Abstract

This study aims to examine The influence of task communication on vitality employed moderated by job autonomy. The data were obtained from the questionnaires distributed to Hospital employees Jiwa Surakarta and Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling with a population of 150 hospital employees. Hypothesis testing is performed using regression analysis using SPSS 18.The results of this study indicate that task communication has a significant effect on vitality employees and job autonomy moderates relationship between task communication and vitality employees. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment, organizational learning, and adaptive behavior on the work productivity of health workers. Work productivity is important for the hospital in producing an output or work result in accordance with the specified quality. Data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to health workers. The research sample used was 200 This study used purposive sampling. In Surakarta. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of financial reports, the use of information technology, and public accountability on the performance accountability of the Directorate General of Rights Determination and Land Registration. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 120 people and the sample amounted to 93 people. The technique in taking the sample using random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The third variable can affect the accountability of the performance of the Directorate General of Determination of Rights and Land Registration by 48.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kualitas layanan pada niat menggunakan kembali aplikasi Go-Med. Niat menggunakan kembali aplikasi Go-Med disebabkan oleh kualitas layanan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Go-Med. Kualitas layanan memberikan dampak pada niat menggunakan kembali aplikasi Go-Med. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada masyarakat Kota Surakarta yang sudah pernah menggunakan aplikasi Go-Med. sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 200. Teknik penyampelan yang digunakan adalah purpose sampling. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisa SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode analisis jalur. Hasil dalam penilitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis terdukung. Hubungan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif pada niat menggunakan kembali aplikasi Go-Med. Variabel kenyamanan akses berpengaruh tehadap kualitas layanan. keamanan berpengaruh pada kualitas layanan. Variabel kompatibilitas berpengaruh positif pada kualitas layanan

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel kegunaan persepsian, kemudahan persepsian, tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan dan peran moderasi tingkat pendapatan terhadap niat menggunakan aplikasi kesehatan Good Doctor. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada masyarakat umum baik yang sudah menggunakan atau belum menggunakan aplikasi Good Doctor. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 250 namun yang memenuhi kriteria hanya 166 responden. Teknik penyampelan yang digunakan adalah purpose sampling. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisa SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode analisis jalur. Hasil dalam penilitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegunaan persepsian, kemudahan persepsian dan tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap niat menggunakan aplikasi kesehatan Good Doctor. Penggunaan aplikasi kesehatan pada studi ini juga diperkuat oleh tingkat pendapatan yang dimiliki oleh individu, semakin meningkat tingkat pendapatan individu maka semakin tinggi niat untuk menggunakan aplikasi kesehatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of the implementation of good corporate governance and internal audit effectiveness on the quality of financial reports in the regional government organization of Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this research are all staff/employees who work in local government organizations, especially the finance department. There are 32 registered Regional Government Organizations (OPD). The sample obtained and used in the study was 75 respondents. The sample was selected using a sample selection technique, namely Purposive Sampling. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression The results of the study are: Good Corporate Governance has a significant positive effect on the Quality of Financial Statements, Internal audit has a positive effect on the Quality of Financial Reports

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel perilaku menurunkan konsumsi kopi dipengaruhi pengalaman masa lalu dan dimoderasi iklan menurunkan konsumsi kopi. . Data diperoleh melalui Eksperimen yang dilakukan di Karanganyar. Teknik eksperimen yang digunakan sebanyak 60 partisipan. Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan variabel moderator dan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengalaman masa lalu berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku menurunkan konsumsi kopi, rangsangan iklan memoderasi hubungan antara pengalaman masa lalu dan perilaku menurunkan konsumi kopi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at Wilwatikta Santosa Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative case study. Secondary data is obtained from records or documents. The sample in this study was 39 respondents. The technique used is the census technique while the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, f test, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that partially compensation, motivation and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. These three variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to partially determine the variables of the application of accounting information systems, organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at BPPKAD Cilacap Regency and to determine the variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance. This research is a descriptive study and the data used in this study are primary, namely by distributing questionnaires directly to 79 employees at BPPKAD Cilacap Regency. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique and obtained 59 samples. Data analysis used descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis was tested using a t-test with SPSS for windows version 26.0. The results of this study indicate that the application of accounting information systems, organizational culture, work motivation, and work discipline positively affect employee performance. It is concluded that the research results on employee performance imply that it can improve the performance of its employees, because by having high performance, in carrying out their duties and responsibilities employees can create loyalty and work spirit so that goals can be achieved optimally and result in increased BPPKAD services in Cilacap Regency to the public.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of bonding and monitoring mechanisms, as well as firm size, on firm performance across various industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study population consists of 45 companies from diverse industries. The research sample was obtained using purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 14 companies. The findings of the study indicate that institutional ownership and debt have a significant positive effect on firm financial performance. However, firm size does not have a significant negative impact on firm performance. In this context, bonding and monitoring mechanisms, as well as institutional ownership and debt levels, play a crucial role in enhancing the financial performance of companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. These findings provide insights for managers and stakeholders to consider appropriate ownership strategies and debt structures to improve firm performance. Furthermore, firm size is not considered a critical factor influencing firm performance in the context of this research.
