Abstract

Media informasi digital merupakan hal yang sudah dikenal oleh sebagian besar masyarakat dan telah digunakan untuk memberikan informasi diberbagai bidang diantaranya bidang industri, hiburan dan pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah media informasi digital berbasis komputer dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler ATMega8535 yang dapat memudahkan suatu pekerjaan, pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Action Research yang mengacu kepada pengembangan suatu metode menjadi lebih baik atau efisien, perancangan prototype ini terdari dari mikrokontroller 8535, kabel AVR ISP, LCD 16x2, software bascomAVR. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perancangan prototype simulasi media informasi digital berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, Ketika data di input melalui computer dengan menggunakan software Bascom AVR dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Basic, dimana transfer data akan melewati paralel port DB25, data akan masuk melalui port A dan akan menghasilkan sebuah informasi

Abstract

This first phase of research aims to develop and test a prototype of a nutrition application called Regizi as a stunting prevention strategy. This application is designed to provide nutrition education features, nutritional status monitoring, and online consultations aimed specifically at parents and caregivers of children under five. App development is carried out through a user-centered design approach, which involves the stages of need identification, design, and application development. The results of the initial trial show that Regizi is effective in increasing users' understanding of the importance of nutrition in stunting prevention and facilitating regular monitoring of children's nutritional status. Thus, Regizi has great potential as a tool in efforts to combat stunting, especially in rural areas that have limited access to health services. The wider implementation of this application, accompanied by improvements based on the results of further evaluation, is expected to make a significant contribution to reducing stunting rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Pacet Tourism Area is well known as a tourist spot that not only offers beautiful natural scenery, but also has plenty of delicious food as well as homestays and hotels suitable for a family vacation. However, some groups take advantage of this by shifting the function of homestays into prostitution activities. The problems that the researcher wants to study are, how the process of changing the function of homestays in tourist attractions used for prostitution practices in Padusan Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency, and how the Padusan community responds to prostitution activities in Padusan Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto East Java. This research uses qualitative research methods by describing community phenomena through interviews to several selected sources. This research uses Robert K. Merton's theory of deviant behavior (Anomie). That the condition of a society without norms, or a society with norms agreed upon by the whole community, but violated by some people so that it refers to the malfunction of the norm. The results of the study found that the process of changing the function of Homestay into prostitution practices in Padusan village has a driving factor, namely from internal and external so that the Padusan community is involved in it. The varied responses from the surrounding community include sympathy, anti-starch, and gray responses that have their own reasons underlying it all.

Abstract

The fishing pool business opportunity is very wide open to get big and fast profits. This study aims to reveal analytically related to Islamic law contracts in the fishing business. The research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method with a historical juridical approach. The sequence of the research process starts with collecting data on several fishing businesses. The fishing business that has been collected is then recorded and economic activities are carried out in the fishing business. Furthermore, the results of existing economic activity data are analyzed by Islamic economic law. The results of the study concluded that, there are economic activities in the fishing business that is by Islamic economic law contracts such as buying and selling and leasing (al-ijarah). In the fishing business, all buying and selling contracts are carried out by the pillars of Islamic Shari'ah related to buying and selling as long as it does not resemble gambling where ma'kud 'alaih comes from other people. Likewise, with the al-ijarah contract in the fishing business, the al-ijarah system in the fishing business has fulfilled the pillars of Islamic sharia related to al-ijarah, namely some people have a contract (subject), consent qobul, and ujrah. The activities of al-ijarah in the fishing business also have ma'jur which is ijarah In the al-ijarah fishing effort, everything is carried out by the pillars of Shari'ah law as long as it does not resemble gambling where the ma'jur comes from other people. ma'kud 'alaih comes from other people. Abstract

This research is motivated by the processing of employee data that has not been neatly arranged in a database, but in processing data it takes more time so it is not effective and efficient. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research using data collection methods, namely interviews, observations and literature studies. This application uses black box testing, PHP and MYSQL programming languages. The result of this research is to design a web-based civil servant data management system. The results of this study are in order to make it easier for employees, leaders to access information and the field of personnel in managing employee data so as to minimize time.

Abstract

The various welfare enhancement programs initiated by the Indonesian government to alleviate poverty include the Conditional Cash Transfer Program, known as the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), which provides conditional social assistance to families identified as beneficiaries of the program. This research aims to analyze the Impact of the Keluarga Harapan Program on the Income of Fishermen in the village of Suka Maju, East Simeulue District, Simeulue Regency. The method employed is a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data collected from 17 fishing households who are recipients of PKH in the village of Suka Maju, East Simeulue, through saturation sampling techniques.The research findings indicate a significant influence of the PKH program on the income of fishermen in the village. Furthermore, the effectiveness aspect reveals that participants receiving PKH assistance in Suka Maju village are categorized as effective and appropriately targeted. There is an increase in fishermen's income before and after receiving PKH assistance, amounting to Rp15,635,294.12, representing a 19.19% rise from their income prior to PKH assistance. The results of the t-test and significance value (sig.) are 0.001, leading to the conclusion that P(0.01)<?(0.05), suggesting a significant difference in the income of fishing households before and after receiving PKH assistance.

Abstract

Studi ini menyarankan untuk membangun sistem berbasis AI untuk mengidentifikasi gaya belajar siswa dengan menganalisis aktivitas digital mereka dalam sistem manajemen pembelajaran (LMS) atau platform pendidikan online lainnya. Sistem ini menggunakan algoritma pembelajaran mesin untuk memproses data seperti frekuensi login, pola interaksi konten, waktu yang dihabiskan untuk aktivitas, dan perilaku navigasi. Dengan memetakan perilaku ini ke dalam kerangka gaya belajar yang telah ditetapkan (misalnya, visual, auditori, kinestetik), sistem AI memberikan wawasan waktu nyata tentang preferensi masing-masing siswa. Efektivitas hasil pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi oleh keberagaman gaya belajar siswa, dan metode tradisional untuk mengidentifikasi gaya belajar sering kali bergantung pada kuesioner atau observasi manual, keduanya memakan waktu dan dapat dipengaruhi oleh bias.

Abstract

The increasing influence of social media on public perception has made it a powerful driver of dietary behavior in urban communities. Nevertheless, the abundance of unverified health information often obscures individuals’ ability to make informed food choices. This study proposes a deep learning-based framework to analyze sentiment and emotion from social media discourse in order to uncover the key factors affecting healthy food decisions in urban settings. By applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and advanced deep learning models to a large corpus of user-generated content, the research identifies significant patterns linking emotional expression with food-related decision-making. The results indicate that positive emotions, such as pride and satisfaction, are strongly associated with healthy food promotion, while negative emotions, including frustration, are predominantly tied to affordability, accessibility, and convenience issues. Among these, price and food quality emerge as the most critical determinants shaping consumer preferences. These findings underscore the importance of integrating emotional and socio-economic considerations into public health strategies. Beyond offering empirical insights, this study demonstrates the scalability and effectiveness of deep learning in extracting nuanced perspectives from unstructured social media data, thereby contributing a robust methodological approach for real-time public health monitoring and intervention design.

Abstract

The coal production and distribution industry faces persistent challenges in data management, operational coordination, and decision-making efficiency. Conventional monitoring methods often result in delayed reporting, low data accuracy, and limited adaptability to dynamic market demands. This study addresses the lack of an intelligent and integrated information system by designing and developing a real-time IoT-based solution for coal production and distribution management. The system was built using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model and integrates IoT sensors to automatically capture critical parameters such as pressure, temperature, and coal quality indicators. Artificial Intelligence (AI) components were incorporated to enhance data analysis and support predictive decision-making. System evaluation through simulation with dummy data demonstrated notable improvements, including a 40% reduction in reporting response time and a 95% increase in operational data accuracy. The system also enabled faster production monitoring, streamlined distribution processes, and provided decision-makers with reliable real-time insights. User feedback confirmed the system’s effectiveness in improving accessibility, monitoring efficiency, and overall operational performance in coal production and distribution management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kemampuan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam memahami perintah suara yang diucapkan dalam bahasa lokal atau dialek Nusantara, yang memiliki keragaman fonetik, intonasi, dan kosakata khas daerah. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model pengenalan suara berbasis deep learning yang mampu mengenali perintah suara dalam berbagai dialek lokal Indonesia dengan akurasi tinggi. Penelitian ini melibatkan tahapan pengumpulan data audio dari penutur asli berbagai daerah, yang mencakup berbagai dialek dan aksen lokal. Selanjutnya, data yang terkumpul menjalani proses pra-pemrosesan untuk membersihkan noise dan menormalkan variasi suara. Model pengenalan suara dilatih menggunakan pendekatan transfer learning, memanfaatkan model pretrained yang kemudian disesuaikan dengan data lokal melalui teknik fine-tuning. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metrik Word Error Rate (WER) dan Command Accuracy untuk mengukur tingkat kesalahan dan akurasi model dalam mengenali perintah suara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akurasi pengenalan suara dalam dialek lokal lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan Bahasa Indonesia baku, namun teknik data augmentation dan fine-tuning model pretrained dapat menurunkan tingkat kesalahan hingga 15–20%. Selain itu, uji pengguna menunjukkan bahwa teknologi AI yang mendukung dialek lokal meningkatkan tingkat kenyamanan, kepercayaan, dan penerimaan pengguna. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan dataset suara daerah yang lebih beragam dan desain antarmuka suara yang adaptif, guna memastikan teknologi AI yang lebih inklusif secara linguistik dan kultural.
