Abstract

Peningkatan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di bidang kesehatan menuntut adanya sistem yang terintegrasi untuk mengelola proses klinis dan administratif, khususnya pada klinik berskala kecil dan menengah. Banyak klinik masih menerapkan pengelolaan informasi secara manual atau terpisah, yang menyebabkan duplikasi data, keterbatasan visibilitas operasional, serta alur kerja yang kurang efisien. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan perancangan sistem yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi untuk mendukung aktivitas manajemen klinik. Penelitian ini mengusulkan perancangan sistem informasi manajemen klinik berbasis web pada Klinik Sri Manik Farma yang mengintegrasikan pengelolaan data pasien, data dokter, layanan klinis, persediaan obat, kunjungan medis, dan proses penagihan dalam satu platform terpadu. Sistem dirancang menggunakan pendekatan basis data terpusat dengan alur kerja berbasis administrator untuk menjaga konsistensi data dan kemudahan pengelolaan. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penyediaan rancangan sistem yang merepresentasikan alur kerja klinis secara menyeluruh serta menghubungkan proses klinis dengan aktivitas administratif dan keuangan. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan melalui validasi fungsional dan analisis kegunaan yang menitikberatkan pada ketepatan operasi CRUD, integrasi alur kerja, dan kejelasan interaksi pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan sistem yang diusulkan mampu mendukung pengelolaan data secara terstruktur, mengurangi redundansi data, dan meningkatkan transparansi operasional. Pengembangan selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambahkan akses multi-peran, peningkatan mekanisme keamanan, serta fitur analitik lanjutan guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial.

Abstract

The system which is applied at the library of SMA Negeri 1 Tegallalang is still manual, where students have to search or look for the books that they need one by one. In their system, the officers will record the books borrowed by the students in a notebook. All data of the book collections in the library is also recorded in a book. For the visitor report, out book reports, book returned reports, and book data report will be recap by handwriting.This web will make the students easier to search for titles of books that they want to read or borrow. Therefore, the students no longer need to look for the title of the book they want to borrow by searching one by one on the bookcase. This system will be described in the design of Data Flow Diagrams, Conceptual Data Model, and userinterface is made for it.The results of the problem above is a library information system. This system will be able to assist students in the process of borrowing books. Moreover, it can assist the officers to record the data , reporting, bookkeeping, and the calculation of fines.

Abstract

Intisari— Kabupaten Sleman merupakan salah satu wilayah propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang dijadikan sebagai daerah lumbung padi. Hal ini menjadi salah satu potensi di bidang pertanian untuk mencukupi kebutuhan pangan bagi penduduk di wilayah sekitarnya. Hasil panen di wilayah kabupaten Sleman yang terbesar salah satunya adalah padi. Pengembangan dan pemeliharaan padi di area persawahan di Kabupaten Sleman tergantung dari ketersediaan air pada jaringan irigasi sehingga dibutuhkan data tentang kondisi jaringan irigasi dan informasi terkait yang diperlukan. Informasi dapat dihasilkan dari perancangan sistem informasi geografis yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan detail data jaringan irigasi dan lokasi mana saja yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber air. Sistem informasi geografis dibuat agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui wilayah-wilayah yang terdapat pembangunan jaringan pemanfaatan air yang tersebar di wilayah tertentu khususnya di daerah kabupaten Sleman. Perancangan dan implementasi sistem dibuat guna memberikan solusi tentang manfaat sistem informasi geografi sebagai alat bantu dalam melakukan pemetaan wilayah irigasi dan memberikan perkiraan pembagian air untuk wilayah pertanian dan perikanan di Kabupaten Sleman Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam bentuk visualisasi pemetaan wilayah berbasis sistem informasi geografi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis web untuk mengelola data irigasi guna pembagian debit air di wilayah Kabupaten Sleman. Abstract Abstract— Sleman Regency is one of the provinces in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, which is used as a rice granary area. This has become one of the potentials in agriculture to meet residents' food needs in the surrounding area. One of the biggest crops in the Sleman district is rice. The development and maintenance of rice in the rice fields in the Sleman Regency depend on water availability in the irrigation network. Data on the condition of the irrigation network and related information are needed. Information can be generated from the design of a geographic information system that aims to obtain detailed irrigation network data and which locations can be used as water sources. The geographic information system is made to find out the areas where the water utilization network development is scattered in certain areas, especially in the Sleman district. The design and implementation of the system are made to provide solutions about the benefits of geographic information systems as a tool in mapping irrigation areas and providing estimates of the distribution of water for agricultural and fisheries areas in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region in the form of visualization of regional mapping based on geographic information systems. The result of this research is a web-based Geographical Information System to manage irrigation data for the distribution of water discharge in the Sleman Regency. Abstract

Mail management is a tangled thread that becomes the main problem in a company or organization. The information contained in the letter is an essential part of maintaining the confidentiality of data. Maintaining the integrity of the data becomes an essence that must be resolved in an organized manner so that incoming letters can be structured in a structured way and make it easier to search for these letters in the future. In general, the processing of incoming and outgoing mail is grouped and managed by similar grouping documents. The mail processing process still uses a number system or an agenda book, so document archiving is not optimal and less efficient in mail processing. To makes letters more organized, an information system is needed that can record and store the process of receiving letters. Using information systems directly can shorten searching for letters and storing notes in a more well-structured manner. The grouping of letters using the classification model of the decision tree algorithm can organize letters into specific groups. The set aims to speed up searching for correspondence information and the grouping to be more well structured. This study aims to build a mail processing information system. The system built can manage incoming and outgoing mail data. The research conducted in building this system is qualitative research by observing the research object.

Abstract

The arrangement of the stock of goods is a vital component in the trading business, because the availability of goods owned by the number of goods that come out is recorded. This recording is one part of the stock inventory component. A stock of goods is said to be balanced if, incoming goods, outgoing goods and the rest of the goods have a total amount equal to the total number of goods at the time of entry into the warehouse. The main component of other than recording is the flow of goods turnover has a clear track record. The use of information systems can easily keep track records of per unit of goods. This study takes a case regarding the stock of goods at a smartphone shop, the flow of the goods turnover process at the store is unique from other stores, because every day goods or units of goods must be circulated. From these problems, an Inventory System for Web-Based Mobileshops was built, there are several steps of data flow to describe the flow of information and transformations that are applied when data moves from input to output, namely, Event List, Data Flow Diagram, CDM, PDM, and Design. The system user interface is built. PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​are used to build the System. Based on the BlackBox testing carried out, it can be concluded that the Inventory System Design for Web-Based Mobileshop has been successfully built. The features of this system are managing loan application data, managing brand data, cellphones, outgoing goods and incoming goods as well as managing DO and producing output reports of goods going out and goods coming in.

Abstract

Currently, STIKI Indonesia's marketing division has not implemented a system that can make it easier for new students to get information about boarding houses in the campus area, especially for new students outside the Bali area. Usually, the marketing team in informing boarding places for new students is always constrained by hours. Little socialization and the marketing team always conducts a survey first, so it takes too long. Information onboarding places are also not optimal. This research aims to design and build a boarding house recommendation system for new students using the Naive Bayes method. Therefore, the author intends to design and build a Boarding Place Recommendation Decision Support System for New Students using the Naive Bayes method with the Google Map feature and the desired price range to help students find boarding houses in the campus area. This system can also help the marketing team shorten the working time, which usually conducts a survey first to determine the boarding house. The implementation of the system was tested by the black box testing method with the results of black-box testing, and the system's functionality was by what had been designed.

Abstract

PT Total Lintas Samudera is a company engaged in Logistics & domestic and international shipping services. At PT Total Lintas Samudera, reports are still made separately between the customer service and accounting divisions with a single entry or made per division and are not connected in one system. Between expenditure data and financial reports have not been connected in one system, which causes it to be unable to generate reports automatically. This makes the company work less effectively and efficiently, which results in the slow preparation of reports. For this reason, an information system is designed and built to manage web-based financial reports to make it easier to present reports more efficiently—design and Build of Financial Information System PT. Total Ocean Crossing begins with collecting data, and then from that data, functional and non-functional analysis can be carried out. After that, do the design, prepare black box testing test scenarios, determine the schedule of activities, implement the system, and finally do system testing—financial Information System PT. Total Lintas Samudera has two user levels, namely admin and leadership. The test results found that the test was by the system design, and everything could work as expected.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology is currently growing rapidly so that it can make it easier for everyone to exchange information with others through social media. One of the social media that currently has a big influence is Instagram. This study aims to find the ratios found on social media Instagram. These ratios can later be used to perform analyzes that can be measured mathematically. The research method used is exploratory to find the variables contained in Instagram. These variables will be juxtaposed to be tested for their relevance to find the relevant ratios used to assess the performance of an Instagram account. The results of this Instagram social media research show that 14 ratios can be used to assess, measure, and compare the credibility of an Instagram account. The discovery of this ratio implies that further researchers can conduct quantitative research in measuring, assessing, and comparing accounts contained on Instagram.

Abstract

PT. Sari Burger Indonesia, with one of its branches, is located at Jl. Teuku Umar, Level 21 Shopping Mall, Denpasar Bali. In realizing the company's goals by simplifying the process of calculating raw materials to be purchased by the company, there is a manager or, more precisely, an assistant manager in charge of calculating the raw materials to be purchased. This system is made using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) design; this system is made based on Android, using android studio software, and with the help of Firebase, which has many readily available features, besides that this system uses the SMA (Single Moving Average) method. , this method is used during the forecasting calculation process. With this system, the goal of calculating the number of raw materials to be purchased becomes easier. The calculation process that was previously manual can now be easier to use a computerized system based on Android because the data inputted will be stored in the system in performing calculations. In addition, calculations that have been saved can also be downloaded using a file with a pdf extension. The system can also forecast the remaining stock, which will be used in estimating the amount of stock remaining next month.

Abstract

UUO SP Canti Sedana adalah unit usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa keuangan yang beralamatkan di Jl. Danau Beratan No. 48, Sanur Kaja, Kec. Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali. Pengelolaan transaksi pada UUO SP Canti Sedana ini masih dilakukan dengan mencatat ke dalam lembar daftar kas harian, kemudian transaksi diolah menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel sebagai sistem yang membantu pegawai dalam input transaksi dan sebagai media penyimpanan data transaksi. Kemudian kendala selanjutnya adalah ketua koperasi harus datang ke koperasi untuk mendapat informasi yang diperlukan seperti informasi setoran tabungan dan penarikan tabungan harian, laporan simpanan anggota, laporan tabungan nasabah dan laporan penarikan tabungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis, desain, implementasi, testing dan pemeliharaan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi simpanan berbasis website yang dapat membantu pegawai koperasi dalam memberikan pelayanan, mengelola segala proses transaksi dan memberikan akses informasi yang akurat dan efisien kepada semua pihak yang berkepentingan di mana saja dan kapan saja. Hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black-box testing menunjukan bahwa sistem yang dibangun telah mampu melakukan proses dengan baik dan menghasilkan output sesuai dengan perancangan
