Abstract

In recent years, the number of elderly individuals has continued to rise, particularly in China, where aging has become a serious issue. Common symptoms of aging, such as hypertension, heart disease, and osteoporosis, are increasingly prevalent. Heart failure, a complication of heart disease, primarily affects the elderly and can severely impact their quality of life, even posing life-threatening risks. This study explores the impact of exercise interventions on the treatment and rehabilitation of heart failure in the elderly, aiming to provide more comprehensive and effective evidence. Keywords such as "exercise," "aerobic exercise," "resistance exercise," "combined exercise," "heart failure," and "elderly" were entered into databases like HowNet, Wanfang, VIP, PubMed, and Embased to select and summarize representative articles. The results indicate that all three types of exercise interventions positively affect elderly heart failure, though the degree of positive impact and improvement in related physical indicators vary. Targeted exercise interventions should be based on the type and severity of heart failure in the elderly. Aerobic exercise is recommended for patients with mild conditions, while resistance exercise is suitable for those with severe heart failure and muscle weakness. Combined exercise depends on concurrent symptoms, such as respiratory failure and the inability to stand. Further study is needed to better understand the relationship between exercise types and rehabilitation outcomes. Developing individualized intervention programs based on disease severity and overall physical condition is crucial. Additionally, educating and training healthcare professionals on implementing effective exercise intervention programs for elderly patients with heart failure is essential

Abstract

This study, based on the social ecological model, investigates the multifaceted factors influencing the physical exercise behavior of senior high school students through an extensive literature review and logical analysis, and subsequently offers targeted recommendations. The findings reveal that high school students' physical activity is shaped by a complex interplay of influences across several levels. At the individual level, factors such as gender and physical health are significantly associated with exercise behavior. Males tend to be more active than females, and students in better physical health are more likely to engage in regular physical activity. Family dynamics also play a crucial role. Support and encouragement from family members, particularly parents, greatly enhance students' likelihood of participating in sports and other physical activities. When families prioritize and value physical exercise, students are more inclined to adopt similar behaviors. The school environment further contributes to shaping exercise habits. The presence of adequate sports facilities and comprehensive physical education programs within schools are positively correlated with higher levels of student participation in physical exercise. Schools that invest in well-maintained sports infrastructure and offer diverse physical education curricula create conducive environments for students to be active. Social factors are equally influential. Peer participation in sports activities serves as a strong motivator for students. When peers are actively involved in sports, students are more likely to join in due to social bonding and peer pressure. Competitive pressure, while sometimes a source of stress, can also drive students to participate more in physical activities to excel and fit in socially. Based on these insights, the study suggests a multi-level intervention approach. Strengthening family support systems, improving school sports facilities, and fostering a supportive social environment are critical. These measures aim to promote healthier and more active lifestyles among high school students, addressing the issue from multiple angles to ensure a comprehensive and effective strategy

Abstract

With the development of the social economy, changes in living habits, and population aging, the incidence of chronic diseases has increased significantly, becoming a major challenge for global public health. This study explores the significant role and effects of exercise intervention in the management of chronic diseases. Chronic diseases have high mortality rates, substantial disease burdens, and significant impacts on medical expenses. Traditional prevention and control strategies centered on treatment show limitations in addressing these issues. This study aims to examine the effects of exercise intervention as a non-pharmacological therapy, which offers low-cost and high-benefit advantages in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Through systematic review and empirical analysis, this research elaborates on the effects of exercise intervention in improving function and reducing pain in arthritis patients, preventing falls in the elderly, enhancing respiratory function in COPD patients, controlling blood glucose in type 2 diabetes patients, and reducing obesity symptoms. The study's findings indicate that exercise intervention has a significant positive impact on various aspects of chronic disease management. These interventions not only improve the physical condition of patients but also reduce the overall disease burden and medical costs. This research emphasizes the importance of personalized and scientific formulation and implementation of exercise interventions. Specific recommendations regarding exercise intervention are provided for future chronic disease prevention and control strategies. Thus, this study offers precise and applicable guidelines for improving the management and prevention of chronic diseases through exercise intervention

Abstract

Despite various system reforms implemented by Yao Ming since becoming the president of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA), the level of basketball competition in China has not shown significant improvement, indicating that underlying issues in the development of basketball in China remain unresolved. One of the main factors influencing the level of competition is the training system for players. This study aims to analyze and compare the training systems for basketball players in China and the United States, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each system, including player selection, training, and management. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative approaches, using literature reviews, interviews with coaches and players, and direct observations of training programs. The results reveal that the training system in the United States is more structured, focusing on individual skill development from an early age, emphasizing basic techniques, game strategy, and physical conditioning, while also allowing players the freedom to develop according to their talents. Conversely, the system in China is more centralized and less flexible, with a greater focus on team achievements rather than individual development. The study's recommendations include increasing the focus on individual skill development from an early age, adopting elements from the American training system such as freedom in talent development and a more flexible training approach, enhancing the quality of coaches through more in-depth and continuous training, and creating a competitive environment that supports the development of young players. By implementing these recommendations, it is hoped that China can address the issues in its training system and improve the level of basketball competition both nationally and internationally

Abstract

The sustainable development of county-level football associations is a requirement set forth by various policy documents from the Party and the State, reflecting the essential principles of Chinese civil sports organizations. Unlike the Chinese Football Association (CFA) and provincial football associations, county-level football associations are characterized by their non-governmental, civic, and amateur nature. This study examines the development of these associations and identifies several significant issues impeding their progress: outdated development concepts, unclear division of power and responsibilities, unequal resource distribution, ineffective roles of leadership bodies, and a lack of clear definitions for the roles of governing bodies. Currently, these associations face the challenge of lagging in development due to these unresolved issues. To address these challenges, it is essential for county-level football associations to revamp their development concepts to align with contemporary needs and expectations. Strengthening the leadership roles within these associations is crucial, as it will provide clear guidance and direction for their activities. Additionally, there is a need to improve the system design to make the management of these associations more efficient and effective. Encouraging the participation of all relevant stakeholders is also vital to form a cohesive and synergistic approach to development. By fostering collaboration among various parties, county-level football associations can leverage diverse resources and expertise, leading to more robust and sustainable growth. The ultimate goal of these recommendations is to promote the endogenous development of county-level football associations. By doing so, these associations can play a pivotal role in enhancing grassroots participation in football, thereby contributing to the broader objective of nurturing a strong mass base for football in China. Through improved governance, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement, county-level football associations can achieve sustainable development and ensure widespread participation in the sport across the nation

Abstract

With the rapid growth of new technologies such as big data, digital technology is increasingly permeating our daily lives. Financial institutions, particularly commercial banks, are also seizing opportunities in the wave of digital financial development to provide better financial services. However, this development in digital finance has affected the credit structure and risk-taking of banks. This study aims to empirically analyze the impact of digital finance development on the credit structure and risk-taking of commercial banks. Additionally, the study seeks to discuss how the combined effects of digital finance and credit structure influence bank risk-taking. Empirical analysis is conducted using financial data from commercial banks over the past decade. The analytical methods include collecting secondary data, statistical data processing, and regression analysis to evaluate the relationships between digital finance development, credit structure, and bank risk-taking. The empirical analysis results show that the development of digital finance has promoted an increase in the scale of bank credit and the ratio of personal loans to credit loans. Integrating digital finance with banks has proven to reduce the risk burden banks bear. Furthermore, as digital finance continues to develop, adjustments in the bank's credit structure also affect the risk burden borne by the banks. Based on these findings, it is recommended that commercial banks continue to adopt digital financial technologies to increase their credit scale and optimize their credit structure. Additionally, banks should consider developing policies that support integrating digital technologies to reduce risk burdens and enhance financial stability. Further research is also suggested to explore the long-term impact of digital finance on the overall financial performance and risk of banks

Abstract

This study investigates the potential of incorporating Qiaopi, the traditional postal system used by overseas Chinese, into university patriotism education as a means to strengthen students' moral and cultural values. Qiaopi, a significant element of cultural heritage, encapsulates values such as integrity, patriotism, filial piety and perseverance, which are essential for fostering a well-rounded moral compass among students. By exploring Qiaopi as both a historical artifact and a medium for cultural transmission, this research highlights its unique ability to enhance students' cultural awareness and deepen their sense of patriotism. Using a qualitative methodology, the study involves a analysis of existing literature on Qiaopi. The aim is to understand how Qiaopi's rich cultural significance can be leveraged in modern educational settings to cultivate a stronger sense of national identity among students. The findings reveal that Qiaopi, when integrated effectively into the curriculum, can serve as a valuable educational resource that not only teaches historical and cultural knowledge but also instills important moral values. The study underscores the importance of optimizing the use of Qiaopi in educational programs. This can be achieved by developing digital resources that make Qiaopi more accessible, organizing cultural research activities, and promoting its integration into classroom instruction. Additionally, creating a campus environment that actively supports cultural heritage can further amplify the impact of Qiaopi-based education. Ultimately, this research advocates for a more dynamic and culturally enriched approach to patriotism education that better prepares college students to address the complexities of the globalized world while maintaining a strong moral foundation
