Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh ekspektasikinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial, kesesuaian tugas teknologidan kondisi yang memfasilitas pemakai terhadap minat pemanfaatansistem informasi dan penggunaan sistem informasi pada SatuanKerja Perangkat Daerah pada Pemerintah Provinsi Riau. Respondendari penelitian ini yaitu pegawai bagian keuangan yang menggunakansistem informasi dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Data yangdigunakan penelitian ini diperoleh dari persepsi individu pemakaisistem informasi pada satuan kerja perangkat daerah pemerintahprovinsi riau pada bagian keuangan. Data diperoleh setelahpenyebaran kuseioner. Sebanyak 124 kuesioner kembali dari 144yang dikirim dan hanya 105 kuesioner yang dapat diolah. Analisa datamenggunakan teknik regresi berganda, analisis jalur dan sobel testdengan software SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap minat pemanfaatan sistem informasi, danminat pemanfaatan sistem informasi berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi. Sedangkankesesuaian tugas teknologi dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi pemakaitidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat pemanfaatan sisteminformasi. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara ekspektasikinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial terhadap penggunaan sisteminformasi melalui minat pemanfaatan sistem informasi sebagaivariabel intervening. Sedangkan kesesuaian tugas teknologi dankondisi yang memfaslitasi pemakai tidak berpengaruh terhadappenggunaan sistem informasi melalui minat pemanfaatan sisteminformasi sebgai variabel intervening.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the ability of thesecond year students of SMP N 18 Pekanbaru in comprehendingprocedure texts. Based on the result of the data analysis in chapter IV,the writer makes some conclusions. Among 40 students, no studentis in excellent level and very poor level, 13 students (32.5%) are ingood level, 25 students (62.5%) are in mediocre level, 2 students (5%)are in poor level. The mean score of the whole students incomprehending procedure texts is 57.81. In conclusion, the ability ofthe second year students of SMP N 18 Pekanbaru in comprehendingprocedure texts is at mediocre level. Since the research dealt withcomprehending procedure texts, the writer drew conclusions for eachclassification of comprehending procedure texts. In terms of findingmain idea, from 40 students, 5 students (12.5%) are in excellent level,24 students (60%) are in good level, 3 students (7.5%) are inmediocre level, 7 students (17.5%) are in poor level and 1 student(2.5%) is in very poor level. In terms of finding factual information, 4students (10%) are in excellent level, 24 students (60.%) are in goodlevel, 8 students (20%) are in mediocre level, 3 students (7.5%) are inpoor level and 1 student (2,5%) is in very poor level. In terms offinding meaning of difficult word, 6 students (15%) are in excellentlevel, 21 students (52,5%) are in good level, 10 students (25%) are inmediocre level, 2 students (5%) are in poor level and 1 students(2.5%) is in verypoor level. In terms of identifying reference, nostudent (0%) is in excellent level, 11 students (27.5%) are in goodlevel, 13 students (32.5%) are in mediocre level, 14 students (35%) arein poor level and 2 students (5%) are in very poor level. In terms ofmaking restatement, from 2 students (5%) are inexcellentlevel, 10students (25%) are in good level, 12 students (30%) are in mediocrelevel, 16 students (40%) are in poor level and no student (0%) is invery poor level.

Abstract

Asesmen perkembangan anak usia dini merupakankegiatan yang penting dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan danmenganalisis data mengenai perkembangan anak yang selanjutnyaakan digunakan untuk kebutuhan pembelajaran di PAUD. PendidikPAUD yang berlatar belakang pendidikan S1 wajib memilikikompetensi pedagogis dalam melaksanakan kegiatan asesmenini.Namun pada kenyataannya masih terdapat kelemahan dari segipengetahuan dan pelaksanaan asesmen dari pihak pendidikmaupun lembaga PAUD. Untuk itu penelitian ini dilaksanakandengan tujuanmemetakan permasalahan-permasalahan dalampelaksanaan asesmen perkembangan anak usia dini di KotaPekanbaru, dan kemudian diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1)kemampuan pendidik PAUD dalam mencatat kejadian di kelas atauperilaku anak secara rinci tergolong rendah (56,6%), 2) dukunganlembaga PAUD terhadap pelaksanaan asesmen perkembangananak usia dini tergolong rendah bila dibandingkan dengan aspeklainnya (60,3%), terutama dalam menyediakan format khususasesmen dan memberi arahan mengenai cara melakukan penilaianperkembangan anak bagi pendidik, 3) masih ada pengelola PAUDyang tidak memahami pelaksanaan asesmen perkembangan anakusia dini sehingga tidak mendorong dan mengevaluasi kinerjapendidik dalam mengases anak di lembaga PAUD. Berdasarkanhasil pemetaan tersebut perlu dilakukan pelatihan asesmen bagipara pendidik PAUD, juga monitoring dan evaluasi oleh pengelolaPAUD untuk meningkatkan kualitas asesmen perkembangan anakusia dini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze how muchinfluence the budget goal clarity, organizational culture and reportingsystem on performance accountability at the University of Riau. Thestudy was conducted on 54 people at the University of Riau budgetusers. Respondent participation rate amounted to 90.75% (49people). The analytical tool used is multiple regression with SPSSversion 21. Tests performed include testing the validity and reliability,testing normality of the data and the classical assumptions, thecoefficient of determination and hypothesis testing research. Theresults showed that the higher budget goal clarity and organizationalculture will affect to the higher of performance accountability.Meanwhile, no effect was found between reporting system onperformance accountability. The coefficient of determination was30.2%, where at least 69.8% change in the performanceaccountability is influenced by other factors not included in thisstudy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to show whether there issignificant effect of competence, independence and integrity toeffectiveness of bank supervision. The object of this research are thebanking company incorporated in the Regional Development Bank(BPD) throughout Indonesia. The respondents are individuals at theaudit committee team on Regional Development Bank (BPD)throughout Indonesia. The research method that was used ishypothesis testing with correlation analysis. Data collection in thisresearch was by sending questioners directly and also by mail survey.From the 81 questioners only 40 questioners was returned, thereforethe data was tested 40 respondents. The hypothesis test was by singmultiple regression method. The research find that there is nosignificant effect of competence and independence audit committee toeffectiveness of bank supervision, however there is significant effect ofintegrity to effectiveness of bank supervision.

Abstract

This research was conducted using a survey method inInspectorate Bengkulu Province. This study aims to examine theinfluence of expertise, independence, due proffesional care, withethics as a moderating variable to quality auditor in the InspectorateBengkulu province. The population in this study was 6o auditors inInspectorate Bengkulu Province. The data was collected bydistributing kuesinoner to the 6o respondents, but only 55questionnaires that can be used in this study. Type of data used isprimary data with the method of data collection using questionnaires.Method of data analysis used in this study is multiple regression(multiple regression). These results indicate that the effect on thequality auditor expertise. Ethics can moderate the influence ofexpertise on audit quality. Independence has an influence on thequality of auditors. Ethics can moderate the impact on the quality ofauditor independence. Due proffesional care has an influence on thequality of auditors. Ethics can moderate the influence of dueproffesional care to quality auditor. The coefficient of determination(R2) of 0.672 illustrates that 67.2 % influenced by the quahty auditorexpertise, independence, due proffesional care, and ethics, while 32.8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research was intended to find out the disparity ofmotivation of achievement of the 7th term student selected outthrough PBUD selection and ones picked out through local selectionat the study program of PG PAUD in FKIP UR. This paper was acomparative research that it compared the indicator and variable toagroup of respondents. The data was collected by using aninstrument in form of serveyor, in where the serveyor was developedfrom a variable of motivation with three indicators. Indicator I: therisk taker consisted of 12 discriptors; Indicator II: ones who neededfeedback consisted of 8 discriptors; and Indicator III: ones whoconsidered succes consisted of 8 discriptors. The number of alldiscriptors was 28 units. After being tested for the validity, 4 of themwere invalid. The population of this research was 94 student who 42of them were the students from PBUD selection and the other 52were from the local selection. The sample of the research was 64students, 30 of them were from PBUD selection and the other werefrom the local selection.Based on the data collected, the score of motivation of achievementof the PBUD studends was 79.833 and percentage was 83.16%. Thenumber of percentage was “very high” after being matched withcriterion. While the score of local selected students was 76.4112 oethe number in percent was 79.63% which was considered in the levelof high. While in the hypothesis of search testing with computercalculation, it was showed that there was a disparity of themotivation of the students selected through PBUD selection to theones picked out through local selection at the study program of PGPAUD in FKIP UR. Based on the calculation of thitung, the result was3.698327 higher than ttabel which was only <3.698327> 2.617 in thelevel of significance 0.01. Thus, Ho was rejected, which meant thatthere was a disparity of motivation on achievement of the 7th termstudents of PBUD selection and the students of local selection.

Abstract

This is an action research. In doing this research is neededsome of the data is used to support the success. The data for thisresearch will be collected by giving pre-test, post-test andobservation. In order to get or to collect the data for this study, thewriter has to find the suitable instrument. The instrument used forthe speaking test as description. The students are asked to speakbased on the dialogue given by the teacher. In this speaking, theteacher will observe the students ability in grammar, pronunciation,vocabulary and fluency. In this research the writer involved in everycycle and in collecting the data. The researcher used the Observationsheet and test. The observation sheet is to know the students’speaking ability, a check list is used. The check list is done during theclassroom activities. in doing the check list, the researcher will invitecollaborators to the classroom. The class however, will be handled bythe researcher who is in charge of teaching speaking by using roleplay. The test was given to the student is in oral form. Before the testis given, the researcher gave a pre-test at the beginning of the cycleand post-test at the end of the cycle. So, in this research, the studentsare asked to role play their conversation in front of the class based onthe conversation given. The students’ speaking ability between pretestand post-test in every cycle is increase. The research question wasanswered and the hypothesis is reliable. The use of role play is anaffective technique to improve the students’ speaking ability of thefirst year students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Putih in academic year2010/2011. In conclusion, the speaking ability of the first yearstudents of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Putih before treatment is poor. Butafter getting treatment, the students’ speaking ability becomes good.It means that the speaking ability of the students is increase.
