Barrier options are the popular form of exotic options. Exotic options refer to non-standard option, which emerge due to the development in financial and option technology, the increased focus on risk management and the increased focus on the inadequacies of existing risk-management tools. Barrier options are becoming more common in the over the counter markets as alternative hedging tools since they provide cheaper price than plain European options. Barrier option is non-standard option because it has more complicated payoffs than the standard European and American option and has different activation or expiration mechanism with standard option.

Measuring organization effectiveness has not so simple matter. It is because organization has no single objectives that must be met in a certain period of time Therefore, you cannot say that a certain organization is an effective organization merely because of its profits or something like that. What you should do is using an appropriate approach to determine its effectiveness, such as the goal-attainment; internal process model; system model or the human relation model. In using a certain approach to evaluate, you must consider what we say an organization life cycle. Why? It is because in each stage of the life cycle contains unique characteristics that are different each other. When the organization is in an entrepreneurial stage, you should not evaluate its effectiveness by using goal attainment model but you have to apply the system model. Also, when a certain organization has reached its growth in its cycle, you must use the human relation model to evaluate. Finally, I would like to say that actually there is no precise operational definition of the organization effectiveness. It is because of its Complexities.

The main source of air pollution in DKI Jakarta came from gas emission of vehicles. One of the pollutants which came from exhaust motorized vehicle is lead (Pb) which contributes to the biggest lead pollution in the air. Lead (Pb) is known as a harmful pollutant this paper will focus on the factors influence unleaded gasoline sales, well known as the "Super TT" in Jakarta between April 1997 and December 1999. The result shows that the demand of Super TT is significantly influenced by the price of Premium gasoline and Premix gasoline, meanwhile the impact of Super TT price to the volume of Super TT sale is not significant, although the demand of Super TT is elastic. In addition, Super TT and Premium would be considered as a substitution good, meanwhile Super TT and Premix is categorized as a complementary good.
