Abstract

Paying attention  to competitor is as important as caring your  customers.  By giving full attention ONLY  to customers  and not aware of what your competitors  doing will create a very  fragile  condition. Since, as we know, what we called  satisfaction, expectation, and customer value  is very  relative to competitors offering. Their values are not absolute.  There are many companies who have  lack  information about their competitor. Many do not even know, whether they have competitor or not. It is because  they are the only one of their kind or because  they are market  nicher. According to Levitt, these enterprises are suffering what he called marketing myopia. Actually (in the real situation) they do have  competitor  in the greater context. Even though  their products are not similar,  however  they do serve similar  need.

Abstract

Most companies can substantially leverage their resources through strategic outsourcing by: (1) developing a few well-selected core competencies of significance to customers and in which the company can be best-in-world; (2) focusing investment and management attention on them; and (3) ,strategically outsourcing many other activities where it cannot or need not be best. There are always some inherent risks in outsourcing, but there are also risks and costs associated with insourcing. When approached within a genuinely strategic framework, using the variety of outsourcing options available, and analyzing the strategic issues developed here, companies can overcome many of the costs and risks. When intelligently combined, core competency and extensive outsourcing strategies provide improved returns on capital, lowered risk, greater flexibility, and better responsiveness to customer needs at lower cost.

Abstract

Universities  nowadays are under  increasing pressure  to produce graduates who are not only knowledgeable but who also have valuable work experience as well as excellent  interpersonal  skills. The  last  two are often lacking  in the university  graduates of today, which will be to their detriment when-they enter the workforce  looking  for good, well-paid  jobs with long- range prospects. This paper introduces an idea to include a continuous,  lT-enhanced, “work experience" simulation  in the curriculum,  in which a student will be subjected to all the experiences  an actual employee  will encounter  in an actual firm, at various operational  and management  levels.

Data and information can filed , by manual or electronic  filing systems. The progress of technology effects the tools of filling digitalization. In general, files could  be backed up through digitalization . However, some files require to be saved manually as to guarantee future business, as It is compulsory according to regulations and laws, and this action is required to avoid fraud for some illegal operations as well. The example of this explanation is illustrated by a research on filing management of academic and student files in a program diploma.
