Abstract

This study intends to give the empirical evidence on interaction effect of information management accounting system with organization strategy, competitive environment on organization performance. Organization strategy were used in this studyas moderating variable. Firts hypothesis and third hypothesis did’nt use moderating variable, second hypothesis and fourth hypothesis used organization strategy.Questionnaires were distributed to 103 manufacturing companies in Riau and Kep. Riau with purposive sampling method. The responses from middle managers and general manager, were analysed using Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The result support the hypothesis that management accounting system information influence on organization performance. Furthermore, the interaction effect of management accounting system information withorganization strategy on organization performance are not significant. Competitive environment influence on organization performance and organization strategy is moderat the relationship competitive environment and organization performance

Abstract

Village rendang in payakumbuh city west sumatera , based on the formulation ,the formulation of the problem in this study is whether capital, labor and raw materials affect the production of rendang egg in the village rendang in payakumbuh city west sumatera. The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the influence of capital, labor , and raw materials to the amount of production of industrial enterprises in the rendang egg in the village rendang in payakumbuh city west sumatera. To menaganalis data using SPSS version 20.0 soft ware.Based on the results of tests performed by t test on each - each variable it can be concluded that the morally ( 4,320 ) and raw materials ( 6,595 ) significantly affects the production of industrial enterprises variable rendang egg, while the labor variable ( 0,006 ) positive affect and not significantly affect the production rendang telur industry . simultaneous test ( F test ) of capital , labor and raw materials have an influence on the production of industrial enterprise rendang egg in the village rendang. The amount R2 of 0.990 means that 99 percent of the production of industrial enterprises rendang egg can be explained by the independent variables ( capital labor and raw materials ) , and the remaining 1 percent is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Abstract

Peneiitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi AparaturPemerintah Daerah, Penerapan Akuntabilitas Keuangan, Motivasi Kerja, danKetaatan pada Peraturan Perundangan terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja InstansiPemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Peneiitian ini dilakukan pada 47 SatuanKerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Peneiitian ini menggunakanmetode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survey. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukandengan memberikan kuesioner (mail quesionaire) kepada responden kepala satuankerja, bagian keuangan, dan bagian perencanaan/program.Hasil peneiitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi Aparatur Pemerintah Daerahberpenggaruh positif dan Penerapan Akuntabilitas Keuangan menghasilkanpengaruh yang negatif terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah.Sedangkan Motivasi Kerja menghasilkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapAkuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah. Ketaatan pada Peraturan Perundanganjuga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Akuntabilitas KinerjaInstansi Pemerintah Sedangkan nilai R square sebesar 0.142 yang berarti 14.2%variabel-variabel independen dalam peneiitian ini mampu mempenggaruhi variabeldependen.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang ketersediaan pangan dilakukan di 14 Kecamatan yang ada diKabupaten Rokan Hulu. Pendataan dan pemetaan ketersediaan pangan KabupatenRokan Hulu ini didasarkan atas analisa terhadap situasi dan informasipermasalahan kerawanan pangan. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan sensus.Dengan menggunakan metode indeks, semua indikatornya dirubah ke dalam bentukindeks untuk menstandarisasi ke dalam skala 0 sampai 1. Berdasarkan hasil survey,perhitungan indeks ketersediaan pangan, secara rata-rata per kecamatan diKabupaten Rokan Hulu termasuk daerah tahan pangan dengan nilai indeks sebesar0,26.

Abstract

This study focuses on the efforts to analyze the leaderships, work environment and motivation directly or indirectly effect on employee performance at Education and Cultural Office Tanjungpinang. Primary data were collected using questionnaires as tools to prove the result of the study. The subjects were the employees of Education and Cultural Office Tanjungpinang. This study took 102 respondents as samples. This study using path analysis with SPSS tools to prove the result.The result showed that there are direct and indirect positive effects and significant correlation between the variables of leadership and motivated work environment and employee performance. Based on the test result in this study concluded that the better work environment with leadership and work environment with employee motivation, the better employee performance at Education and Cultural Office Tanjungpinang. Based on research, leadership in the Office of Education and the culture needs to be fixed with due regard to participatory behavior and discretionary behavior of a leader. While the factor work environment, employee relations and relations among the tops of the factor needs to be improved and employee motivation, rewards and career development in the form of income other than salary should be increased. Therefore, the role of leadership, work environment, motivation, is crucial to improve the employee performance at Education and Cultural Office Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Loyality and Motivation to Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Telkomsel Sumbagteng in Riau. The method of research used kuantitatif. The population of this research was all employee of PT. Telkomsel Sumbagteng that consisted 113 people and used as sample. The analysis tools is used path analysis. Results from this research indicate that loyality have effect on organizational citizenship behavior, motivation have effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction have effect on organizational citizenship behavior, loyality have effect on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction, motivation have effect on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction, and motivation have effect on loyality. Results of the research have implications for the loyality and motivation needs to be improved in order to increase job satisfaction and if the job satisfaction increased the tendency to behave organizational citizenship behavior will also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and Islamic corporate governance on the partial disclosure of financial performance. Furthermore, this study also examines the role of Islamic corporate social responsibility disclosure as mediating the relationship between intellectual capital and Islamic corporate governance disclosure and financial performance. The population in this study is Islamic general banking registered at Bank Indonesia (BI). The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling, in order to obtain 49 samples. This study uses secondary data obtained from the each of Islamic general bankingwebsite. The statistical method used to test the research hypothesis is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results of this study prove that Islamic corporate governance disclosure has a positive and significant effect on Islamic corporate social responsibility disclosure, while intellectual capital has no effect on Islamic corporate social responsibility disclosure. Then Islamic corporate social responsibility disclosure has no effect on financial performance. Furthermore, Islamic corporate social responsibility disclosure cannot show its role as a mediation of the relationship between intellectual capital and Islamic corporate governance, a partial disclosure of financial performance.

Abstract

This research is conducted to analyze the influence of emotion marketing and experiential marketing to customer loyalty Pondok Khas Melayu in Pekanbaru on Jl. Jend. Sudirman. The research consists of a dependent variable that customer loyalty (Y) and seven independent variables such as emotion marketing consists of product (X1) and equity (X2), while experiential marketing consists of sense (X3), feel (X4), think (X5 ), action (X6) and relate (X7). The population is the research a the customer’s of Pondok Khas Melayu with a sample of one hundred respondents by using purposive sampling. Data analysis using quantitatif methode with SPSS version seventeen. The result of this research convey that all of the independent variables simultaneously affect the cusromer loyalty significantly. At partially test only sense has affect significantly while the others independent variables affect not significantly. Adjusted R square show at moderate level (fifty six point two percent). It mean fourty three point eight percent has affect by other variable beyond this research. The conclution this research show only variable sense has affect to customer loyalty significantly. Therefore Pondok Khas Melayu restaurant should be  pay attetion seriously to other independent variables this other to enhance the customer loyalty by delivered member card system, customer gathering, special discount / point value for member, etc.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran modal kerja,struktur modal, umur perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadapprofitabilitas perusahaan Automotive and Allied Products yang terdaftar diBursa Efek Jakarta dengan tahun amatan 2003-2006 meng^nakan metodepurposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan 18 perusahaan sebagaisampel. Data dianalisa menggunakan Multiple Linear Regression denganbantuan soft ware SPSS versi 12.00 dengan metode enter. Disamping itu Jugadilakukan uji normalitas data dan uji asumsi klasik Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perputaran modal kerja, struktur modal,umur perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan Automotive and AlliedProducts di Bursa Efek Jakarta Hasil penelitian juga menurgukkan bahwa dariempat variabel yang diasumsikan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, hanyadua variabel yang berpengaruh sigmfikan yaitu variabel struktur modal danukuran perusahaan. Sedangkan variabel perputaran modal kerja dan umurperusatuum tidak berpengaruh sigmfikan terhadap profitabilitas padaperusahaan Automotive and Allied Products di Bursa Efek Jakarta
