Abstract

This study aims to test whether long-term debt and total debt affect the financial performance of publicly traded companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 as measured by Return On Equity. This type of research is quantitative research with the data used is data in the form of numbers. which was compiled based on existing sources in the financial statements of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2019. Research data analysis was carried out using quantitative data analysis by testing instrument requirements, analysis requirements and hypotheses. The results showed that simultaneously Long Term Debt, Total Debt did not have a significant effect on Return On Equity in Go Public Sector and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2019 period. Abstract

Product marketing is one of the keys to maximizing business objectives in generating profits. There are two types of marketing, direct marketing and digital marketing in an effort to influence consumer decisions. Direct marketing and digital marketing are carried out to introduce and promote products as one of the marketing strategies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of direct marketing and digital marketing on purchasing decisions. The research design is quantitative research. The method is descriptive quantitative method. The objects research are direct marketing, digital marketing, and purchasing decisions. This research activity at Cikal Motor Bandar Lampung. The research population is the customers of Cikal Motor Bandar Lampung with samples 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results of the study show that partially direct marketing and digital marketing have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously direct marketing and digital marketing together have an influence on the purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Nowadays, a brand can no longer be said to be a part of a product. Therefore, the brand must be maintained if it is managed properly. Such brand management activities must be viewed as valuable activities for the company. Types of consumer behavior in purchasing decisions that tend to make brand shifts are limited and inertia decision making. The purpose of this study is to determine whether product attributes, consumer dissatisfaction, and looking for variations simultaneously influence the behavior of smartphone brand switching. In this study using primary data and secondary data, the research method used was the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, namely management students of the faculty of economics and business, Muhammadiyah University of Metro class of 2017, with a total sample of 114 people. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test. Testing the analysis model in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R determination. Based on the results of research using the T test, it is found that product attributes have a significant and significant effect on the behavior of smartphone brand switching, consumer dissatisfaction has no and insignificant effect on the behavior of smartphone brand switching, and looking for variations has an effect and is significant on the behavior of smartphone brand switching. From the product attribute F test, consumer dissatisfaction and looking for variations together have an effect and are significant on the behavior of smartphone brand switching. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of electronic learning (e-learning) in training and developing employee competencies as a result of the covid-19 pandemic at KPKNL Metro. This research is a qualitative descriptive type with data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The subjects of the research were KPKNL Metro employees. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive qualitative data analysis interactive model from Miles and Michael Huberman which consists of three concurrent activity paths, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that 1) In training and employee competency development after the covid-19 pandemic there are additional ways to participate in training, employees do not need to travel to the training location and train using electronic learning methods (e-learning). 2) The advantages of electronic learning (e-learning) are that it is more flexible in terms of time, more flexible in terms of place and more cost-effective. The drawbacks are the internet network is less stable, computer/laptop equipment facilities are still lacking for some employees, there is no special room for employees to take e-learning, and participants feel bored more easily. 3) The implementation of training and employee competency development through electronic learning (e-learning) as a result of the covid-19 pandemic at the KPKNL Metro is running effectively. 4) Some things that need to be improved so that electronic learning (e-learning) can run better, namely improving the quality of the internet network and increasing internet quota, providing computer/laptop equipment facilities with good conditions for all employees and providing a special room for employees to participate e-learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Jumlah Laba, Tingkat Perputaran Kas Dan Jumlah Kredit Bermasalah Terhadap Profitabilitas Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Bunga Tanjung Di Punggur Lampung Tengah. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis data kuantitatif. Analisa data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dengan pengujian persyaratan instrumen, Persyaratan analisis dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertumbuhan Jumlah Nasabah (X1) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas KSP Bunga Tanjung.Tingkat Perputaran Kas (X2) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas KSP Bunga Tanjung. Sedangkan Jumlah Kredit Bermasalah (X3) berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas di KSP Bunga Tanjung.

Abstract

Rumusah masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah laporan keuangan untuk menilai kinerja keuangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan rasio keuangan pada PT. Berdasarkan temuan lapangan didapatkan permasalahan yang terjadi adalah penurunan laba yang cukup signifikan meskipun harga emas mengalami kenaikan. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan tersebut maka perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana kinerja keuangan pada PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk, Periode 2016–2018 jika dinilai dengan menggunakan rasio likuiditas, rasio aktivitas, rasio profitabilitas dan rasio solvabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rasio likuiditas dilihat dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018 dapat dikatakan kondisi keuangan PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk dalam keadaan yang kurang baik, karena perusahaan belum mampu dalam memenuhi kewajiban (utang) jangka pendeknya. Rasio profitabilitas dilihat dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2018 secara umum kondisi keuangan perusahaan dalam keadaan yang cukup baik, yang menandakan bahwa kinerja perusahaan dalam hal meningkatkan profit pada tingkat penjualan dan aset sudah berjalan dengan baik.Rasio aktivitas dilihat dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2018 secara umum dalam keadaan kurang baik, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk kurang mampu dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya yang dimiliki secara efektif dan efisien. Sedangkan rasio solvabilitas dilihat dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2018 secara umum dalam keadaan cukup baik untuk debt to total assets ratio, namun kurang cukup baik untuk debt to equity ratio yang menandakan kurang mampunya perusahaan dalam melakukan pengukuran dari suatu investasi yang ada dalam perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the factors of internal information in the form of Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR), Return On Assets (ROA), Third Party Funds (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF). The object of this research was conducted at KSPPS BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional Kotagajah Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data used is primary data, namely financial reports per semester obtained directly from KSPPS BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional Kotagajah Branch. The sample used in this study is the financial report per semester of KSPPS BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional Kotagajah Branch for the 2018-2020 period. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis by testing the classical assumptions first. The hypothesis test carried out is a partial test or t test and a simultaneous test or f test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the observation period, it shows that the research data is normally distributed. The results of the autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test did not find variables that deviated from the classical assumption rules. The results of the hypothesis test show that partially the Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR) variable with a significant value of 0.002 and Third Party Funds (DPK) with a significant value of 0.006, has a positive and significant effect on the distribution of KSPPS BMT Assyafi'iyah Berkah Nasional Kotagajah financing and Return On Assets (ROA) with a significant value of 0.088 and Non Performing Financing (NPF) with a significant value of 0.132 have a negative and significant effect. While the results of the simultaneous test show that the variables of Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR), Return On Assets (ROA), Third Party Funds (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF) have a significance value of 0.004 Keywords : FDR, ROA, DPK, NPF, and Murabahah Financing.

Abstract

This study examines the presence of the Marketplace on buying interest in the customers of the Amsalmart Conventional Store, Moroseneng Village, Batanghari Nuban District, East Lamping Regency by using price indicators, product completeness, convenience, and promotion. Where the development of the company experienced a decline in sales due to the widespread use of online shopping applications on Amsalmart Store customers. the analytical method used is quantitative research. The object of this research is customers who shop at Amsalmart Stores, Moroseneng Village, Batanghari Nuban District, East Lamping Regency. The number of samples is 65 respondents. Data collection techniques using literature study, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 20 include testing the requirements for testing the instrument requirements, testing requirements for analysis and testing hypotheses. simultaneously the conclusions of the four variables show a significant and significant effect on customer buying interest, so in this journal discusses the presence of Marketplace on buying interest in customers of the Amsalmart Conventional Store, Moroseneng Village, Batanghari Nuban District, East Lamping Regency. . Abstract

ABSTRACT NURDIN WAHID. A, 2021, "The Effect of E-Service and the Ease of the PLN MobileApplication on Customer Satisfaction". Faculty of Economics and Business,UniversitasMuhammadiyah Metro. Advisors: (1) Ratmono, S.E., M.M and Advisors: (2)Nani Septiana, S.E., M.M. This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and convenience as auser of the PLN Mobile ULP Metro application. With the technique of data collectingnamely accidental sampling with a sampling time of 30 days obtained as many as 97sample. In this study, the method used is explanatory researchwith a quantitativeapproach, namely interviews, correspondences, and questionnaires. In this study, theanalytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The determination of thedependent and independent variables were processed with the computer program SPSSVersion 16 For Windows. The results of research that have been conducted by researchers show aninfluence of E-Service Quality and the ease of the PLN Mobile application on customersatisfaction of ULP Metro. Based on the results of the analysis, the data obtained is Fcount 46,857> 3.09, which is shown by linear regression with a coefficient ofdetermination (R2) 0.499. The effect of e-service quality and convenience is 49.9% canbe explained by customer satisfaction variables and the other 50.1% is influenced orexplained by other variables not discussed in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, location and service on consumer loyalty. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The object of this research is the Laundry Happy Wash 21 service which is located on Jalan Tengger No. 11 Yosorejo Metro Timur, Metro City, Lampung. The total population is 65 respondents. Data collection techniques using SPSS 25 and 20 include test instrument requirements, test requirements analysis, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the price variable has no and no significant effect on consumer loyalty, the location variable has an effect and is significant on consumer loyalty, and the service variable has no and no significant effect on consumer loyalty. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of price, location and service has a significant and significant effect on consumer loyalty.
