Oikos Nomos menerbitkan artikel mengikuti panduan dan template yang sudah disediakan. Semua manuskrip yang dikirim akan melalui proses peer-review double-blind, durasi peninjauan adalah antara 2-4 minggu. Pra-review naskah dilakukan oleh tim editorial untuk meninjau kesesuaian teks dengan fokus dan ruang lingkup dan gaya jurnal dan pedoman penulisan. Naskah akan dikirim ke pengulas berdasarkan bidang spesialisasi mereka. Peninjau memberikan penilaian naskah yang mencakup orisinalitas, kontribusi ilmiah, dan kejelasan presentasi. Berdasarkan komentar dan saran dari pengulas dewan editorial membuat keputusan atas komentar dan saran pengulas. Jurnal ini memiliki empat jenis kriteria keputusan termasuk: diterima, diterima dengan sedikit revisi, diterima dengan banyak revisi, dan ditolak. Pemeriksaan plagiarisme dilakukan dengan menggunakan Pemeriksa Plagiarisme Online. Batas indikasi untuk plagiarisme yang ditetapkan adalah maksimum 10%.

Abstract

The Purpose of the present work is to investigate : 1. the procedures of Cash cocial Assistance and 2. Factors affecting the distribution of the social assistance at the post office of Dumoga Utara District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, In this qualitative discriptive research, all data were from observation, in-depth interviews and documents. The result showed that : 1) the distribution procedures of the Directorate General of Poverty Handling No.18/6/SK/HK.02.02/4/2020. 2) There were several contributing factors to the distribution services of the social asistance, some factors were positively significant to maximum servies, while the others hinered the cash asistance programs. By that, Social service and the post office should take into consideration all factors that are crucial to cash social asistance distribution.

Abstract

The research aims to find our the factors impacting poverty in Sulawesi Island, including unemployment, economic growth, and everage length of school. Data employed are secondary data from Statistics Indonesia from 2015 to 2019 in six provinces. Method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis of panel data. The research finding indicates that unemployment impacsts poverty positively but insingnificantly, which denotes that every increase in unemployment rate does not always increase poverty rate in Sulawesi Island. Then, the economic growth impacts poverty negatively and significantly, which denotes that every increase in economic growth can reduce the poverty rate in Sulawesi Island. Lastly, the everage length of school impacth poverty negatively and significantly, which denotes that every increase in the everage length of school is followed by reducation in the poverty rate in Sulawesi Island.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the role of local governments in managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Pohuwato District, Gorontalo Province. The informant in this article is that the Regional Government of Pohuwato Regency covers the Regent, Members of the DPRD, the Social Service and Community Empowerment, and the Forestry, Mining and Energy Office. From the community element, the informant is the community living around the mining exploration area and the community receiving CSR program funding assistance. Representatives from the company are the Operational Section and Community Relations of PT. Gorontalo Sejahtera Mining (GSM). Analysis of the data used is to organize data, grouping by categories, themes and answer patterns, testing the assumptions or problems that exist against the data, looking for alternative explanations for the brick, and writing the results of research. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that there is a role for the government in managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), namely the formation of the Corporate Social Responsibility Forum (CSR Forum) initiated by the Regent. The company in this case contributes to the budgeting through the provision of assistance to houses of worship, social assistance for poor religious leaders, assistance from the underprivileged, orphanage assistance, assistance with building materials, productive economic endeavors and assistance to Remote Indigenous Communities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to find out (1) the productive economic business program; (2) contributing factors of the productive economy and business program by Bakti Muda Youth Organization in Ibarat Anggrek Village, North Gorontalo. The administrators, members, and community leaders served as the subjects of this qualitative research. Further, the data collection process encompassed interviews, observation, and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis were data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Moreover, the validity of the data was examined using the source and method triangulation. The results showed: (1) the productive economic business program by the Bakti Muda youth Organization included awareness, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The awareness stage involved discussion/sharing, open access to information, and outreach. Meanwhile, the planning stages were identifying needs and planning. The implementations consisted of training, member business implementation, and assistance. The evaluation and development were related to the development of business activites with the exhibition and the Lam Alif Community. Youth organizations handled the facilitator, motivator, technical, and promotion activites in empowering UEP youth. (2) Supporting factors comprised the existence of capital assistance loan facilities, support from various parties, and the number of youth networking partners. Lastly, the inhibiting factors encompassed the consistency of members who do not want to be involved in the development, capital turnover due to the busy schedule of each board and member.

Abstract

This study ained to analyze the influence of leadership style and the availability of facilities on the performance of employees at the coopertives, SMEs, Industry, and Trade Office of Gorontalo Province. This quantitative research employed proportional random sampling as the sampling technique. From a population of 117 people, this study attained 31 people as samples. The data was abtained from a research questionnaire and processed using Microsoft excel program and SPSS statistics. The findings of the study showed that: 1) Pertially, the leadership style had positive effect an employee performance with an average score of 3.91. this indicated that the leadership style applied in the aforementioned area was a Democratic Leadership Style. 2) Pertially, the work facilities had a positive influence on employee performance with an average value of 4.56. This, the existing office facilities at the research site were in very good criteria. 3) Jointly, the leadership style and facilities had an influence on employee performance by 29.6%.

Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of this study was to determine the entrepreneurial analysis of sea cucumber fishermen in increasing the income of the people of Torosiaje Village, Popayato District, Pohuwato Regency. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection procedures through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out above, it is concluded that the entrepreneurial analysis of sea cucumber fishermen in increasing the income of the people of Torosiaje Village. Popayato District, Pohuwato Regency that village fishermen sell their sea cucumber products quickly and can cope with the daily family economy. Seeing the prospect of sea cucumbers which is a promising export commodity so that the marketing is very broad so that the existing obstacles are not so big, it's just the problem of sea cucumber stocks that are still lacking in Gorontalo. Terosaje fishermen are fish fishermen since the purchase of sea cucumbers in Torosiaje Village, the community is still not interested because they do not understand how to process them and the price of the sea cucumbers, but after starting to learn the processes from the types of sea cucumbers to the drying process and easy fishing methods, on the other hand there are collectors who are looking for sea cucumbers in large quantities at promising prices, finally tersiaje fishermen have turned to sea cucumber fishermen so that fishermen's opinions increase

Abstract

His quantitative study aimed to identify the effect of the entrepreneurship program on the economy of the social village community in Paguyaman disttict, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province.Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, this quantitative correlational study obtained primary data from questionnaires distributed to the villagers in the research site. The samples were retrieved using the Sugiono formula, which obtained 45 respondents, while the data analysis applied simple linear regression by using SPSS 21 program.The finding revealed that the variable X and Y’s t-tes results had a positive and significant effect on the economic improvement, which obtained 36%, meaning a better entrepreneurship program will improve the economy at the research site.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy for developing Batu Pinagut Beach tourism objects in Kaidipang District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used are sourced from the tourism office of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency and questionnaires. The method used is SWOT analysis. The results of the research on the development of tourism objects on Batu Pinagut Beach in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency resulted in the following conclusions: the government's strategy in developing Batu Pinagut Beach tourism objects was realized by collaborating with the aim of promoting Batu Pinagut Beach tourism, building facilities and infrastructure in Batu Pinagut Beach tourism, as well as carrying out tourism events at Batu Pinagut Beach. In the development of the Batu Pinagut Beach tourist attraction, currently there has been a fairly good increase. These developments have an impact on the economic conditions of the community such as: opening up employment opportunities for the community, increasing people's income. The SWOT approach is used as a method that has many advantages over other approaches, namely with SWOT analysis, it can find out the situation of a tourist attraction by identifying external factors and internal factors that affect tourism objects, namely analyzing the opportunities and strengths they have to determine future plans and overcome them. weaknesses and weaknesses by way of future plans and overcome weaknesses by means of improvement plans.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the village head's leadership had on public awareness in paying land and building taxes in Kinomaligan Village, Dumoga Tengah District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with the method used is a correlational quantitative method with a sample of 55 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, documentation and data analysis techniques in this study using simple regression. The results showed that there was an influence of village head leadership on public awareness in paying land and building taxes in Kinomaligan Village, Dumoga Tengah District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The Great Influence of Village Head Leadership on Public Awareness of Paying Land and Building Taxes reached 42.8% while the remaining 47.2% was influenced by other variables such as public financial condition and public awareness of the importance of paying taxes.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the Management of Village Funds in Hungayonaa Village,Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency in 2020 and the influence factors. It employed aQualitative Research Methods by parsing the data descriptively. Data collection techniqueswere carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation through qualitativedescriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the management of the Village Fund including Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting and Accountability, has been following the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 113 of 2014concerning Village Financial Management. Further, factors that influence the management of Village Funds were supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors were community participation, facilities, and infrastructure, while the inhibiting factor was Human Resources.
