Abstract

Capital is the main problem for MSMEs to survive during pandemic covid-19. MSMEs actors generally only depend on bank sector, cooperative, and moneylender to overcome these problem. The purpose of this research is to provide the best solutions for MSMEs actors in Jayapura City affected by Covid-19 who have difficulty accessing the capital. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with studi case approached. Data collection through library research and field research from participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman techniques in the form of: reducing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research conducted indicate that BWM Honay Sejahtera Papua can be an alternative for micro-scale business actors in Jayapura City who have difficulty finding capital without interest and collateral. Capital assistance is given to micro-scale entrepreneurs scattered in Jayapura City such as street vendors, mobile cake sellers, areca nut sellers, etc. BWM Honay Sejahtera Papua provides a capital loan with a mentoring program so that it will form productive MSMEs.

Abstract

An islamic bank (a sharia bank) is a financial institution functioning as a financial intermediary based on Islamic sharia principles. The factor of obedience with sharia principles and knowledge of financial products are the main factors for consideration for sharia customers. Decreasing in the number of customers for two consecutive years at Bank Syariáh Mandiri Pasuruan becomes temporary concern while Pasuruan City is well known as the city of Muslim students.This research is a quantitive descriptive study using accidental sampling technique. Research will describe the state of the field wich aims to answer the question wether there is a significant effect simultaneously and partially between the independet variable and dependent variable.The results obtained indicate that the motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of banking products simultaneously on the decision to become a customer does not have a positive and significant effect with the proportion of motivation tp avoid usury (x1) and knowledge of sharia banking products (x2) on the decision to become a customer (Y) amounted to 24.7%. Meanwhile, the variable partial test (x1) has no positive effect. For variable (x2) has a significant effect.

Abstract

This article is motivated by the rapid development of the intermediary business which is very much needed in the marketing mechanism. Intermediary in sharia economic law includes new contracts. However, in practice the use of intermediary contracts is schemed in other forms of contracts, such as in the DSN-MUI fatwa on intermediary. Therefore, this article will reveal the intermediary and application of the contract that occurs in it. This article is a study of sharia economic law by taking into account the fiqh of muamalah maliyyah as an analytical lens. Sources of data obtained in the form of primary data sources in the form of DSN-MUI fatwa and secondary data in the form of various scientific literature in the form of books and scientific journals. By using a normative juridical approach that is presented through a descriptive literature method, this study finds the fact that the application of intermediary contracts (wasathah) in sharia economic law can be discussed in wakalah bi al-ujrah, ju’alah and bai’ al-samsarah contracts. So that the use of one of these contracts will affect the mechanism for implementing the contract and the benefits obtained by the wasit party, namely in the form of ujrah from the wakalah bi al-ujrah contract, ju’l from the ju’alah contract and the margin from the excess of the bai’ al-samsarah contract. This shows that the wasathah contract is a contract scheme that adapts to the practices and needs of the community for intermediary services. The implementation of these contracts provides legal certainty in their implementation in accordance with sharia economic principles.

Abstract

Mobile banking services provided by Islamic banks offer various conveniences to satisfy some people with ease of transaction. This study aims to determine partially and simultaneously the convenience and benefits of mobile banking and the influence of the most dominant variables on student satisfaction studying Islamic banking at UIN North Sumatra. This research uses quantitative techniques and literature study. The survey sample consisted of 100 respondents who were undergraduate students at UIN North Sumatra and undergraduate students in Islamic banking who used mobile banking. This data collection model uses a survey. The results showed that (a) the "convenience" and "benefit" variables partially had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction when using mobile banking, and (b) the "convenience" and "service" and "benefit" variables. This also affects student satisfaction with the use of mobile banking. (C) The variable "Convenience" is the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction with the use of mobile banking.

Abstract

The Effect of Price and Promotion on Consumer Purchase Interest at Shopee Marketplace (a Case Study on Students of IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua) is the result of quantitative research which aims to answer the question about the effect of price and promotion on consumer purchase interest at shopee marketplace among students of IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua. The research method used was quantitative research. The population in this research were students of IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua academic year 2016 until 2019. The technique of sample selection was simple random sampling and obtained 89 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Data analysis test used SPSS 16.0 application. The research results show that price partially influences consumer purchase interest at shopee marketplace. This is proven by the value of t count in the amount of 2.940 and significance 0.004. Promotion partially influences consumer purchase interest at shopee marketplace. This is proven by t count value 2.846 and the significance 0.006. While based on the result of the simultaneous test of statistic calculation, it can be concluded that price and promotion simultaneously influence consumer purchase interest at shopee marketplace. This is proven by the value of F count 22.736 and significance value 0.000 and determination coefficient 0.346 which means that consumer purchase interest can be explained by price and promotion variables in the amount of 34,6% while the rest is explained by other variables that were not investigated in this research.
