Abstract

This study aims to examine the significant effect of the claim expense ratio, the agent's balance to surplus ratio, and the premium growth ratio on the stock price of insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015. This type of research is an empirical study with multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it was obtained that the tcount value of the claim expense ratio variable (-1.289) was greater than the -ttable value (-1.683), the tcount value of the agent's balance to surplus ratio variable (-2.685) was smaller than the -ttable value (-1.683) while the tcount of premium growth ratio variable (1.912) is greater than ttable value (1.683). Thus, the first hypothesis is rejected, while the second and third hypotheses are accepted. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the claim expense ratio has a negative but insignificant effect on the share price of insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015. The agent's balance to surplus ratio has a significant negative effect on the insurance company's stock price, and the premium growth ratio also has a significant positive effect on stock prices. Therefore, there is an implication that as an effort to continue to increase its share price, company management needs to prioritize policies regarding the agent's balance to surplus ratio and premium growth. Companies can perform periodic and consistent evaluation actions relating to direct premium receivables, own capital and net premiums, use their own capital proportionately and control operating costs more efficiently in order to increase the company's premium income and net profit.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the business done by the peci home industry in Bandung Kebumen village is efficient? This research was conducted with the population is the cap business actor in Bandung Kebumen, amounting to 40, and the research sample was taken by purposive sampling, namely the sample was drawn from a certain number of the population using certain considerations or criteria, namely the turnover per day produces a minimum of 5 scores. This research shows that the Small and Micro Enterprises engaged in the Home Industry Peci in Bandung Sruni Kebumen in 2016 in carrying out their production activities are efficient, this can be seen from the Benefit Cost Ratio obtained from some of the Peci Home Industry business players at a number above 1 , which is in the range of 1,271 to 1,325. The business of making peci in Bandung is mostly a supporting business besides being a farmer, so that even though the sales system is seasonal and payments are made on time, it does not disturb the economy of these business actors, because they can fulfill their daily activities from investment in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemampuan dan produktivitas yang dicapai setiap karyawan merupakan ukuran dari kinerja karyawan. Artikel ini memberikan gambaran dari hasil analisis pengaruh stres kerja, komunikasi dan sikap rekan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di usaha kecil. Sampel diuji pada karyawan usaha kecil di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan jumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode random sampling dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel stres kerja, komunikasi, sikap rekan, kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan hasil bahwa stres kerja, komunikasi, sikap rekan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,905 artinya kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel stres kerja, komunikasi, sikap rekan kerja sebesar 90,5% sedangkan sisanya 9,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti. Saran yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan hasil analsisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu: usaha kecil di Kabupaten Banyumas perlu memperhatikan stres kerja karyawan melalui beban kerja karyawan dan pengawasan kerja berkaitan. Dalam hal komunikasi perlu untuk meningkatkan koordinasi antara karyawan dengan atasan, sedangkan berkaitan dengan sikap rekan kerja perlu menekankan pada aspek perhatian terhadap kesehatan rekan kerja yang lain. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Contextual Factors on Student Entrepreneurial Interest. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business Students Wijayakusuma University Purwokerto. The number of samples used was 80 respondents, and the sampling technique using purposive sampling method. To determine the sample size using a method developed by Isaac and Michael, as well as Krejcie and Morgan. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the analysis using a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05) and degree of freedom (df) = (n-k) = (80-5) = 75, the t table is 1.992 < of t arithmetic for each independent variable are Academic Support (th1 = 2.852), Social Support (th2 = 2.341), Environmental Support (th3 = 6.776), and Entrepreneurship Education (th4 = 6.967) . When compared then th1, th2, th3, th4> t Table, so that Ho is rejected. This can mean that Academic Support, Social Support, Environmental Support, and Entrepreneurship Education each significantly influence Entrepreneurial Interest. This shows that the better the Academic Support, Social Support, Environmental Support, and Entrepreneurship Education provided, the more it will increase the interest of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study to analyze the effect of Self efficacy on entrepreneurial education, to test the significance of the effect of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention, the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial education in mediating the effect of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention students in Management Study programs.The number of samples 75 respondens ,and the sampling technique using random sampling method. The analysis method uses regression and Sobel test. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis of the first model, the value of t-test of self-efficacy variables towards entrepreneurial intention (4,080) is greater than the value of ttable (1,993). From the results of a simple regression analysis of the second model, the value of the t test of the Self Efficacy variable towards entrepreneurship education (5,420) is greater than the value of the table (1,993). From the results of multiple regression analysis, the t test value of the entrepreneurship education variable (5.508) is also greater than the value of the table (1.993). Furthermore, based on the results of the mediation variable test with the Sobel test obtained t sobel value of (3.244) is greater than the value of the table (1.993). Thus, the first, second, third and fourth hypotheses in this study were accepted. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Self Efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurship education. Self efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship Education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship Education mediates the effect of Self Efficacy on entrepreneurial intention on Management students. Referring to these conclusions, it can be implied that as an effort to continuously improve entrepreneurial intentions, the management study program needs to implement appropriate policies related to entrepreneurship education. The ways that can be done include by continuing to improve the material provided in accordance with the contents of the syllabus, making entrepreneurial practice interesting so that this course pleases students.

Abstract

Online transportation services are an option because they are considered capable of providing a greater customer value than other conventional transportation services. This study aims to partially analyze the significance of the influence of the factors of ease, safety and efficiency factors that influence citizen decisions in Banyumas in choosing online transportation services. The research sample amounted to 100 people based on the accidental sampling method. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis tool. The results showed the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5,159 + 0,030X1 + 0,263X2 + 0,455X3 + e and the coefficient of determination equal to 0,368. From the F test results it was found that the value of Ftest> Ftable(21,134 > 3,09), so that the model was declared feasible. From the results of the t test obtained the second and third hypotheses were accepted, while the first hypothesis was rejected. This means that the safety and efficiency factors have a significant effect while the ease factor did not have a significant influence on the decisions of the people in Banyumas in choosing online transportation services

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Role of Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty of SGM Brand Dairy Products. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of brand characteristics, company characteristics and brand-consumer characteristics on brand loyalty in SGM milk products consumers The research hypothesis is brand characteristics, company characteristics and brand-consumer characteristics have a significant influence on brand loyalty in SGM dairy product consumers To test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on these analysts results obtained tX1 of 2,773, tX2 of 2,802 and tX3 of 4,406 greater than t table of 2,030 so that Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. Therefore the first, second, third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This research entitled "The Influence of Intellectual Intelligence, Organizational Culture and Work Facilities on Teacher Performance of SMA 5 Purwokerto". The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of intellectual intelligence on the performance of teachers at Purwokerto Public High School 5, to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of teachers at SMA 5 Purwokerto and to analyze the influence of work facilities on the performance of teachers at SMA 5 Purwokerto. The analysis uses multiple linear regression. From this research it can be concluded: The hypothesis that intellectual intelligence has a effect on the performance of teachers at SMA 5 Purwokerto, with a confidence rate of 95%, is accepted. This is evidenced by the t test which proves that the t count of intellectual intelligence is greater than t table (2,217> 2,0262). The hypothesis that organizational culture has a effect on the performance of teachers at SMA 5 Purwokerto, with a 95% confidence score, is accepted. This is evidenced by the t test which proves that t counts the organizational culture is greater than t table (2.600> 2.0262). The hypothesis which states that work facilities have a effect on the performance of teachers at SMA 5 Purwokerto, with a confidence rate of 95%, is accepted. This is evidenced by the t test which proves that t work facility count is greater than t table (2,313> 2,0262).

Abstract

This research entitled "The Effect of Compensation, Procedural Justice and Physical Work Environment on PD BPR BKK Purbalingga Employee Job Satisfaction". The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of PD BPR BKK Purbalingga employees, to analyze the significance of procedural justice on job satisfaction of PD BPR BKK Purbalingga employees and to analyze the significance of physical work environment on PD BPR BKK Purbalingga employee job satisfaction. The analysis uses multiple linear regression. From this research it can be concluded: The hypothesis which states compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of PD BPR BKK Purbalingga employees, with a 95% confidence rate, accepted. This is evidenced by the t test which proves that the t count compensation is greater than t table (2,410> 2,0025). The hypothesis that procedural justice has a significant effect on job satisfaction of PD BPR BKK Purbalingga employees, with a 95% confidence rate, is accepted. This is evidenced by the t test which proves that procedural fairness is greater than t table (2,941> 2,0025). The hypothesis that the physical work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction of PD BPR BKK Purbalingga employees, with a 95% confidence score, is accepted. This is evidenced by the t test which proves that t counts the physical work environment is greater than t table (4.982> 2.0025).
