organization. Organizational management is useful to determine the success and sustainable development in the midst of the times in the current era of globalization, an organization must have a good system. A good organization should have members who have adequate management knowledge in running an organization so that the vision and mission can be achieved according to the goals and or ideals of the organization and stakeholders. The results of this training activity showed that the level of understanding of the participants had increased, as evidenced by the results of the discussion of the case as well as problem solving and finding solutions presented by the participants in accordance with the material presented previously. The importance of this training for the organization is because the existence of this training will provide added value for the management and members of the organization so that they can run their organizations effectively and efficiently so as to achieve the stated organizational goals.

Abstract

Education is an effort to build a better human civilization and eliminate human suffering caused by ignorance and underdevelopment in science and technology. In this research, a workshop was held to introduce light sensor technology to enhance elementary students' interest in learning about technology. This research was conducted at SDN 3 Mataram. The research was carried out by dividing 40 participants into 5 groups with each group guided by one mentor. Each group will be guided by a mentor to practice making light sensor technology until the light sensor circuit to turn on the lights can function properly. To find out students' interest in learning is done by making a questionnaire before and after doing the practice. The results obtained from the questionnaire that there is no significant difference between the understanding at the pre test and post test

Abstract

Government appeals to stay at home and restrictions on the delivery of public services do make people less comfortable in receiving public services, but this is a policy currently taken by the government is an effort to limit or stop the spread of Corona Virus. based on the instructions given, DJP (Direktorat Jenderal Pajak) then stop reporting directly and lead to the use of e-filing and extend the tax reporting period that should end on 31 March 2020 to 30 April 2020. Termination is what later became a problem experienced by taxpayers, especially the grocery traders in Gerung Market, Gerung District, West Lombok Regency, where the average trader was very unfamiliar with the use of electronics, especially the use of computers and the internet. By coordinating with an account representative, the servant provides assistance to traders who wish to report their annual tax return online while still paying attention to social distancing or maintaining a safe distance from participants. because of the adaptations made so that not all registered participants can be accompanied, namely only 50% of participants who successfully report online, 20% of participants are reported manually and the rest are still waiting for further policies.

Abstract

Desa Langko merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Lingsar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat salah satu desa yang dijadikan Project sebagai desa Pariwisata Pemerintah Provinsi NTB. Desa yang terletak di bagian barat Pulau Lombok ini memiliki semboyan geger girang genem hal ini juga selaras dengan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan masyarakatnya yang sebagian besar memiliki olahan produk-produk rumahan. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan apa yang terjadi, banyak sekali rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha sebagai pembuat keripik olahan, keripik singkong, keripik tempe. wedang jahe, beepolen, madu dan gula merah. Dengan semakin majunya Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) dan berdampak pada persaingan yang semakin ketat, maka diharapkan UKM yang berada di Desa Langko ini dapat berkembang dan meningkatkan kualitas produknya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu metode manajamen keuangan yang mudah untuk dipahami dan juga diterapkan oleh Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Desa Langko

Abstract

Good marketing is one of the important things in the development and addition of income in entrepreneurship. The problem faced in the business of sewing clothes is that partners are not too focused on marketing management. Partners rely more on conventional marketing systems, even though the new location of the partner services business is not too strategic. This causes the field of business is difficult to be recognized by the wider community so that it becomes an obstacle in developing its business. The purpose of this activity is to provide solutions to the problems being faced, namely by implementing marketing management using Facebook pages. With the socialization and marketing management training, it is expected to be able to add insight into the actors in utilizing the internet as an online promotion media to introduce their business fields to the wider community in increasing their business income. The result of this activity was that the Partners were very enthusiastic, both from socialization to evaluation. Assistance with the use of the Facebook pages application is expected to continue to be used in a sustainable manner
