Abstract

Muhammad Rizki, 2021 “Analysis of Product Diversification on Purchase Decisions at the Seruit Hj. Yohana Metro City". Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. Supervisor: (1) Ery Baskoro, S. E,. M. M and Supervisor (2) Yateno, S.E., M. M. This study aims to determine the analysis of product diversification on purchasing decisions at the Seruit Hj Restaurant. Yohana Metro City. By distributing questionnaires in the form of questions about product variety, product size and product shape towards purchasing decisions. Then processed with SPSS version 22 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, F test, determination to determine product variety, product size and product shape on purchasing decisions. The results showed that simultaneously product variety, product size and product form Partial research showed that product variety had a positive and significant effect, product size had a positive and significant effect and product form had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstrak Sumber daya manusiamerupakan motor penggerakdariberjalannyasuatu organisasi tersebut. Baik-buruknyasumberdayamanusia akan mempengaruhi kinerja dari suatu organisasi, maka pembinaan sumber daya manusia diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar memiliki sikap dan perilaku yang dapat memberikan pelayanan sesuai tuntutan perkembangan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kualitas Kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Batanghari Kabupaten Lampung Timur.Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif atau penelitian verifikatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, job description, dan gaji/insentif dan kualitas kinerja pegawai. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Batanghari. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Batanghari dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara partial kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, job description, dan gaji/insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, job description, dangaji/insentifjugaberengaruhsignifikanterhadapkualitas kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Lingkungan kerja, Job Description, Gaji/Insentif, Kualitas Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT Human resources are the driving force behind the running of an organization. The merits of human resources will affect the performance of an organization, so the development of human resources is directed at improving the quality of human resources so that they have attitudes and behaviors that can provide services according to the demands of community development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the quality of employee performance in Batanghari District, East Lampung Regency.The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. The objects in this study are competence, work environment, job description, and salary/incentives and the quality of employee performance. This research activity was carried out at the Batanghari District Office. The research population is the employees at the Batanghari District Office with the number of samples taken as many as 30 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires.The results of the study partially show that competence, work environment, job description, and salary/incentives have a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee performance. Simultaneously, competence, work environment, job description, and salary/incentives also have a significant impact on the quality of employee performance. Today's increasingly rapid technological development and competition requires every company to innovate for the sake of its company's existence. The existence of innovation in the company makes the company can grow and be able to compete in the market. The development of technology and information is getting higher and more complex. One of the products that has developed quite rapidly is pay television service products. This study aims to determine 1) To determine the effect of Price on customer satisfaction of Indihome products from PT. Telkom Witel Metro.2) To determine the effect of brand image on customer satisfaction of Indihome products from PT. Telkom Witel Metro 3) To determine the effect of customer service on customer satisfaction of Indihome products from PT. Telkom Witel Metro. 4) To determine the effect of price, brand image and customer service on customer satisfaction of Indihome products from PT. Telkom Witel Metro. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population is consumers who use telkom products. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between Price on Indihome product customer satisfaction 2) there was a positive and significant influence between brand image on Indihome product customer satisfaction. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between service on customer satisfaction for Indihome products. 4) there is a positive and significant influence between price, brand image and service on customer satisfaction of Indihome products. Abstract

Along with the large demand for products ,furniture manufacturers compete to produc equality product saccording to consumer desires. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, features, and design on purchasing decisions for Teak Ukir Hi furniture. Good luck on the Metro. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research method used is the explanatory survey method. The data used are questionnaire data and data documentation. The subjects of this research are customers of Jati Ukir Hi. Slamet. Samples were taken as many as 60 respondents. As well as in the data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the product quality, features and design variables on the purchasing decision variables in the hypothesis test simultaneously stated that the Fcount (31.838>Ftable 2.769) and the significance value 0.000 <0.05 then the product quality, features and design variables together positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The largest tcount value is 6.898 where this value is in the product quality variable.

Abstract

INFLUENCE OF PRODUCT QUALITY, AND PRICE ON MATIC MOTORCYCLE PURCHASE DECISION HONDA BEAT (Case Study at the Honda Motor Palace Dealer in Bandar Jaya) ABSTRACT The development of the automotive industry in Indonesia is very fast and tends to increase every year, in line with the needs and demands of the community for adequate transportation facilities. It is proven by the increasingly crowded city streets and the increasingly congested traffic by motorized vehicles. And followed by the birth and growth of new companies that always try their best to gain and maintain the existing market share. This study aims to determine 1) To find out whether product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions. 2) To find out whether there is an effect on price on purchasing decisions. 3) To find out whether product quality and price affect purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population was consumers at the Honda Motor Palace dealer. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 93 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive effect of product quality on purchasing decisions. 2) there is a positive effect of price on purchasing decisions. 3) there is a positive influence of product quality and price together on purchasing decisions. Supervisor (1) Dr. Bambang Suhada, S.E., M.Sc., (2) Ardiansyah Japlani, S.E,. M.BA., AWM Good village financial management will affect the progress of a village. Village financial management not only requires reliable human resources but also must be supported by adequate finance. This study aims to determine. This research was conducted with the aim of measuring the Village Fund management system in Kagungan Rahayu Village, Menggala District, Tulang Bawang Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research because the data collected is in the form of numbers from the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) financial report in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDesa). The results of this study show that 1) The results show that the effectiveness ratio can be categorized as effective, the efficiency ratio is less efficient, the regional financial management independence ratio is still low, the activity ratio is not good, and the growth ratio is good. This research is the same as research conducted that the Financial Performance of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) at the Kagungan Rahayu Village office, Menggala District, Tulang Bawang Regency is classified as Effective 2) the calculation of the Growth Ratio can be seen that the Village Fund Allocation Income Growth Ratio (ADD) for the Kagungan Rahayu Village office finances Menggala sub-district, Tulang Bawang Regency in 2019-2020 experienced a decline and growth. The Village Fund Allocation (ADD) expenditure for the Kagungan Rahayu Village office, Menggala sub-district, Tulang Bawang Regency showed positive and negative growth. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work stress, compensation and work environment on employee productivity at Multimart Simbarwaringin, Trimurjo district, Central Lampung district. The analytical method used is quantitative research. The object of this research is employees who work at Multimart Simbarwaringin, Trimurjo district, Central Lampung district. The total population is 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using literature study, interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 20 include testing instrument requirements, testing requirements analysis and testing hypotheses. Simultaneously the four variables show a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, so in this case discussing motivation, work stress, compensation and the work environment related very important in a company or organization.Keywords: Motivation, work stress, compensation, work environment and employee productivity. Abstract

Employee performance in providing public services can be seen from several indicators including quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence of employees while providing services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the community's perception of the performance of village office employees' administrative services to the community at the Sukadana Tengah Village Office, Sukadana District, East Lampung Regency. The research design is quantitative. The method used is the descriptive analytic method. The object of this research is the quality, quantity, effectiveness, independence and administrative services. This research activity was carried out at the Sukadana Tengah Village Office, Sukadana District, East Lampung Regency. The research population was residents of Central Sukadana Village, Sukadana District, East Lampung Regency with the number of samples taken as many as 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results showed that the quality, effectiveness, work independence had a positive and significant effect on employee administration services, while the quantity of work had no effect on administrative services. Simultaneously quality, quantity, effectiveness, and work independence simultaneously have a significant influence on administrative services. Abstract

Analysis of the company's financial statements is basically a calculation of ratios to assess the company's financial condition in the past, present, and possibly in the future. By analyzing the company's financial statements, it can be seen the financial position and performance of a company and whether the company has succeeded in achieving its goals. Tobacco manufacturing sub-sector companies or tobacco industry are shares of companies whose business units sell cigarettes in the community. The Ministry of Industry noted that the total workforce absorbed by the cigarette industry was 5.98 million people, consisting of 4.28 million workers in the manufacturing and distribution sector, and the remaining 1.7 million working in the plantation sector. Based on the level of profitability of PT H.M. Sampoerna Tbk is the company with the best performance compared to other tobacco manufacturing sub-sector companies. Based on the level of liquidity during the 2017-1019 period in terms of the current ratio, the overall tobacco manufacturing sub-sector companies have good financial performance. This is because the average current ratio produced is already above the industry standard average. Based on the quick ratio of PT H.M. Sampoerna Tbk and PT Wismilak Inti Makmur are the companies with the best financial performances because they have a quick ratio that is already above the industry standard average. Meanwhile, PT Gudang Garam Tbk and PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk are companies with poor financial performance because they have a quick ratio that is still below the industry standard average. Abstract

Home industry Alfaro Aluminum as one of the companies engaged in the aluminum processing industry in Mulyosari Metro Barat. The problem that often occurs in the Alfaro Aluminum home industry is to carry out proper inventory control due to increases and decreases in orders and in certain months. Storage of raw materials that are not good will cause damage, such as glass that breaks easily when hit by an attack, spigot that bends easily, and wheels that get jammed easily. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal number of orders for raw materials at the Alfaro Aluminum home industry using the EOQ method, to determine the optimal purchase frequency at the Alfaro Aluminum home industry using the EOQ method, to determine the amount of safety stock that must be available to maintain the production process and to find out the difference in the amount of inventory that the company can save when using the EOQ method in the Alfaro Aluminum home industry. This type of research is a qualitative research that is comparing the data collected with the basis as a reference material in several problem solving solutions. The results of this study are the optimal number of orders for raw materials for the company is 191 pcs for each order. The optimal purchase frequency when using the EOQ method is 12 times. The optimal safety stock when using the EOQ method is 12.33 pcs. The difference in the amount of inventory that can be saved if using the EOQ method is Rp. 1,440,112.63 for each year.
