This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of Job Crafting on Work Engagement in employees of the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office of West Sumatra Province. (2) The effect of Job Crafting on Person-Job Fit in employees of the Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province. (3) The effect of Person-Job Fit on Work Engagement in employees of the West Sumatra Province Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office. (4) The effect of Job Crafting on Work Engagement mediated by Person-Job Fit for employees of the West Sumatra Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service. This research is a causal research. The population in this study were all employees of the Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province, totaling 92 employees. While the number of samples used in this study was determined by using total sampling so that the sample is the same as the population, which is 92 people. The analysis technique used is SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Job Crafting has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement for employees of the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office of West Sumatra Province. (2) Job Crafting has a positive and significant effect on Person-Job Fit for employees of the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office of West Sumatra Province. (3) Person-Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement for employees of the Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province. (4) Job Crafting has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement mediated by Person-Job Fit for employees of the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office of West Sumatra Province.

This study plans to break down the effect of job crafting on job satisfaction at the HR and General department of PT. SP Manufacturing with work engagement as an interceding variable. The sort of exploration utilized is quantitative examination. This exploration is a causal examination. The populace in this study were each of the 63 representatives of the HR and General department of PT. SP Manufacturing Padang City. The strategy for examination utilizing Partial Least Square utilizing the Smart PLS program. This study aims to analyze effect self-efficacy and work-life balance at PT. Bank Nagari Branch Pariaman and job satisfaction. This study's population consisted of 49 employees. Total sampling is utilised with a sample size of 49 employees. The instrument for research was a questionnaire. The results of the SPSS Version 26 test indicate that self-efficacy and work life balance both have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine: (1) the relationship between social support and burnout; (2) the relationship between social support and minfulness; (3) the relationship between mindfulness and burnout; and (4) the relationship between social support and burnout trough mindfulness. Method of this research is descriptive quantitative. Population of this research consists of 84 civil servants in Department of Marine and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province and all civil servants are made as the research sample. using a likert scale questionnaire to obtain data. Software called SmartPLS4 is utilized for the analytical methods. The analysis of the data in this study reveals that: (1) Social support has a significant and negative effect on burnout in civil servants at the marine and fisheries service of west sumatra province; and (2) Social support has a significant and positive effect on mindfulness in civil servants at marine and fisheries service of west sumatra province. (3) Mindfulness has a significant and negative effect on the levell of burnout in civil servants at the marine and fisheries service of west sumatra province. (4) Mindfulness can mediate the effect of social support on burnout in civil servants at the Marine and Fisheries Service of West Sumatra Province

The analysis technique used is SEM using Smart PLS analysis. The results of this study show: (1) Self Efficacy is significant to job satisfaction. (2) Self efficacy is significant for work design for employee at Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province (3) Work design is significant for job satisfaction for Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province (4) Self efficacy is significant for job satisfaction being through work design to the employee at Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak jaringan rantai pasok, fleksibilitas rantai pasok, dan integrasi rantai pasok terhadap kinerja usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di Padang. Peserta penelitian ini adalah pemilik usaha atau pengusaha yang mewakili UKM di Kota Padang, dengan total 130 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM dengan menggunakan software Smart-PLS3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: (1) Jaringan rantai pasok berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM di Padang. (2) Jaringan rantai pasok berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap integrasi rantai pasok pada UKM di Kota Padang. (3) Fleksibilitas rantai pasok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM di Padang. (4) Fleksibilitas rantai pasok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap integrasi rantai pasok pada UKM di Kota Padang. (5) Integrasi rantai pasok berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM di Padang. (6) Jaringan rantai pasok secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja UKM di Padang melalui mediasi integrasi rantai pasok. This study analyzes (1) the effect of work life balance on well-being in the nurses at Ibnu Sina Hospital Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat (2) the effect of social support on well-being of nurses at Ibnu Sina Hospital, Simpang Empat, Pasaman Barat (3) the effect of work life balance on well-being in the nurses of the Ibnu Sina Hospital Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat with social support as moderation. This research is a causal research. The population in this study were nurses at the Ibnu Sina Hospital, Simpang Empat, Pasaman Barat. The number of samples used is the population of 80 people who are taken using saturated sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM using Smart PLS analysis. The results of this study show: (1) work life balance has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of nurses at the Ibnu Sina Simpang Empat Hospital in West Pasaman (2) Social support has a positive and significant effect on well-being for nurses at the Ibnu Sina Hospital, Simpang Empat, Pasaman Barat (3) social support does not significantly moderate the effect of work life balance on well-being in nurses at the Ibnu Sina Hospital, Simpang Empat, Pasaman Barat.

This study analyzes: (1) the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on innovative behavior in MSME Fish Processing Units in West Sumatra (2) the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on Citizen Organizational Behavior in MSME Fish Processing Units in West Sumatra (3) the influence of Community Organizational Behavior on Innovative Behavior in MSME Fish Processing Units in West Sumatra (4) The Influence of Entrepreneurial Leadership on Innovation Behavior Mediated by Organizational Citizen Behavior in MSME Fish Processing Units in West Sumatra. This research is a causal research. The sample of this study were 135 employees of the MSME Fish Processing Unit in West Sumatra who were engaged in the MSME fish processing business. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is the SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) entrepreneurial leadership has a significant positive effect on the innovative behavior of SMEs in the West Sumatra Fish Processing Unit (2) entrepreneurial leadership has a significant positive effect on the Behavior of the MSME Organizational Citizens of the Fish Processing Unit in West Sumatra (3) Organizational Citizen Behavior has a significant positive effect on the innovative behavior of MSME Fish Processing Units in West Sumatra (4) Entrepreneurial Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the innovative behavior of MSME Fish Processing Units in West Sumatra through Organizational Citizens Behavior.
