Abstract

Stock market is a vital in importance for the economical development of a country. This study aimed to investigate the effect of market capitalization on stock return. Stock return in this study using mean of average stock return for years 2012 to 2014. This study uses comparison between large and small capitalization market. We diviede the sample into two groups, large and small cap. If the market capitalization is more than five trillion, it is categorized as large caps. If the market capitalization is less than one trillion, it is categorized as small cap firms. We found that the small cap firms have a stronger effect on the stock market than large cap firms by using analysis of regression.

Abstract

Researchers have detected in the financial markets the presence of the January effect, which refers to the historical patterns of higher returns in January than that of the other months(Feb-Dec). This study investigates that the exixtence of January effect on small capitalization stocks is much stronger than the big capitalization stocks in Indonesian stock exchange. We found that there is no January effect in Indonesian Stock Exchange. We explain this phenomenon by examining all stocks, as measured by the t test and analysis regression of dummy. We still use the similiar procedure by using t test and dummy regression, but the sample is divided into big and small capitalization stocks. We found that the January effect is stronger for big capitalization stocks than the small capitalization stocks. Keywords: Stock returns, Big capitalization stocks, small capitalization stocks, T test, and Regression of dummy.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of family work conflict, work family conflict and job stress in influencing the nurse job performance in hospital, as well as to determine whether family work conflict, work family conflict variables can be influenced by job stress in nurse performance in hospital. The results of this study are expected to be used as a consideration for the hospital in evaluating the level of service to patients. This research is a quantitative causal research that allows to know the relationship that is influential between two or more variables by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The population in this research is all female nurse who work at hospital in Metro (Muhammadiyah Hospital, Ahmad Yani Hospital, Mardiwaluyo Hospital, Islamic Hospital), while the study sample was 120 respondents with a non probability sampling purposive sampling method as a sampling method. Based on the results of the study that family work conflict has no positive effect on job stress. And also work family conflict has positive effect on job. Job stress has positive effect on job performance. In this study also shows that family work conflict has a negative effect on job performance. Work family conflict are also has postive effect on job performance. The implication of this research is that conflict of commitment and responsibility towards family is a key value in work family conflict. Recommendations in this reseacrh is for the hospitals to hold employee recreation activities with their families, it means that hospital get to know the families of the employees in order to tight the bonds between employees and their families

Abstract

Permasalahan yang muncul dari beberapa aspek, yaitu; aspek produksi, SDM, manajemen, finansial, jaminan mutu, dan strategi pemasaran. Permasalahan yang paling pokok untuk menembus ekspor adalah adanya persyaratan Sertifikasi Keaslian Produk yang sampai saat ini belum jelas proses perolehannya. Metode dan sasaran yang akan dilakukan pada kegiatan Program IbPE selama 3 tahun adalah sebagai berikut: 1). Melengkapi dan memperbaiki peralatan yang digunakan dalam proses produksi kopi luwak guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan standar ekspor; 2). Pendampingan pembuatan Sertifikasi Keaslian Produk; 3). Pendampingan dalam pengurusan dokumen badan hukum dan dokumen ekspor lainnya; 4). Melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kegiatan produksi, pengemasan, hingga pemasaran ke luar negeri. Hasil yang ingin dicapai melalui program IbPE ini antara lain: 1). Tahun pertama capaian yang ditargetkan adalah memperbaiki kualitas dan jaminan mutu produksi kopi luwak sesuai standar ekspor 2). Tahun kedua capaian yang diinginkan adalah terciptanya sistem keuangan, manajemen SDM, manajemen persediaan yang baik dan tersertifikasinya keaslian produk kopi luwak guna menunjang kegiatan ekspor; 3). Tahun ketiga capaian yang ingin dicapai adalah Mitra UKM dapat melakukan proses ekspor kopi luwak ke Luar Negeri.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam rangka memanfaatkan kekayaan sumber daya alam tentunya diperlukan modal sebagai modal khususnya dari perbankan melalui asset financing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis. analisis disharmonisasi antara asset financing, kebijakan pengelolaan industri pertambangan terhadap PDRB di Lampung. Pembiayaan modal kerja dan pembiayaan investasi digunakan sebagai variabel independen. Sedangkan, dampak kebijakan kebijakan pengelolaan industri pertambangan menggunakan variabel dummy. Variabel independen dan variabel dummy tersebut dihubungkan dengan variabel dependen yaitu PDRB menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan model Random Effect(REM) di Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asset financing berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Lampung, namun hanya pembiayaan modal kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan. Sementara itu, kebijakan kebijakan pengelolaan industri pertambangan terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi industri, pemerintah maupun regulator sebagai bahan evaluasi mengenai pengaruh asset financing dan kebijakan pengelolaan industri pertambangan terhadap PDRB provinsi Lampung. Kata kunci: Asset Financing, Kebijakan Pengelolaan Industri, PDRB, Lampung  ABSTRACT In order to utilize the wealth of natural resources, of course, capital is needed as capital, especially from banks through asset financing. This study aims to determine and analyze. analysis of disharmony between asset financing, mining industry management policies against GDP in Lampung. Working capital financing and investment financing are used as independent variables. Meanwhile, the impact of the mining industry management policy uses a dummy variable. The independent variables and dummy variables are associated with the dependent variable, namely GRDP using the panel data regression method with the Random Effect (REM) model in Lampung. The results showed that asset financing had a positive effect on economic growth in Lampung, but only working capital financing had a significant effect. Meanwhile, the mining industry management policy has proven to have a positive and significant impact on Lampung's economic growth. The results of this study are expected to be useful for industry, government and regulators as an evaluation of the effect of asset financing and mining industry management policies on PDRB in Lampung province. Keywords: Asset Financing, Industrial Management Policy, GRDP, Lampung

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam dunia kerja, di masa saat ini kondisi dunia dan Indonesia mengalami pendemiCOVID-19 Tenaga kesehatan yaitu perawat sebagai garda terdepan dalam menghadapi covid19. Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research, lokasi penelitian ini dilakukandi Rumah Sakit di Metro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di rumah sakit Metro dengan jumlah sampel 150 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner, karena kondisi pandemic Covid-19 dengan pentingnya menerapkan SocialDistancingmaka penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Analisis data menggunakan SEM dan Pengujian Hipotesis.Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150. Alat analisis yang digunakan menggunakan SEM dimana Leadership Style, Task Demands, Job Stress tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational commitment namun organizational commitment berpengaruh terhadap Motivation. Kata kunci: Leadership Style, Task Demands, Job Stress, Organizational Commitment, Motivation

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sbserapa besar pengaruh Penghargaan dan Komitmen organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan mengetahui Penghargaan berpengeruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen. Adapun Jenis penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan data yang digunakan dari perusahaan berupa data yang dapat dihitung atau angka yang diperoleh dari dokumen atau laporan-laporan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara , kuesioner dan observasi. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 98 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji linieritas dan keberartian regresi dengan structural equation modeling dengan Lisrel 8.8. Kesimpulannya, hasil analisis penelitian menyimpulkan  bahwa penghargaan tidak berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan Komitmen atau daya tanggap berpengaruh langsung positf terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Penghargaan , Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The emergence of various kinds of Butiks that sell some of the same fashion products but with different prices, good promotions and prices that match the quality of the products offered will affect the purchase decision. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of price and promotion through social media on purchasing decisions at Butik Stores in Metro Lampung City(GnE Butik, Amie Butik, Harmua Queen, Butik Ariesta, Nanda Butik, Klik Shop Butik, Ra Butik). In this study using primary data and secondary data, the research method used was accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analysis model in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R determination. Based on the results using the T test, it was found that the price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Butik Stores in Metro Lampung City and promotions through social media had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at BoutiqueStores in Metro Lampung City. From the F test, prices and promotions through social media simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Butik Stores in Metro Lampung City. This study is aimed at implementing future marketing strategies at Boutiques in Metro City.Keywords: Price, Promotion, Social Media, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence found in financial ratios with dividend policy. Namely (1) profitability ratio (ROE), (2) solvency ratio (DER), (3) liquidity ratio (CR) with (4) dividend policy (DPR). The object of this research is consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2016 to 2018. The population in this study were 52 companies that were officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. So as to obtain a sample of 30 companies that meet the required sample characteristics. This study uses a quantitative approach, data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software. The results showed that only the profitabi;ity ratio had a significant influence with the dividend policy, financial ratio variables ( 1.solvency ratio 2.likuidity ratio) had no influence with the policy dividend. Keywords: Profitability Ratio (ROE), Solvency Ratio (DER), Liquidity Ratio (CR), Dividend Policy (DPR)

Abstract

The problem in this research is in the world of education, in today's world conditions and Indonesia experiencing the COVID-19 epidemic so that the government's appeal stating work from home, social distancing and adjusting the work system does not mean public services and learning are stopped. however, all activities are carried out with the help of information technology or online. This research is an explanatory research, the location of this research is conducted at FEB UM Metro. The sample used is 150. The analytical tool used is SEM where system quality, information quality and service quality have no effect on user satisfaction, but user satisfaction has an effect on net benefits.Keywords: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, User Satisfaction, Net Benefit
