<![CDATA[Technological advances that are developing very rapidly have a positive impact on the development of various educational games that can be designed as a tool to stimulate aspects of early childhood development. This study aims to design a numeracy educational game based on the inventor's mobile application that can be used in early childhood education units. The method used is Educational Design Research (EDR) which is limited to a design model with stages; 1) Preliminary research; 2) Prototyping stage; 3) Phase assessment. This study resulted in the design of a numeracy educational game that can be used by PAUD units to improve numeracy skills, which is one of the aspects of cognitive development. Teachers can also design using the Inventor mobile application to improve other aspects of child development.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of building an information system for Bulk Cement Ordering at PT Sumber Niaga Interindo is to facilitate bulk cement ordering, provide reports that can be stored in the information system with a database and the driver will be assisted in locating locations with the Map feature. The problem that the authors found was that ordering bulk cement was still done manually, such as by telephone, sms and via other social media, reports that were not compiled, and the difficulty of the driver in finding a new ordering location or had never been visited by the driver. For data collection methods carried out is by conducting interviews and literature studies, and the software development method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method, namely warterfall, while the tools used in designing this application are unified modeling language and this application was built using web-based PHP programming language. The final result of this research is the creation of Bulk Cement Ordering Information System at PT. Sumber Niaga Interindo based on Webgis which can speed up or simplify the process of ordering bulk cement, reports that are automatically generated by the system after placing the order and overcoming the difficulty of the driver in finding the location of the order. ]]>

<![CDATA[Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (KESBANGPOL) of Dumai City is one of the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Dumai City. Previously, the processing of data at the KESBANGPOL agency has used several office application but there are still obstacles that occur in the processing process employee data and community Organization (ORMAS)/LSM which are usually in the from of written data and then processed using several office applications and then an information is generated about employees and ORMAS/LSM, one of the obstacles comes from the relatively long time spent and tend to be prone to errors (data redudancy). To solves this problem, a lecturer and employee data information system was created using methode of waterfall and using the PHP Programming language which can make it easier for employees and ORMAS/LSM registrant toprocess and access information regarding employe data and ORMAS/LSM data at the KESBANGPOL of Dumai City. This research result the processing of data at the Kesbangpol Dumai City that will simplify and accelerate data management wrongdoing, local regulations so that services is getting better.]]>

<![CDATA[The conventional ablution system has a weakness where the use of water is wasteful because humans forget to turn off the faucet or faucets that are easily damaged due to frequent use by humans. The purpose of the research is to make ablution easier, save water use and automate water faucets and tub filling. By utilizing an automatic ablution device with a distance sensor (ultrasonic sensor) as a human detector in taking ablution water and the control system is the Arduino Uno. The method used in this study is the waterfall method where in this method there are steps to work on the research, namely, needs analysis, tool design, tool making and coding, tool testing and tool implementation. In this study, it can be concluded that if the distance is 30 cm then the solenoid valve is active and water comes out, if the distance is > 30 cm then the solenoid valve is not active and the water does not flow and if the sensor distance to the water surface is 18 cm then the water pump will turn on. the sensor distance to the water surface is < 5 cm, the water pump will turn off]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to design a learning media application for assignment collection and delivery of material online using the Cooperative Learning method. Based on the results of the survey conducted, it was found that some students experienced difficulties in receiving lessons and also in collecting assignments if they were unable to attend school, so that teachers also had difficulty in recapitulating student scores because they had to work repeatedly. The system to be built is an e-task application, which is an application regarding web-based student assignments using the PHP programming language, and using the MYSQL database and the Cooperative Learning method based on visible facts. The research method uses the waterfall model with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design tool. The results of the study are in the form of learning media applications that can facilitate the work of teachers and students in carrying out the learning process in finding more detailed and accurate information.]]>

<![CDATA[Anggapan siswa mengenai materi fisika yang sulit, tidak menarik membuat mereka tidak aktif pada pembelajaran fisika. Ditambah lagi penggunaan buku cetak dan LKS yang dipinjamkan sekolah atau difotocopi siswa. Bahasanya sulit dipahami, hanya berisi rangkuman singkat terkait materi, rangkuman rumus-rumus, soal-soal latihan yang sangat banyak dan tidak berbasis suatu strategi serta tidak menuntun siswa untuk menemukan konsep. Ini merupakan latar belakang mengapa peneliti mengembangkan modul fisika berbasis REACT berintegrasi Qur’an.   Sehingga dihasilkan modul yang valid dan praktis yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan siswa serta membuat siswa dapat belajar secara mandiri dan aktif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research development) terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu: pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), dan pengembangan (development). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi modul, lembar wawancara dan angket respon siswa. Uji validasi modul dibantu oleh 3 orang dosen dan 1 orang guru sebagai validator, setelah uji kelayakan modul, maka dilakukan penyebaran angket respon siwa yang melibatkan 23 orang siswa. Pengisian angket menggunakan skala Likert dengan range 1-4, data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif sesuai dengan kriteria validitas dan praktikalitas. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul fisika berbasis REACT berintegrasi Qur’an pada materi suhu dan kalor sangat valid dengan hasil validitas yang diperoleh adalah 84,24%. Untuk kepraktisan modul fisika berbasis REACT berintegrasi Qur’an materi suhu dan kalor memiliki kategori sangat praktis dengan persentase kepraktisan sebesar 91,76%]]>

<![CDATA[PAUD accreditation is a tangible form of assessing the feasibility of the quality of the program run by the PAUD unit. This study aims to examine various literatures on the accreditation of PAUD units based on Sispena 3.1. The research method used is literature review, researchers collect data from various literatures to solve a problem. The results of the study obtained are (1) in attaching the assessment process documents in accordance with the Accreditation Prerequisite Assessment (PPA) instrument through SISPENA 3.1; (2) the assessor conducts an assessment process for the classification of applications for accreditation (KPA); (3) Education units in fulfilling the PPA can be assisted by the integration of an external database with the Sispena 3.1 application; (4) The data collection procedure for Sispena 3.1 starts from the PPA filling stage to the Validation and Verification stage to determine the accreditation results]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the convolution or the sum of independent and identical random variables, where the random variables are the Negative Binomial distribution and the Exponential distribution, so that the resulting distribution is known as the Negative Binomial -Exponential distribution. The purpose of this study is to find the characteristics of the distribution including the expected value, the variance value, the moment generating function and the characteristic function. This property is obtained by using theorems and lemmas that relate to the properties of a distribution. It is found that the expected value, variance value, moment generating function and characteristic function of the Negative Binomial-Exponential distribution.]]>

<![CDATA[The research is motivated by the reality that pay attention and requires attention, namely about the factors that influence chidren to play such as lack of parenting styles, the environment, peers who also have a bad influence. It can be seen that the actual role of gadget technology is to send short massages and make work easier, but to the negligence of parents of early childhood, they have started to use gadgets and as a result it can have a negative impact on children’s mental and health. The research approach that the writer uses is descriptive qualitative research, with research methods of observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, it can be concluded that the continuous use of gadget media on children will have a negative impact on children, such as disruption of the nervous system, inhibition of child development and lack of social interaction in society. That is why the role of parents is needed for the child’s development process, parents must always guide and pay attention to their children while playing gadgets.]]>
