Chairman of the Advisory Commission: Abdul Hadi Sirat, Member: Abdullah W. Jabid.The purpose of this study was to see the effect of teamwork, employee involvement on employee performance, and the role of human resource competence in moderating teamwork and employee involvement on employee performance.This study adopted a quantitative methodology, collecting data through questionnaires, and obtaining responses from respondents (n = 97) from 97 respondents who had work experience in their fields. The measurement model and hypothesis testing were carried out using the Smart PLS software.The results of the study show that teamwork and employee involvement have a positive effect on employee performance, and human resource competence strengthens the influence of teamwork and employee involvement on employee performance.Teamwork and employee involvement in employee performance can be enhanced by the role of human resource competence. In order to realize the effectiveness of employee performance needs to be evaluated regularly to avoid problems arising in employee performance. It is hoped that future research will add to the survey method apart from distributing questionnaires/questionnaires as well as conducting interviews to obtain additional information so that accurate results will be obtained to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to influence demographic factors on investment intentions during COVID-19. Demographic factors used in this study as measurement variables are gender, education, and occupation. This research will be helpful and meaningful for individuals who are interested in investment activities. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. The sample in this study had an age range of 22-41 years. The total sample used in this research was 200 respondents according to the required criteria. This research was conducted throughout Indonesia using a survey method through online questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research is regression analysis. The results of this study show that the demographic factors used in this study have not been able to measure investment intentions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The service industry understands the needs and desires of consumers is an important point, especially in health clinics. In an increasingly competitive environment, the primary concern for practitioners is attracting new consumers through marketing and motivating them to make repeat purchases through service efforts/strategies. The characteristics of service quality at health clinics are different from other products/services, so they require specific measurements by distinguishing the perception of medical quality from the perception of service quality. This study aims to identify the relationship between perception of medical quality, perception of service quality, fairness of price, satisfaction, trust, and intention to revisit health clinics by proposing and testing theoretical models. This research was conducted at several health clinics in several cities in East Java. Data collection is carried out by providing questions through questionnaires given to respondents. A total of 220 valid data were collected and analyzed using Structural Equation Model analysis with Amos 24 software. The findings show that the perception of medical quality, perception of service quality, perception of price fairness have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, and satisfaction and trust act as significant mediators of the returning visit intention the health clinic.

Abstract

Research is done with the purpose of several factors that influence the speed with which a banking institution is recorded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in informing its financial data, in the 2018-2021 period 1. This research uses quantitative description. Profitability, leverage, and liquidity are used as the testing factors and are accompanied by time which is used as the dependent variable. 48 banking companies are acting as the population in this study which has also been recorded on the IDX 2018-2021. Use approach purposive sampling in the process of determining the sample, which has 32 banks, with the results of 128 observations. There are 32 banking companies in the sample that meet the criteria and were tested during the 2018-2021 period. This study utilizes secondary data. The IDX official website is used as a documentation method for data collection methods, namely www.idx.co.id during the 2018-2021 period, timely reporting of banking institutions that have been recorded on the IDX has no significant effect on the profitability, liquidity, or leverage of these institutions.

Abstract

Consumer purchasing decisions for Samsung Galaxy smartphones are influenced by various factors such as product quality, brand, price, features, and promotions. Research on the determinants that influence consumer purchasing decisions for Samsung Galaxy smartphones in Bandar Lampung City is very important to do in order to assist manufacturers in developing appropriate and effective marketing strategies. The quality of the products owned by the Samsung Galaxy smartphone is very good, starting from the design, speakers and screen design which uses a super AMOLED panel with an elegant and also thin design so that it is easy to hold, even other brands such as Oppo and Vivo also rely on super AMOLED panels made by Samsung. . From this explanation, it can be interpreted that the product quality of the Samsung galaxy smartphone is very good and is not only ogled by consumers but also ogled by other manufacturers. The city of Bandar Lampung is a city whose residents already use smartphones of various brands. The average smartphone user is from the age of 15 and over, where the population aged 15 and over in Lampung airports in 2021 is 510,483 people based on data from the Lampung Province BPS. Therefore, research conducted in Bandar Lampung City with a focus on Samsung Galaxy smartphones has important value for understanding consumer preferences in the region. In this research, An analysis will be carried out to identify the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions for Samsung Galaxy smartphones in the city of Bandar Lampung. This research is expected to contribute to decision makers in the technology and communications industry, as well as provide a reference for further research in this field.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of HR management at Employment BPJS based on performance achievements in 2017 – 2021 using the Jac Fitz-Enz approach, namely Human Capital Value Added (HCVA) and Human Capital Return on Investment (HCROI). The results of the HCVA and HCROI analysis show that one BPJS Ketenagakerjaan HR has an added value of 9.5 to 11.7 billion rupiahs and every 1 rupiah issued by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for its HR will generate income of 16.5 to 23.41 rupiahs. The role of the global economic crisis in 2018 and the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 which caused a decrease in contribution income & investment returns are thought to have affected the HCVA and HCROI of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan HR.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determined and analyzed whether the personal cost of research is to determine and analyzed whether the personal cost has influenced through the intencity Whistleblowing. To determined and analyzed whether the sensitivity has innfluenced through the intencity of whistleblowing. To determined anad analyzed whther locus of control has influency through Intencity of Whistleblowing. The research approach by using SmartPLS.3 software that was running by computer. The instrument of research was use questionnaire. The measuring scale in this research using the ordinale scale, Likert Scale. The sample of this reseacrh has 30 OPD in principal government of North Sumatera and the respodent of this research was 3 people each OPD and it has 90 people in accounting field, and the employee who working as the cheaf from accounting field. Based on this reseach personal cost, the organization commitments, the sensitivity ethic and locus of control has the influency through the Intensity of Whistleblowing to Principal Government of North Sumatera.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of tax aggressiveness that should be carried out by PT. Bagus Satria Mandiri as an effort to increase the efficiency of the tax burden for 2019, 2020 and 2021. This research is a descriptive type of exploratory study approach, because it aims to describe conditions or phenomena that occur in the field. The type of data used in this study is data sourced from interviews, financial reports, SPT Masa, Annual SPT and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include content analysis or content analysis, which is a method of research with certain stages to extract the essence of an idea or information and then draw a conclusion. The relationship between tax planning and the efficiency of the tax burden is by explaining the causal relationship by comparing the tax planning before and after it is implemented or the Effective Tax Rate (ETR). If this tax aggressiveness effort is legally carried out, then PT. Bagus Satria Mandiri will be able to streamline the tax burden for 2019 of Rp. 153.967.125,- or 27.05%, in 2020 Rp. 265,878,625, - or 37.14% and in 2021 Rp. 392,944,625,- or 84.03%. If accumulated for 3 years the amount of efficiency before and after tax aggressiveness with a saving value of Rp. 812,790,375,- or the average percentage is 46.38% per year.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset for an organization that is an active planner and actor of various activities within the organization. Human resources have thoughts, feelings, desires, status and educational background whose mindset can be brought into an organizational environment. The performance achieved by an organization is basically the achievement of the members of the organization itself, from the top to the bottom level. The concept of local government performance itself emerged when government institutions began to try to introduce new concepts in the management of public affairs into good governance. One of the problems that affects the performance of ASN employees at the Pesawaran Regency Regional Revenue Agency, Lampung Province is work culture, in which case the problem solving carried out by the leadership still predominantly comes from the leadership without listening to and considering the opinions of subordinates. As a result, most respondents felt underappreciated in solving problems that occurred, which resulted in a decrease in their performance. While the research method used in this study is a descriptive method of financial finance and will later record the financial condition of Buah Buk Nur MSMEs.
