Abstract

This research entitled "The Influence of Job Promotion, Perception of Justice Compensation and Physical Work Environment for Employee Satisfaction at PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Banjarnegara branch". The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the promotion promotion on job satisfaction of PT Adira Multifinance Dynamics Branch Employees, the significant influence of perceptions of fairness compensation on PT Adira Multifinance Dynamics Branch Banjarnegara employee job satisfaction, the effect of the significance of the physical work environment on PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance employee work environment Banjarnegara branch and which has the most influence between job promotion, perceptions of fairness of compensation and physical work environment towards job satisfaction of employees of PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance, Banjarnegara Branch . The analytical tool used in this study is path analysis. From this research it can be concluded: First, the hypothesis that states promotion has a significant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Adira Multifinance Dynamics in Banjarnegara Branch, accepted. This is proven by t count of promotions is greater than t table (4,3991 > 2,0141). Second, the hypothesis that the perception of fairness compensation has a significant influence on the job satisfaction of PT. Adira Multifinance Dynamics in Banjarnegara Branch, accepted. This is evidenced by calculating perceptions of fairness compensation greater than t table (3,0936 > 2,0141). Third, the hypothesis that the physical work environment has a significant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Adira Multifinance Dynamics in Banjarnegara Branch, accepted. This is evidenced by t counting the physical work environment greater than t table (2,2498 > 2,0141). Fourth, the hypothesis that job promotion has the greatest influence compared to perceptions of justice compensation and physical work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Adira Multifinance Dynamics in Banjarnegara Branch, accepted. This is evidenced by the value of the proportional influence of the highest promotion compared to perceptions of justice compensation and physical work environment (0,3447 > 0,2578 dan 0,1484).

Abstract

Abstract: The recearch entitled “ The Effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyality with Relationship Quality as an Intervening Variable ( Study on Arcon Concrete Tile Consumers in Purwokerto Region)” The Purpose of this study .was to investigate and analyze the effect of relationship marketing on relationship quality and customer loyality, to know and analyze the effect of relationship quality on customer loyality, and to find out and analyze the effect of relationship quality as an intervenig variable in mediating the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty. Analysis techniques using linear regression and Sobel test. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis of the first and second models, the t- value of relationship marketing variables is greater than the value of the table. From the results of multiple regression analysis obtained t count value of relationship quality variable is greater than the value of t table. Furthermore , based on the results of the mediation variable test with the Sobel test, the t Sobel value is greater than the t table value. Management need to implement a variety of marketing policies relating to relationship marketing and relationship quality in order to continue to increase the loyalty of its customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the current ratio, total asset turnover, debt to assets ratio, and net profit margin on changes in earnings. Company size. This research was conducted in all trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the research period 2013-2015. The sample in this study were 52 trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2015. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study using multiple regression analysis using the SPSS application. Partial test analysis (t test) which is used to see the effect of independent variables (Current Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Debt to Assets Ratio and Net Profit Margin) has a significant effect on the dependent variable. The first hypothesis which states that the Latest Ratio has a significant effect on changes in earnings in trading companies is accepted, the second hypothesis related to Total Assets Turn Over has a significant effect on changes in earnings in trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 - 2015 is accepted. The hypothesis which states that the Debt to Total Assets Ratio has a significant positive effect on changes in earnings in trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 - 2015. The fourth hypothesis states that Net Profit Margin has a significant positive effect on changes in earnings in trading companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Discipline, Compensation, Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT SumberAlfariaTrijayaTbkPurwokerto Area. The purpose of the study was: to analyze the influence of work discipline, compensation and work stress on the performance of employees of PT SumberAlfariaTrijayaTbk. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test calculations.Based on the results of the study it is known that work discipline, compensation and work stress have a significant influence on employee performance at PT SumberAlfariaTrijayaTbkPurwokerto. The existence of these influences shows that the higher the work discipline on employees, will make their performance increase, so the first hypothesis is accepted. The implication of this research is that increasing employee performance can be improved by increasing work discipline on employees. Things that can be done include improving the ability of employees to do training so that employees are able to work effectively and efficiently. To improve employee performance, companies can also do this by holding vacations to reduce employee saturation. Performance on employees can be done by reducing work stress on employees. things that can be done, among others, by providing work in accordance with their respective job jobs so that there is no accumulation of work activities

Abstract

This research entitle of “Analysis influence of Individual Competence, Compensation and Job Stress to Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable” (Case Study at Kospin Jasa Branch Pemalang)”. This research target is : To gain an understanding of the influence of the individual competence, compensation and Job Stress to employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. At this research used by purpossive sampling as much 45 responder. As for examination of at this research done with validity test, reliability, classical assumptions, hypothesis test in the form of t test, F test, coefficient determinant, path analysis and sobel test. With multiple linear regression analysis at this research obtained by result b1 = 0,187 showing influence which are positive of Individual Competence variable to Employee Performance, b2 = 0,258 showing influence which are positive of Compensation to Employee Performance, b3 = 0,289 showing influence which are positive of Job Stress variable to Employee Performance, b4 = 0,261 showing influence which are positive of Job Satisfaction variable to Employee Performance. Whereas for partial hypothesis testing the t test was used, obtained the tcount for Individual Competence to Employee Performance of 2,446, tcount for Compensation variable to Employee Performance of 3,090, tcount for Job Stress to Employee Performance of 2,528 and tcount for Job Satisfaction variable to Employee Performance of 2,281. Then based on the results of calculations through the sobel test, Job Satisfaction mediate the relationship between Individual Competence, Compensation and Job Stress to Employee Performance. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMMEs) are people's business activities which are currently the backbone of the Indonesian economy. To simplify the process of preparing MSME financial reports, currently a special Financial Standard for SMMEs has been formalized which is named the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). This study aims to examine what factors influence the implementation of SAK EMKM in Banyumas Regency. These factors include the provision of information and outreach, educational background, level of education, length of business and size of business. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires with 62 questionnaires that can be used for research. Data were tested using Multiple Regression Analysis. The test results show that partially, the owner's education level has an effect on the implementation of SAK EMKM, the provision of information and outreach has a significant and positive effect on the implementation of SAK EMKM, while the understanding of information technology and business age does not have a significant effect on the implementation of SAK EMKM in SMMEs in the district. Abstract

This study examines the effect of profitability on the stock prices of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In general, this study aims to examine the effect of profitability ratios on stock prices. The profitability ratio in this study is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS), while stock prices in this study use stock prices after the audit report. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017 as many as 37 companies. The research sample used purposive sampling method. Based on predetermined criteria, obtained as many as 12 companies used as research samples. The analytical method used is multiple regression. The results of the study stated that during the years 2015-2017 (1) Based on the F test the model was declared feasible (2) Based on the t test ROA had a significant positive effect on stock prices, NPM had no significant negative effect on stock prices and EPS had a significant positive effect on stock prices (3 ) The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.657, which means that the independent variable that affects the dependent variable is 65.7% and the remaining 34.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study

Abstract

This research entitled "The Effect of Empowerment, Self Efficacy and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja Banjarnegara Regency". The purpose of this study was to analyze empowerment significantly influence the performance of employees of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja Banjarnegara Regency, to analyze self efficacy significantly influence the performance of employees of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja Banjarnegara Regency and to analyze organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja Banjarnegara Regency .The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. From this research it can be concluded: The first hypothesis which states empowerment has a significant effect on the performance of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja employees in Banjarnegara Regency, accepted. This is evidenced by the t test, t count empowerment is greater than t table (4,151> 2,0244). The second hypothesis which states self efficacy has a significant effect on the performance of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja employees in Banjarnegara Regency, is accepted. This is evidenced by the t test, t counts self efficacy greater than t table (2,342> 2,0244). The third hypothesis which states organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja employees in Banjarnegara Regency, is accepted. This is evidenced by the t test, t calculates the organizational culture greater than t table (3,080> 2,0244).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, company size and managerial ownership on company performance. This research was conducted at companies in the food and beverage sub-sector consumer goods industry which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2014-2017. The number of samples used was 40 samples in 4 years. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study using multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 23 application. The t-test analysis conducted shows that the hypothesis for the capital structure variable is statistically accepted. This means that the increase in the company's capital structure will decrease the company's performance. Therefore, the company management must pay more attention and improve its capital structure in order to improve company performance. Meanwhile, the hypothesis for the variables of company size and managerial ownership was rejected statistically because the test results were not significant to company performance. Even so, it is better for companies to still consider company size and managerial ownership in order to improve company performance. One way that can be done to improve company performance is to perform periodic evaluation actions consistently related to the company's ability to generate profits from its total assets.

Abstract

This study In order to survive, companies must quickly change its strategy labor-based business towards knowledge based business, so that the main characteristics of the company because a science-based company. One approach used in the assessment is the measurement of knowledge assets (knowledge assets) is Intellectual Capital.. This research tested the effecetof three components of VAIC™ (Value Added Intellectual Coefficient): VAHU (Value Added Capital Employeed), VACA (Value Added Human Capital), and STVA (Sructure Capital Value Added) to the sharia banking bussines performance (profit sharing ratio). Data obtained from the nine sharia commercial bank in Indonesia during the four-year period from 2014 to 2017. The number of samples used were 36 financial annual reports . The study's findings indicate value added capital employed (VACA) have significant impact, while value added human capital (VAHU) and stuctural capital value added (STVA) not having significant impact about the sharia banking bussines performance in Indonesia.
