Abstract

Abstrak Sumber daya manusiamerupakan motor penggerakdariberjalannyasuatu organisasi tersebut. Baik-buruknyasumberdayamanusia akan mempengaruhi kinerja dari suatu organisasi, maka pembinaan sumber daya manusia diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar memiliki sikap dan perilaku yang dapat memberikan pelayanan sesuai tuntutan perkembangan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kualitas Kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Batanghari Kabupaten Lampung Timur.Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif atau penelitian verifikatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, job description, dan gaji/insentif dan kualitas kinerja pegawai. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Batanghari. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Batanghari dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara partial kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, job description, dan gaji/insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, job description, dangaji/insentifjugaberengaruhsignifikanterhadapkualitas kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Lingkungan kerja, Job Description, Gaji/Insentif, Kualitas Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT Human resources are the driving force behind the running of an organization. The merits of human resources will affect the performance of an organization, so the development of human resources is directed at improving the quality of human resources so that they have attitudes and behaviors that can provide services according to the demands of community development. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the quality of employee performance in Batanghari District, East Lampung Regency.The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. The objects in this study are competence, work environment, job description, and salary/incentives and the quality of employee performance. This research activity was carried out at the Batanghari District Office. The research population is the employees at the Batanghari District Office with the number of samples taken as many as 30 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires.The results of the study partially show that competence, work environment, job description, and salary/incentives have a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee performance. Simultaneously, competence, work environment, job description, and salary/incentives also have a significant impact on the quality of employee performance. Abstract

Berdasarkan temuan di lapangan terjadi penurunan jumlah pelanggan pada bulan maret-mei tahun 2020. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah terdapat pengaruh varian produk, harga dan pelayanan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Mini market Taqwa Mulia?”. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi produk, harga dan pelayanan secara simultan terhadap meningkatan kepuasan pelanggan pada Mini market Taqwa Mulia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explenatory survey yaitu survey yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara dua variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis yang dirumuskan atau sering disebut sebagai penelitian penjelas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, uji t parsial, dan r2 determinasi. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan menggunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana diperoleh y’ 3,982 + 0, 567 X1 + 0, 292 X2 + 0, 141 X2 + e. Hasil uji R2 (R Square) didapatkan hasil 0,778, hal ini membuktikan bahwa kemampuan variabel bebas untuk memberikan kontribusi pada variabel terikatnya adalah sebesar 77,8%. Berarti terdapat 22,2% varians variabel terikat yang dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, compensation, organizational culture and work motivation on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Indo Metro Surya Andola Metro City. By distributing questionnaires in the form of questions about emotional intelligence, compensation, organizational culture and work motivation on organizational commitment. then processed with SPSS 21 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, F test, determination to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, compensation, organizational culture and work motivation on organizational commitment of employees of PT. Indo Metro Surya Andola. The results of the partial study show that simultaneously emotional intelligence, compensation, organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Abstract

The prospect of laying hens business in Indonesia is considered very good in terms of domestic and foreign markets, when viewed from the supply and demand side. The laying hens business has good business prospects. This researcher aims to determine whether the amount of production is able to meet the market demand expected by CV.Prian Men. Based on the problems encountered, the purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence in order to increase the amount of production in order to be able to meet market demand.The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data can be obtained directly by interviewing business owners. And secondary data can be generated through data collection using the results of the financial test that has been done.Based on the analysis of CV Prian's laying hens production business in Purwosari Village, Natar District, South Lampung, what has been done can be concluded that it is economically feasible to do. With details Payback period (PP) Value (PP), Net Present Value (NPV) so that the business is economically feasible and profitable to realize. Furthermore, the value of the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) shows a feasible result to be developed,. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it shows that the Laying Chicken Production Business owned by CV Prian in Purwosari Village, Natar District, South Lampung is quite good to be implemented, and has good prospects for development. Thus developing this business can meet the needs of eggs throughout Natar and outside the region.

Abstract

Quality control during the production process really needs to be done to determine the quality level of the product being processed and the actions that need to be taken if there are deviations, changes, or contamination of the product during processing. The quality control system carried out at PT. Mount Sugih in Bumi Ratu Nuban, Central Lampung Regency is still lacking because so far only one employee has served as part of quality control and equipment is still lacking and there is no quality checking laboratory. The aims of this research are: 1) to find out whether the level of product damage is still within the tolerance limit, 2) to find out what type and amount of damage is the most and the order of the types of damage that occur, and 3) to find out what factors which causes damage to tapioca flour products. This type of research is a qualitative research with an analytical observational design. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview and observation. The analysis tool uses Control Chart, Pareto Chart, and Cause and Effect Diagram (Fishbone). The results of this study indicate that based on the C Chart diagram the amount of damage that occurs is still within the tolerance limit between the lower limit of 0.99% (LCL) and the upper limit of 5.22% (UCL). The number of product defects based on the order of number is the highest defect in product color (26.16%), moisture content (23.14%), musty aroma (20.56%), coarser texture (17.56%) and object contamination foreign (12.5%). The factors that affect the damage of tapioca flour are mostly related to unskilled labor and lack of quality control personnel as well as other causes such as raw materials and the environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Data pengendalian kualitas Terhadap Risiko Kerusakan Produk PT Surya Tsabat Mandiri dalam mengurangi risiko kerusakan produk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif mengunakan alat bantu statistik yang terdapat pada Statisttical Data pengendalian kualitas (SQC) dan Statistical Proses Control (SPC). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses produksi roti PT Surya Tsabat Mandiri pada Januari 2020 disetiap harinya terdapat data yang tidak terkendali secara statistik dan perlu dilakukan revisi 1 kali. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya titik-titik yang out of control yang terjadi pada hari ke-2, 5, 7, 9, dan hari ke-25. Maka dilakukan tindakan perbaikan dengan mencari sebabsebab terjadinya kecacatan agar titik-titik yang out of control berada dalam control limit UCL dan LCL (in of control) sehingga proses produksi dapat dikatakan terkendali secara statistik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee productivity. The type of research conducted in this research is using quantitative research. Data collection is done by giving questionnaires to employees of PT. Daihatsu Metro City, amounting to 121 people as research respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The results of this study are supported and in line with research conducted by Gofur (2019) which shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Self-motivation has a positive and significant influence on work productivity. This shows that if employees' perceptions of self-motivation will be fulfilled according to the wishes of employees, it will affect work productivity. Compensation and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on work productivity

Abstract

Improving the consumptive behavior of the community including students with the proliferation of market place applications, one of which is currently in great demand by students is the Shopee marketplace. This behavior is also followed by the ease with which people shop now by paying for their goods using the pay latter facility. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of data security, interest rates, administrative costs and speed of approval on the interest in using online loans for students of the Muhammadiyah Metro University Management Study Program. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The methods used in this study are data security, interest rates, administrative fees, speed of approval and interest in using online loans. The population and sample of the study were students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro Batch 2018 with the number of samples taken as many as 68 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results showed that data security, interest rates, administrative fees, speed of approval partially or simultaneously influenced the interest in using online loans for Shopeepaylater.

Abstract

The main factors that are taken into consideration before being given financing are externalfactors or factors caused by customers consisting of character, capacity, capital, collateraland conditions and non-performing financing. This study aims to determine the factors thatcause problematic financing at BMT Assayfi'iyah. The research design is a quantitativedescriptive study using a survey method. The object of research is the character, capacity,capital, guarantee and economic condition of customers with non-performing financing. Thepopulation and research sample are customers with financing problems with the number ofsamples taken as many as 55 customers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires.The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis withSPSS program. The results showed that character, capacity, capital, collateral and conditionpartially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on reducing non-performingfinancing. Based on the coefficient values of all research variables, it can be seen that themost influential factor on non-performing financing is the character factor of the customer

Abstract

The development and progress of information technology is currently growing very rapidlyand is very influential in everyday life, especially life in Indonesia. All of this can be seenfrom the large and large number of internet users in Indonesia, there must be a reason, oneof which is the development of infrastructure and the second is easy to get gadgets at lowprices. This study aims to 1) To find out whether there is an influence of trust on purchasingdecisions on Shopee E-commerce consumers on students at the University of Muhamadiyah Metro. 2) To find out whether there is a security effect on purchasing decisions on Shopee Ecommerce consumers at the University of Muhamadiyah Metro students. 3) To find outwhether there is an effect of price on purchasing decisions on Shopee E-commerceconsumers at the University of Muhamadiyah Metro students. 4) To find out whether there isan effect of service quality on purchasing decisions for E-commerce consumers throughShopee for students at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro. 5) To find out whether thereis an effect of perception of risk on purchasing decisions on Shopee E-commerce consumersfor students at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro. 6) To find out whether there is aneffect of trust, security, price, service quality, and perception of risk on purchasing decisionson Shopee E-commerce consumers at Muhamadiyah Metro University students...
