Economics and history are deeply linked. A historian of any era must have at least a basic understanding of economics because a man's activities in society are intimately tied to economic issues. Economic historians are often in a good position to respond to inquiries regarding current global economic trends and crises because they are able to frame questions about complicated economic, social, and political issues and look for patterns and results of past incidents. The current paper highlights the relation of History in social science especially with Economics and its importance in current scenario.

This paper presents the extent and magnitude of forest fires and adaptation responses to deepen our understanding of the dynamics of forest fires in District Bandipora. I used a narrative scooping review approach to narrate the present state of forest fires and resilient adaptation responses to guide the development of climate resilient adaptation pathways in the future. Forest fire presents significant threat to ecological integrity, human wellbeing, and global effort to fight climate change. Fire incidences are highest during and post dry winter months which quickly declines at the onset of monsoon. Adaptation and responding to ever growing size and frequency of forest fires are limited by lack of awareness, training on fire management, firefighting infrastructure, technology, and adequate policy and financial support. In addition, there is acute lack of scientific studies to understand forest fire dynamics in District Bandipora. Based on the forest fire literature we argue that policy makers and communities must quickly adopt policy strategies that support smart responses to forest fire management including allocating adequate funds to support capacity building and research.Such decision must be based on research into potentials for climate resilient pathways for adaptation response.

This research examines Mahatma Gandhi's educational philosophy, known as Nai Talim or Basic Education, and its contemporary relevance and application. At the heart of Gandhi's philosophy lies the integration of manual labour with intellectual pursuits, aiming to break societal barriers and imbue dignity in all forms of work. The study explores how Gandhian principles promote social inclusion by intertwining intellectual growth, moral development, and community engagement. Despite its rich history and continued resonance in progressive educational movements, the practical implementation of Gandhian education faces challenges in modern contexts. Conflicts with prevailing educational goals, societal attitudes, and resource constraints present obstacles. However, the research also presents recommendations and strategies for educators, policymakers, and institutions to effectively incorporate Gandhian principles into current educational practices. Through a careful and nuanced approach, Gandhi's vision of education as a tool for social inclusion offers a transformative blueprint that emphasizes holistic development, social equity, and community collaboration.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of Puskesmas (Community Health Center) in relation to optimal service delivery at Bengkol Puskesmas. The data used is of qualitative method, employing a phenomenological approach, located at Bengkol Puskesmas in Manado. The information sources were derived from three informants. The data is supported by secondary data from reference books related to the research. The analysis method employed in this study involves several stages of data analysis techniques, beginning with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this research indicate that there is an excessive or dual workload at Bengkol Puskesmas in Manado and a lack of human resources with expertise in fields such as science, technology, and nutrition. There are plans for optimizing health service management and ensuring good health facilities, allowing for optimal community health services. Despite some health program activities experiencing delays beyond the planned schedule due to a shortage of human resources, effective health services for the community can still be achieved.

The study investigates how voting affects the welcoming atmosphere of India's democratic system. The purpose of this research is to look at how voting affects the spread of democratic ideals like fairness and tolerance. The study concludes that citizens' active engagement in the political process has significantly contributed to the growth of a more welcoming atmosphere in India's democratic system. Those who are actively involved in politics are shown to be more familiar with and sympathetic to democratic ideals. A sense of personal investment in and accountability for the democratic process is fostered by voting, which in turn encourages more participation in civic life and service. Findings also show how difficult it is for people from disadvantaged backgrounds to participate in elections. Poverty, illiteracy, and discrimination are only a few examples of the structural impediments that this research shows to be in the way of people's full and equal involvement in the democratic process. The findings suggest that in order to deepen the democratic process, efforts should be made to eliminate these hurdles and promote more inclusion in political involvement. The findings of the study shed light on the importance of civic engagement in fostering diversity and inclusion in India's democratic system. The research stresses the significance of fostering a democratic culture that appreciates variety, openness, and participation.
