Abstract

PT.  Cellular  Telecommunications  or  in  short  Telkomsel  is  a  subsidiary  of  Telkom  Indonesia  which  operates  in  the  telecommunications  sector  for  individual  consumers  (until  2023  it  only  deals  in  cellular  telecommunications). The  more  mobile  companies  develop,  the  tighter  the  competition  between  companies  becomes,  so  there  is  a  need  for  an  analysis  that  discusses  the factors  that  have  the  most  influence  on  the  company's  development,  one  of  which  is  by  looking  at  customer  satisfaction  factors.  The  progress  of  a  company  is  influenced  by  the  company's  ability  to  serve  its  customers. In  terms  of  services  offered  by  the  company,  it  is  necessary  to  pay  attention  that  the  quality  standards  offered  to  customers  must  exceed  customer  expectations, so  that  customer  satisfaction  can  be  easily  achieved  by  the  Company.  In  statistics,  there  are  several  factor  analysis  methods,  including  Exploratory  Factor Analysis  (EFA)  and  Confirmatory  Factor  Analysis  (CFA) .  The  confirmatory method  is  a  multifarious  method  that  can  be  used  to  test  or  confirm  a hypothesized  model. This  method  is  a  measurement  method  in  multivariate  equation  modeling.  This  model  is  more  flexible  compared  to  the  general  classical  approach.  From  the results  of  research  conducted  using  two-stage  confirmatory  factor  analysis, several  conclusions  can  be  put  forward  that  the  indicators  that  influence  service quality  on  customer  satisfaction  on  Telkomsel  cards  using  the  Confirmatory Factor  Analysis  (CFA)  method  are  the  total  contribution  made  by  service  quality to  customer  satisfaction  at  PT  Telkomsel  is  equal  to 0.824.  This  shows  that  the  service  quality  dimension  which  measures  the  customer  satisfaction  variable  can  explain  this  influence  by  82.4%.

Abstract

Universitas Mandiri Bina Prestasis (UMBP) which was established in 2022 as a merger of two institutions, namely AMIK MBP with the Vocational Education program D-III Informatics Engineering and D-III Informatics Management and STIKOM with the S1 Informatics Engineering and S1 Information Systems Study Programs and the addition of 3 new study programs, namely S1 Software Engineering, S1 Accounting and S1 Entrepreneurship. Along with that, UMBP was born and developed with a commitment that was stated in the Vision of Becoming a Superior and Independent University in the field of Information Technology and Business with an Entrepreneurial Spirit at the National level in 2036 "by developing various superior programs in the fields of research, innovation, and community service, as well as the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Permenristekdikti) number 44 of 2015 concerning National Standards for Higher Education, so every university must make adjustments towards meeting the standards of education, research and community service. UMBP has one institution that is tasked with research and development called the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM). This institution is a forum for academics to carry out research and community service. The establishment of LPPM is UMBP's strategy in an effort to realize the improvement of quality and development of technology, social and business in higher education and its implementation in the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of Indonesian bookstagrammers in packaging information that is interesting and informative for their audience , the format or content used in packaging information , the impact of bookstagrammer accounts on their audience , and how bookstagrammers can build a strong identity and community through this information packaging strategy . In this research process , the author uses a qualitative research method with a case study research type . The data collection method is carried out using the triangulation method by combining observation , FGD ( Focus Group Discussion ) and documentation . Furthermore , the stages in analyzing data using the Miles and Huberman model which functions of 3 main things : Data Reduction ( simplification ), Data Presentation , and finally Conclusion Drawing / Verification . The results showed that bookstagrammers apply the five hierarchies of design needs , namely the levels of functionality , reliability , usability , profession and creativity . The information packaging strategy activities carried out by bookstagrammers aim to disseminate information related to books , reading places. places that are reviewed in the selected content format to shows their characteristics or characteristics as bookstagrammers . Bookstagrammer becomes a reference and motivation for followers to read books , buy books through its repackaged content . In this case , bookstagrammers also build communications both with Instagram followers , with other bookstagrammers .

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of acceptance of artificial intelligence (AI) technology among Muslim students at UIN North Sumatra, as well as to understand their perceptions of the use of AI technology when it is related to religion. The research method used is quantitative analysis with the TAM model. Data was collected through an online questionnaire with 120 respondents. The results show that religious and ethical values ​​significantly influence Muslim students' attitudes towards AI, with concerns about AI's compatibility with Islamic teachings being an important factor. Nonetheless, perceptions of the ease and usefulness of AI in education reflect positive attitudes towards its use. In conclusion, despite challenges related to religious values, Muslim students at UINSU tend to accept AI as a tool in education.

Abstract

This study examines how transformer-based models, such as BERT and DistilBERT, can be used for sentiment analysis of IMDb movie reviews. The goal of the experiment was to find a balance between accuracy and computational efficiency, evaluating how well both models performed with different training parameters. BERT was able to reach a peak accuracy of 91.39% in three epochs, taking a total of 54 minutes to train. On the other hand, DistilBERT achieved a similar accuracy of 91.80% in only 38 minutes and 25 seconds. Although there was a slight variance in accuracy, DistilBERT proved to be a much more efficient option for training, thus becoming a feasible substitute for environments with limited resources. The findings were contrasted against R. Talibzade's (2023) research, which obtained a 98% accuracy rate using BERT but needed 12 hours of training, illustrating the balance between accuracy and training duration. Potential upcoming tasks involve refining further, testing with bigger datasets, investigating alternative transformer models, and utilizing more resource-efficient training methods to improve performance without sacrificing efficiency.

Abstract

This first phase of research aims to develop and test a prototype of a nutrition application called Regizi as a stunting prevention strategy. This application is designed to provide nutrition education features, nutritional status monitoring, and online consultations aimed specifically at parents and caregivers of children under five. App development is carried out through a user-centered design approach, which involves the stages of need identification, design, and application development. The results of the initial trial show that Regizi is effective in increasing users' understanding of the importance of nutrition in stunting prevention and facilitating regular monitoring of children's nutritional status. Thus, Regizi has great potential as a tool in efforts to combat stunting, especially in rural areas that have limited access to health services. The wider implementation of this application, accompanied by improvements based on the results of further evaluation, is expected to make a significant contribution to reducing stunting rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has had a major impact on global businesses, especially the pharmaceutical business. Wahana Medika Bekasi Pharmacy has experienced a significant decrease in turnover since the pandemic. Tight competition and pandemic conditions have contributed to the decline in turnover. One of the factors that needs to be studied is the business strategy applied that relevant solutions can be found to increase turnover. This study aims to analyze the right business strategy using the Business Model Canvas approach and SWOT analysis. Data collection was carried out by survey and in-depth interviews. Respondents consisted of 80 customers and 40 non-customers, 20 pharmacists, and 12 informants consisting of pharmacy owners and pharmacists. Data analysis used SWOT analysis with 9 BMC element mapping. The results showed that there were 6 elements of BMC found in the business strategy applied by the Wahana Medika Bekasi Pharmacy during the period, namely: customer segmentation, channels, customer relations, value proposition, key activities, and cost structure. The obstacles experienced in increasing turnover are customer data that has not been specifically segmented, low brand awareness, and less innovative promotion. A new business strategy is recommended by implementing 3 new elements, namely Key Partnership, Key Resources, and Revenue Stream. It is recommended that the business strategy with 9 BMC elements be used as an action plan in company managerial and conducted periodic evaluations. It is necessary to develop human resources and the application of information technology to optimize sales and promotions.

Abstract

Bebek Berkah Farm carries out sales management activities manually, including sales research via the web, without a support system. This research aims to create a website-based application. Design and build a website-based E-commerce application that contains a system to help companies handle the management of goods data, customer data, sales transactions, purchase transactions, inventory at Bebek Berkah Farm. The method used in this research is the SDLC waterfall model. The result of this research is that the sales application information system allows Bebek Berkah Farm to provide data from logging in to inputting payment information easily, orderly and easily accessible. This technology can also produce more detailed sales reports over a certain period of time. Bebek Berkah Farm can access the system so that customers can easily obtain information regarding sales at the Bebek Berkah farm. This can help companies to increase sales and provide a better shopping experience for customers. This system was built using web-based technology, so it can be accessed via a browser and is easy to use for both admins and customers. This system is expected to help Bebek Berkah Farm optimize sales of duck products and provide a better shopping experience for customers.
