Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) the effect of security on repurchase intention on Shopee users. (2) effect of ease of use on repurchase intention of Shopee users, (3) effect of privacy concern on repurchase intention of Shopee users, (4) effect of security on e-satisfaction on Shopee users, (5) effect of ease of use on e-satisfaction on Shopee users, (6) effect of privacy concern on e-satisfaction on Shopee users, (7) effect of e-satisfaction on repurchase intention for Shopee users, (8) the mediation role of e-satisfaction between security and repurchase intention, (9) the mediation role of e-satisfaction between ease of use and repurchase intention, (10) mediation role of e-satisfaction between privacy concern and repurchase intention. The population in this study were all Shopee users in Padang City who had shopped more than twice. The number of samples in this study was 200 respondents. Data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires and data processing was carried out through SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) security has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, (2) ease of use has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, (3) privacy concern has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, (4) security has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, (5) ease of use has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, (6) privacy concern has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, (7) e-satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, (8) e-satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between security and repurchase intention, (9) e-satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between ease of use and repurchase intention, (10) e-satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between privacy and repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) the influence of total quality management on organizational performance in the creative industries SME sector in Padang City, 2) the influence of total quality management on competitive advantage in the creative industries SME sector in Padang City, 3) the influence of competitive advantage on organizational performance in the creative sector of SMEs in Padang, 4) The influence of quality management on organizational performance is mediated by competitive advantage in Padang SMEs. This research is quantitative. The population in this study is the SME creative industries sector in Padang. Sampling techniques in this study are purposive sampling techniques. The number of samples used is 210 units of SMEs. The research data collected used questionnaires were then analyzed with SmartPLS version 3.3.3. This research is different from other studies, where the difference is the selection of research objects because most similar studies only examine MSMEs in general. In contrast, this study focuses more on the MSME sector of the creative industries. The results of this study show that: (1) total quality management has a significant effect on organizational performance in the creative industries MSMEs in Padang City, (2) Total quality management has a significant effect on competitive advantage in creative industries in Padang City, (3) Competitive advantage has a significant effect on organizational performance in creative industry SMEs in Padang City, (4) Competitive advantage mediates the effect of total quality management on organizational performance in creative industries SMEs in Padang City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of electronic service quality on customer loyalty with trust as a mediating variable on e-banking users of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Padang City. This study was conducted using quantitative methods. The population of this research is all customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Padang City who use e-banking services. The research sample was 230 respondents. This study uses a structural equation model (SEM) test with smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study include: (1) reliability has no effect on customer loyalty, (2) privacy and security have no effect on customer loyalty, (3) website design has no influence on customer loyalty, (4) customer service and support have a significant influence on customer loyalty, (5) reliability has a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty with trust as a mediating variable, (6) privacy and security have a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty with trust as a mediating variable, (7) website design has a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty with trust as a mediating variable, (8) customer service and support has a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty with trust as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze (1) the influence of e-commerce trust on customer loyalty on Sociolla online shopping application users. (2) The effect of e-commerce satisfaction on customer loyalty on Sociolla online shopping application users. The population in the study was all users of the online shopping app Sociolla and the sample in this study is Sociolla users who had shopped more than once. The number of samples in this study was 285 respondents. Data was collected through online questionnaire dissemination and data processing is collected through SPSS software. The results of this study showed that (1) e-commerce trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Sociolla online shopping application users. (2) e-commerce satisfaction positively and significantly affects customer loyalty in Sociolla online shopping application users.

(3) The effect of perceived risk on the intention to use Gopay on Gojek application users in Padang City. The population in this research is all Gopay users in the city of Padang and the sample in this study were Gopay users on the Gojek application. The research sample was 210 respondents. Data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires and data processing was carried out through SmartPLS software. The results of this study include: (1) perceived ease of use has a positive effect on the intention to use Gopay on Gojek application users. (2) perceived usefulness has a positive effect on the intention to use Gopay on Gojek application users. (3) perceived risk has a positive effect on the intention to use Gopay on Gojek application users.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorsement, word of mouth, and quality of information on the use of facial skincare services (Study on skincare Sheen in Lhokseumwe City). The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test. The number of respondents used in the study was 96 respondents. Partially the results of the study stated that the variables of celebrity endorsement, word of mouth, and the quality of information had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use facial skincare services on Lhokseumawe City. Simultaneously the results of the study stated that the variables celebrity endorsement, word of mouth, and quality of information had a positive and significant effect on the decision on the use of facial skincare services on skincare Sheen in Lhokseumawe.
