The purpose of this study is to find out the queuing model using the structure of the single phase multi-channel queue system in customer service at PT Bank BRI Raha Branch and find out how to complete the queue model on customer service at PT Bank BRI Raha Branch. This research was conducted with direct observation on customer service at Bank BRI Raha Branch. From the data obtained, a steady state test and a Chi-Square kindness test were carried out on arrival patterns and service patterns. Then complete the queuing model using the single phase multi channel queue system structure. The results of the analysis showed that the arrival of customers at Bank BRI Raha Branch was 630 customers with an arrival rate of 2 people per hour and a customer service rate of 5 customers per hour. The queuing system in customer service at Bank BRI Raha Branch follows the queue model which means that the Poisson distributed arrival rate and service time are exponential, the number of channels in the dual system (2 customer service with 1 queue line), the queue discipline used by First Come First Serve (those served are customers who arrive first), the number of incoming customers is not limited or infinite in the queuing system and the population size at the input source is infinite. Busy period opportunities as large as , the average number of customers waiting in the queue is person, the average number of customer in the system is person, the average time spent by a customer waiting is hours, the average time spent in the system including services is hours.

STMIK AMIK Dumai is a private tertiary institution engaged in the field of education in Indonesia that organizes internships for students in government and private institutions. Currently STMIK AMIK Dumai does not have a system that can manage student internship data and still uses a diary. This manual method is still ineffective for taking attendance and writing daily activities without evidence of activity. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based apprentice attendance application with software PHP and database MySQL. The aim is to monitor attendance, licensing and daily activities of apprentice students during working hours in government and private agencies. So that the entire process and management of internship information can run properly and accurately with photo evidence of activities. The method used in this study is the waterfall method, this method basically accurately describes the situation at the internship location for each student. The application of this internship attendance application is able to improve attendance accuracy and make daily activities more systematic to achieve efficiency.

This study discusses the application of the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method or Preference Selection Index to be able to optimize laser cutting. The application of the PSI method represents the decision making of a multi-criteria MCDM that has not been studied more and requires a consideration in determining laser cutting parameters. The main purpose of applying this method is for multi-criterion decision making (MCDM) that does not require an assessment of the relative significance of the criteria under consideration. The method used is the preference selection index, which can provide convenience in making decisions because the process is very simple. The results of experiments using the L27 Taguchi orthogonal array, Cut surface roughness, heat-affected zone (HAZ), kerf width and material removal rate (MRR) were considered optimization criteria. The methodology is found to be particularly useful in real manufacturing environments as it involves simple calculations that are easy to understand and apply.

In the selection of the current Head of Quality Control is appointed manually based solely on the information provided in the application and the decisions that have been raised are inaccurate and cause delays causing the assessment not to be completed. In addition, when recruiting the Head of Quality Control manually, there are several things that can cause problems, such as hiring a Head of Quality Control who does not meet the criteria set by the company, carrying out a slow selection process, and others. The methodology used is the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method, which is an approach used to collect data and develop systems and applications to assist companies in making decisions based on common problems. The calculation results with COPRAS were obtained from 10 selected employees, the highest UI score of 100 and the lowest of 52.18. Companies can find qualified managers who meet organizational standards by implementing a decision support system based on this COPRAS methodology.

Tuberculosis (TBC) is a contagious disease caused by infection with the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb), which attacks the lungs. taking into account the laten period of individuals infected with tuberculosis, this study uses the SEIRS model. The total population is grouped into two age groups, group child and group adult . The purpose of this research is to determine SEIRS model of the spread tuberculosis disease with age structure and its completion behavior. The steps in analyzing of the model can be done by determining the equilibrium point, the results are obtained two equilibrium points, namely disease-free equilibrium points and endemic equilibrium points. Determine basic reproduction number and stability analysis at the equilibrium point. Analysis of the stability of the disease-free equilibrium point is carried out to find the stability of the model using linearization around the equilibrium point. The simulation result are disease-free equilibrium point is the asymptotic stable if the basic reproduction number is less than one, and it means that the disease will disappear over time, and the endemic equilibrium point is stable if the basic reproduction number is more than one, meaning there is disease spread in the population.

This study aims to describe the effect of interest in learning and learning motivation on student achievement in the mathematics study program at the Imam Bonjol State Islamic University, Padang. The type of research used is quantitative. The sample used in this study was 74 students using simple random sampling. This study used instruments on the scale of interest in learning and learning motivation as well as documentation of student achievement in the mathematics study program. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that interest in learning and learning motivation affect student achievement in mathematics study programs in descriptive statistics courses obtained by the multiple linear regression equation The variables of learning motivation and interest in learning have a contribution of 0.485 or around 48.5% while the rest are influenced by other factors.

Gold is one type of precious metal that can be an investment instrument to protect the value of wealth. Gold price movements need to be known in investing, this can be observed usinga time series model that can predict gold prices in the next period. Gold price movement models can be used as investor guidelines in planning and decision making to increase profits and prevent losses. Gold price movements modeled with a numerical approach can be done through the Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain (FTSMC) model. The modeling results show that the FTSMC can model gold prices and has good accuracy values with small MAPE, RMSE, and MAE values. This indicates an excellent goodness of fit for the FTSMC model. Long-term stability for gold price movements provides investment benefits because gold has value as an asset that tends to be stable, easy to liquidate in cash, free from interest, has a role as an emergency fund and can protect the value of wealth.

This study aims to obtain a model and determine the best model of the results of the number of train passengers in West Sumatra using Seasonal Autoregressive Integrate Moving Average (SARIMA). The research data comes from secondary data obtained from PT.KAI (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra to see the number of train passengers with a time span of January 2017 to April 2020. The results showed that the best model obtained was SARIMA. Selection of the best model based on the smallest AIC value of several models that have been obtained through ACF and PACF plots. Based on the best model, the forecasting results are close to the actual data, so the SARIMA model is suitable for forecasting.

Red chilies are a type of staple ingredient that is consumed by the wider community every day. Changes in the price of red chilies always occur from time to time. Therefore, it is important to carry out forecasting to consider decisions, both from buyers, traders and investors. The forecasting method that can be applied to this problem is the Fuzzy Time Series method with a classical approach. This method uses a fuzzy set as the basis for the forecasting process. The research results show that the forecast value of retail prices for red chilies follows the data pattern of actual red chili price movements. This is proven by the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) forecasting accuracy value of .

This study tries to apply a decision-making method to find best practice work supervisors at a university. This hail is due to the need for evaluation in the implementation of student paractek work. The working principle of TOPSIS is a decision-making technique that has the ability to solve problems based on various criteria. The purpose of this research is to determine the best supervisor using the Similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method. This study has recommended three best lecturers for practical work supervisors, namely: D1 lecturers (0.665590062), D4 lecturers (0.594856811), and D2 (0.478112102), out of ten Practical Work Supervisors who have been assessed, the best three are obtained to be appointed as the best Practical Work Supervisors at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar.
