Abstract

Abstract The world of banking is a business in which activities are based on trust. This makes people have to really select and choose the right bank to invest the money they have. The success of a bank in influencing prospective customers in making decisions to use the products or services provided by the bank is greatly influenced by efforts to grow their trust. Customer trust in a bank is an invaluable asset for the bank, because trust is seen as the basis for the relationship between the bank and the customer. The purpose of this study was to determine whether service quality, product attribute, brand image and product quality simultaneously influence the customer trust of Bri Link users. In this study using primary data and secondary data, the research method used is accidental sampling, which is a sampling technique by chance, namely respondents who accidentally meet the researcher and can be used as samples if the person is suitable as the data source, with a total sample of 100 people. . The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analysis model in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R determination. Based on the results of research using the T test, it was found that service quality has a positive effect on customer trust for Brilink users, product attribute has no effect on customer trust for Brilink users, brand image has no effect on customer trust for Brilink users, and product quality has a positive effect on customer trust for Brilink users. From the F test, Service quality, product attribute, brand image and product quality together have a positive effect on the customer trust of Brilink users. Keywords- Service Quality, Product Attribute, Brand Image and Product Quality Customer Trust Abstrak Dunia perbankan merupakan suatu bisnis dimana dalam melakukan kegiatannya berdasarkan kepercayaan. Hal tersebut membuat masyarakat harus benar-benar menyeleksi dan memilih bank yang tepat untuk menginvestasikan uang yang dimilikinya. Keberhasilan suatu bank dalam mempengaruhi calon nasabah dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menggunakan produk ataupun layanan yang disediakan oleh bank sangat dipengaruhi oleh upaya menumbuhkan kepercayaan mereka. Kepercayaan nasabah terhadap suatu bank merupakan suatu asset yang tidak ternilai bagi bank tersebut, sebab kepercayaan dipandang sebagai dasar dalam hubungan antara bank dengan nasabah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah service quality, product attribute, brand image dan product quality berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap customer trust pengguna bri link. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling merupakan teknik penentuan sampel secara kebetulan, yaitu responden yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dan dapat dijadikan sampel apabila orang tersebut cocok sebagai sumber data, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji homogenitas. Pengujian model analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji F dan R determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji T diperoleh bahwa service quality berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink, product attribute tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink, brand image tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink, dan product quality berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink. Dari uji F Service quality, product attribute, brand image dan product quality secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising, service quality, guarantee of security and public relations on the saving interest of customers of BMT Assyafiiyah in Gajah City, Central Lampung. Data obtained from the questionnaire. The data analysis of this research was carried out using the Instrument Requirements Test, the analysis requirements testing for regression (Cross Section) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that advertising, quality of service, assurance of security and public relations together have an effect on customers' interest in saving at BMT Assyafiiyah Gajah City, Central Lampung. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at the TOKOMU Supermarket in Gajah City. This type of research is an explanatory research that explains the causal relationship (cause and effect) between the variables that affect the hypothesis. This study discusses the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions consisting of product, price, promotion, and place variables. Data obtained from observations and questionnaires given to 60 respondents. The analytical technique used is the Instrument Requirements Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that product, price, promotion, and place variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at PT. Great Giant Pineapple Central Lampung is engaged in pineapple plantations. Where its operational activities require competent workers, therefore human resource management must be improved. This study aims to determine the effect of tenure, discipline, motivation and work performance on the career paths of employees at PT Great Giant Pineapple Central Lampung in 2020. about distributing questionnaires in the form of tenure, discipline, motivation and work on employee career paths. Then processed with SPSS version 21 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis, partial test, F test, determination to determine the effect of tenure, discipline, motivation and work performance on the career path of Great Giant Pineapple employees. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the tenure, discipline, motivation and work performance of employees' career paths. Partial research shows that tenure has a positive and significant effect, discipline has a positive and significant effect, motivation has a positive and significant effect, and work performance has a positive and significant effect on employee career paths. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work motivation, training, and giving rewards on employee satisfaction. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The object of this research is PT. ATM (Between the Power Independent) Metro, population as much as 40 respondent Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires Data analysis techniques using SPSS 22 include test instrument requirements test requirements analysis, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study indicate that the variables of leadership, work motivation, training and giving rewards have a significant and significant effect on employee satisfaction, work motivation variable and significant effect on employee performance, training variable and significant effect on employee performance, and the variable giving of rewards has a significant and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of leadership, work motivation, leadership style and giving of rewards has a significant and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, location and service on consumer loyalty. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The object of this research is the Laundry Happy Wash 21 service which is located on Jalan Tengger No. 11 Yosorejo Metro Timur, Metro City, Lampung. The total population is 65 respondents. Data collection techniques using SPSS 25 and 20 include test instrument requirements, test requirements analysis, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the price variable has no and no significant effect on consumer loyalty, the location variable has an effect and is significant on consumer loyalty, and the service variable has no and no significant effect on consumer loyalty. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of price, location and service has a significant and significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Determination of the cost of production is very important considering the benefits ofinformation on the cost of production are to determine the selling price of products, tomonitor the realization of production costs, to calculate periodic income and to determine thecost of inventories of finished products and products in process which are presented in thebalance sheet. In determining the cost of production, two methods can be used, namely thefull costing method and the variable costing method. In the full costing method, all costs arecalculated, both fixed and variable, because one way to control costs is to calculate the costof production to determine the selling price of the product itself. This study aims to determinethe calculation of the cost of production using the Full Costing method. The type of researchcarried out by the researcher is field research or field research, where field research is aresearch conducted at the research location with a qualitative descriptive nature. Datacollection techniques researchers used interviews and documentation. The interviewtechnique in this study used a guided free interview. The source of the data was taken by theowner of the Kanala Chips UMKM and records of the production costs of Kanala ChipsUMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Data pengendalian kualitas Terhadap Risiko Kerusakan Produk PT Surya Tsabat Mandiri dalam mengurangi risiko kerusakan produk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif mengunakan alat bantu statistik yang terdapat pada Statisttical Data pengendalian kualitas (SQC) dan Statistical Proses Control (SPC). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses produksi roti PT Surya Tsabat Mandiri pada Januari 2020 disetiap harinya terdapat data yang tidak terkendali secara statistik dan perlu dilakukan revisi 1 kali. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya titik-titik yang out of control yang terjadi pada hari ke-2, 5, 7, 9, dan hari ke-25. Maka dilakukan tindakan perbaikan dengan mencari sebabsebab terjadinya kecacatan agar titik-titik yang out of control berada dalam control limit UCL dan LCL (in of control) sehingga proses produksi dapat dikatakan terkendali secara statistik.

Abstract

Work productivity in the sense that companies or agencies can directly see their workforce toproduce a number of units of goods measured based on units of time, so the purpose of thisresearch is to determine the role of incentives in increasing employee productivity at theSukadana Class IIB State Detention Center. This type of research is quantitative. Thedescription of this research is partially that the variables studied with a population of 51employees and found a sample of 45 employees the sampling technique used is purposivesampling. The steps are carried out by distributing questionnaires and assisted by dataanalysis through validity, reliability, and simple regression tests. The conclusion of thisresearch is that incentives have a good role in increasing employee work productivity andachieving the goals expected by agencies/organizations at the Class IIB Sukadana StateDetention Center, East Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of education and training on employee performance by testing the moderating variable at PT BPRS Aman Syariah Sekampung. With the population conducted in the study as many as 36 people. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by researchers, it shows that education has a significant effect on employee performance, resulting in a coefficient of t-count value of (31.777) and a significance value of (0.000), training has no effect and is not significant on employee performance, resulting in a coefficient of t-count value of (-902) and a significance value of (0.373). Then the reward does not moderate the effect of education on employee performance, resulting in a significance value of (0.513). Reward also does not moderate the effect of training on employee performance, resulting in a significance value of (0.707).
