Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to give a bridge in understanding the relationship between boundaryless careers and organizational or individual outcomes. Career fit is assumed to have closer relationship with boundaryless career before we can further explain those outcomes. This relationship is explained by using organizational and individual perspectives both externally and internally in four types of boundaryless careers (i.e., internal psychological, internal enacted, external psychological, and external enacted), and by considering individual characteristics (i.e.,knowledge worker and non-knowledge worker). Two propositions are offered, first, knowledge worker is more suitable (has career fit) with organizational career process focusing on external boundaries, second, non-knowledge worker is more fit with organizational career process focusing on internal boundaries. Both internal and external orientation will require HR to have relevant practices and policies to support those fit.

Abstract

This watchfulness was conducted to examine the effect organizational commitment, motivational pluriform, and budget participation on managerial performance, by using the unit analysis is manager who worked at the manufacturing company in Jawa Tengah. The sampling technique used is the purposive method, where the entire population sampled. Result from data processing, so can be taken conclusion as follows there positive influence and significant between variable organizational commitment, variable motivational pluriforn, and variable budget participation on managerial performance with significant and a significance value it can be concluded that the model is feasible research, and may explain the significant effect between variables organizational commitment, motivational pluriform, and budget participation are simultaneously on variable managerial performance. Result analysis of the coefficient determination indicates that the variables organizational commitment, motivational pluriform, and budget participation variation affecting the variable managerial performance.

Abstract

The advance of organizational justice construct along with its dimensions has potential implications in explaining many justice phenomena, including organizational career process orientation. Diversity of individuals in organization, especially between knowledge workers and non-knowledge workers will imply in different career need as well as their perceptions of organizational justice. The purpose of this research is to give perspective in the relationship between organizational career process and organizational justice. Organizational justice is explained by using organizational perspectives both externally and internally in four types of boundaryless careers (i.e., internal psychological, internal enacted, external psychological, and external enacted), and by considering individual characteristics (i.e., knowledge worker and nonknowledge worker). Two hipotesis were offered and tested using moderated regression analysis (MRA). Organization using organizational career process focusing on externalboundaries will be judged to be procedurally fair by knowledge workers. Organization using organizational career process focusing on internal boundaries will be judged to be procedurally fair by non-knowledge workers.

Abstract

The result has purpose to test the will to revisit website of RSUD Dr. Moewardi to patient or their family. It because of the differentiation research object which gives effect to variable usage researched (Udo et al, 2011). The data analysis and hypotheses test in this research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM). Total sample of this research is 200 samples. The result research shows all hypotheses support. The result means high index of satisfaction felt by user of hospital website service has given affect to the will revisiting caused by high hope and the work hope of website service and also social affect from the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to test the behavior of the intention to use the system information that is formed from the intention of the patient's behavior towards the satisfaction of which is influenced by expediency, perceived usefulness, and credibility which are perceived society in while using the registration-based website. Sampling technique was purposive sampling with the population of the community in Solo using the application 's E-Patient. The results of this study indicate all supported hypothesis. These results credibility registration-based that to form the Intention of the patient's Behavior in the use of the means website registration through the expediency of perceived usefulness, and credibility which are perceived.

Abstract

This study was aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to OCB, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the effect of organizational justice to job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the influence of superordinate support to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Sample was determided by using probability cluster sampling method and random sampling.The sample were staffs of Psychiatric Hospital and PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Surakarta. Data collection using questionnaires was distributed directly as many as 200 questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted by using SEM. The results showed that job satisfaction had a positive effect on OCB, organizational commitment had no effect on OCB. Job satisfaction had no effect on organization commitment. The value of organizational justice to job satisfaction shows significant effect, but not on organizational commitment. Superordinate support had no effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Abstract

The study of success information system organized is still a study important in researchs systems information. It is caused by existence of the diversity of the results of research on the success of the the information system in organizations on various research an object that impact on variable user and the weapons of the analysis that adapted to the purposes of research (Delone & Mclean, 2003; Wu & Wang, 2006; Holsapple & Le-post, 2006). The purpose of this research is to test antaseden in the form of satisfaction in building intention use the information at RSUD Dr .Moewardi Surakarta. Research sample areas are employees at RSUD Dr .Moewardi as many as 200 respondents. Sampling technique use two stage clusters random sampling, a measuring instrument use testing spss and the testing of hypotheses use SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) with software AMOS. Based on the results of the analysis showed that all hypothesis supported that is significant the connection between satisfaction with the intention to continue, a significant relation between quality information with satisfaction user, a significant relation between quality the system with satisfaction users, and a significant relation exists between the quality of services with satisfaction users information system

Abstract

This study aims to test the satisfaction of using information systems formed from the patient's satisfaction with the quality of the service that is affected by the quality of the system and the perceived quality of information society in Solo while using e-patient applications. This study This confirm the research came back with a different object. Sampling technique was purposive sampling with the population of the community in the solo using the E-Patient application as much as 130 respondents. Testing the measuring instrument tested using the SPSS version 21 and hypothesis testing is done using Structural Equation Models (SEM) use the AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that patient satisfaction of using the E-Patient application significantly that from the quality of service. Quality system and quality of information on quality of service also showed significant effects. These results give Satisfaction to form meaning that patients i n the use of the application E-Patient through the quality of service is affected by the quality of the system and the quality of the information.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediating role of pshychological capital in the rlationship between authentic leadership and organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is an important factor in improving hospital performance. Commitment as a type of pshchological bond that reflects the dedication and responbility of employees to the work targets and goals of the hospital so that when organizational commitment is built the hospital will lead to various beneficial results. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to employees who worked at Surakarta Regional Mental Hospital and PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital. The research sample used amounted to 159. The sampling technique used in this study was the Cluster Sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done using regression analysis with mediating variables. The results in this study indicate that authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on psychological capital, psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This means psychological capital mediates the relationship between authentic leadership and psychological capital

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji komitmen pada Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan persepsian dan pemberdayaan karyawan. Komitmen karyawan yang baik maka karyawan akan merasa sepaham, cocok dengan organisasi dan karyawan tersebut semakin loyal sehubungan dengan itu akan bersifat positif dan karyawan bersedia untuk selalu komit sehingga siap diberdayakan. Data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan di RSJD dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta. Teknik penyampelan yang digunakan adalah cluster sampling dengan populasi karyawan medis maupun non medis sebanyak 80 responden. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi bertingkat
