Abstract

This research is the next stage of the previous research entitled Development of the Awakening Bead Figure for Interactive Game Media The Story of the Separation of Java and Bali Based on Android. A problem where as the times and technology develop, folklore begins to be forgotten. To attract children's interest, an interactive folklore game media was made based on Android. In previous studies, the design of all characters from Manik Angkeran was carried out. Whereas in this advanced research, it will be designed and built level by level from Manik Angkeran Game. Where at each level of the game, Manik Angkeran characters will face different giants. Manik Angkeran must defeat the giants in order to proceed to the next level. Every time you fight a giant, Manik Angkeran will get a gold coin (pis bolong mas). Where later, these coins can be used to buy building materials, which will be used to build a dormitory (pesraman). The final goal of this game is to battle the figure of Manik Angkeran to get the golden Dragon Basukih. The opposing giants of Manik Angkeran are taken from the symbols in the semiotics of images which give an impression of the psychology of human life which includes, greed (Pig), greed and anger (Giant). At the level of this game, what I want to say is that things related to greed, greed and selfishness can be easily defeated

Abstract

STMIK STIKOM Indonesia, commonly called STIKI, is one of the private tertiary institutions in the field of information technology in Bali with a bachelor level (S1) program. All business processes in support of the academic community are carried out with computers and information systems. From student data management, Kartu Rencana Study (KRS), graduation, library to financial data using a computer system. Management of financial data on STIKI campus is under the responsibility of the Assistant Head II (WK2). Until now, financial management does use a computer system, but is limited to the use of the MS Office Excel application in its management. This has become a problem in the allocation of finance to the preparation of financial reports that lead to forms of study programs and institutions. With these problems will be designed and built a financial information system in the division of Assistant Head II STMIK STIKOM Indonesia that can help accounting staff in managing financial data and simplify the preparation of reports.

Abstract

Employees who are placed according to their knowledge, skills, and abilities tend to have high motivation, so the resulting performance will also increase. To ensure the right person or employee in the right position too, employee selection has always been a very important part of the company organization, especially in high schools. The decision-making process for promotion of promotion can be completed with a decision support system used by managers as a support for information in solving problems to fill positions, where the performance function can calculate the consideration of each competency possessed by each HR. DSS can provide alternative solutions when a person or group of people is difficult to make the right and appropriate decision. DSS is not to replace the function of decision-makers in making decisions, but only as a tool for decision-makers in carrying out their duties. THE fuzzy AHP method is able to determine the weight with the comparison value of each criterion, and this model Fuzzy-AHP method can cover the limitations of the AHP method, namely imprecision in overcoming Multi-criteria decision making which has subjective criteria. With this method approach, the ranking results of the determination of the position are obtained in accordance with the preferences of the decision-maker

Abstract

The financial management business process of PT. Pradnyana Artha Mandiri records are carried out by using bookkeeping, which can result in damage and loss of these data, the recapitulation of report preparation will take a long time because you have to double-check all transactions that occur and are prone to errors and manipulations that will affect company revenues because it does not have a good data monitoring system. Based on the above background, the formulation of the problem in the research is How to Design and Build a financial information system in a company, while the research objective to be achieved in the reporting process is to be able to design and build a company financial information system. The benefits that can be obtained from the results of this study are expected to assist in the processing of transactions, making it easier in making financial reports, and the results of this study are expected to be useful and can be used as input for companies to improve employee performance. As for the writing of this research, the problem is limited so as not to deviate from the problems that have been formulated. These limitations include this system does not discuss employee payroll, the system created discusses the calculation of transaction data which includes incoming transactions, outgoing transactions, general journal reports, big reports as well as the company's income statement.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa) Catu Kwero Sedana is BUMDesa located in Pecatu village, South Kuta District, Badung-Bali Regency. The waste handling mechanism carried out by the waste management service unit at the BUMDesa Catu Kwero Sedana is the collection of garbage to residents' houses or businesses in the village of Pecatu. BUMDesa focuses on the quality of services provided to its customers. Until now there are still complaints from customers, especially new customers and prospective customers, related to the start of service and / or registration as new customers. The problem that often occurs is the difficulty of finding the location of garbage collection at the customer's site. If the customer registers himself through a contribution collector who is collecting customer bills, the employee in charge of transporting waste is sometimes constrained to find the customer's location. In addition, related to the amount of tariffs that will be charged to customers. Employees of garbage transport who do not know the size of the contribution rates of customers will find it difficult to provide the range of tariffs that will be charged to customers according to the rules stated in the regulations of Pecatu village. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to have a system that can provide information to employees of garbage transport regarding the position / location of garbage collection of each customer, the amount of tariff in accordance with applicable regulations, and recapitulation of payment of customer contributions. This information system can be developed based on websites with a geographic information system (GIS) model by utilizing the Application Programming Interface (API) maps owned by Google. The application of GIS to waste management has been extensively investigated and shows positive results

Abstract

Asta Kosala Kosali is one of the Balinese local materials in Balinese traditional building lessons. Asta Kosala Kosali is also used in the concept of making Bade, where the concept of measuring Bade is based on the measurements contained in Asta Kosala Kosali. As time goes by, there are still many people who do not know or understand the rules of Asta Kosala Kosali, so the standard Balinese building will gradually diminish in the future. Therefore interactive learning information media can help the community in the process of delivering material that is deemed indispensable and as a supporting medium for Asta Kosala Kosali and Bade materials.In making this interactive media the writer uses Coreldraw X7 software for character creation in the learning media, then for the animation process, button creation, and backsound giving is done using the Adobe Flash CS 6 application. This information media has been tested by distributing questionnaires to the community as many as 30 people, with the aim of finding out how feasible this application can be used. From the results of the questionnaires that have been distributed, it was found that 97% of the people stated that it was very good with the introduction of information media for the introduction of Bade in Bali based on interactive multimedia as a learning information medium.

Abstract

Interests and number of STMIK Balikpapan new student enrollments are increasing every year. The balance of the ratio of lecturers to students is one of the most important components in improving the quality and teaching and learning process of a university. Avoiding shortages in the number of lecturers can be realized by providing scholarship programs to alumni and teaching assistants. This study aims to build a multi criteria decision making application that can assist the Head of HRD in the process of receiving scholarships to advanced and effective study lecturers. The multi criteria decision making application developed in this study uses the SAW method. The implementation of the SAW method includes the process of evaluating the weighting of criteria, evaluating alternative weights, the matrix process, the results of decision making preferences, resulting in the weighting and ranking of each alternative candidate for the scholarship recipient. The results of the evaluation of multi-criteria application decision making in the study are expected to produce modeling with a high degree of accuracy. The results of the analysis carried out can provide alternative recommendations for prospective scholarship recipients to advanced study lecturers in STMIK Balikpapan

Abstract

Maximizing profit is a key objective for companies, particularly in industries with production constraints. Republic of Soap, a soap manufacturing company, faces challenges in optimizing its production process due to limited raw materials. The company produces soaps in three variants: 40 grams, 100 grams, and 125 grams. Given the limitations of available raw materials, this study proposes an optimization system to determine the maximum achievable profit. By implementing the Simplex algorithm, the proposed system calculates the optimal allocation of raw materials to maximize profits. The results show that the optimal production plan involves 20.20 batches of 40-gram soap, yielding a total profit of IDR 4,251,151.52. System testing confirmed the ability of the optimization model to generate optimal profits, demonstrating its effectiveness in supporting decision-making for raw material utilization in production. This research provides a valuable approach to addressing production constraints while enhancing profitability.

Abstract

Service is the provision of a performance or invisible action from one side to another side. One of the companies that focus on services is Max Car Wash, Max Car Wash is a company engaged in car wash and motorcycles services located at Jalan Raya Batubulan, Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali. Issues contained among the recording transactions are still on a note and ledger, the distribution of commissions to the staff is not maximum yet. In addition, the service to customers is less satisfactory seen from the behavior of some existing customers that can’t wait for his vehicle in the wash. Based on these problems, Max Car Wash needs a service system that is expected to assist in serving the process of payment transactions and recording commission staff each workmanship. In this system is also available queue booking feature, where customers can make a booking queue first. This study has been successfully built an information system service car and motor wash. This system aims to help the company by improving customer service and provide ease in obtaining the reports desired company.

Abstract

Private companies currently tend to implement contract systems in all divisions and subdivisions. PT.Wulandari Bangun Laksana(WBL)/ Balikpapan Super Block(BSB) operational scope of the implementation of the contract recruitment system up to several times the contract extension so that the employee is eligible to be appointed as permanent employees. During the extension of the work contract, the operational supervisory supervisor carries out an analysis process in determining the eligibility of employees to be accepted as permanent employees. In order to produce the expected assessment, a mechanism and modeling process is needed that can be processed by a system and evaluation and analysis process carried out by the operational supervisor. This study aims to build a decision support system in determining the feasibility of extending the PT.WBL/Balikpapan Super Block(BSB) employee contract based on good and effective performance objectively using the profile matching method. Decision support system is a technique for using the system in managing the evaluation process by the decision maker (supervisor). The implementation of the profile matching method is the application of a method that can handle the appraisal process based on evaluation of criteria and the value of preferences towards employee alternatives. The data processed is employee data in the scope of the operational division Balikapan Super Block(BSB). The results of the evaluation carried out produce an alternative weight of employees, which can be used as consideration in making decisions on the feasibility of extending the work contract or being appointed as permanent employees. Based on the evaluation process of the criteria and alternatives carried out, it is expected to produce decision values ​​and modeling processes with high accuracy values.
