Abstract

This study aims to determine whether a significant effect on the interaction of individual sales and sales promotion simultaneously has an influence on purchasing decisions of indihome customers in the metro area. to determine the most dominant variable on purchasing decisions and to analyze individual sales and sales promotions simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative research with associative methods. In this study, the analysis tool used is multiple correlation analysis to determine the dependent and independent variables with a computer program tool, namely SPSS 22 For Windows. The results of the research conducted by the researcher are 1) Individual Sales Variables have a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, 2) Sales Promotion Variables cannot have a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions, 3) Simultaneously, Individual Sales and Sales Promotion variables have an effect on Purchasing Decisions at Indihome Customers in the Region. Abstract

This study is to find empirical evidence of the influence of organizational commitment and human resource competence on the use of information technology in the regional work units (SKPD) of the city of metro. The study was conducted on a regional work unit (SKPD) of the city of metro with a sample of 40 respondents. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique, and data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Pearson product moment correlation analysis and multiple regression using the SPSS application. The results of the study concluded: (1) Organizational commitment influences the quality of the financial statements of the metro city government; (2) Human resource competence has an influence on the quality of the financial statements of the metro city government; (3) The use of information technology has an effect on the quality of the financial statements of the metro city government;

Abstract

Wardah is one of Indonesia's local products, a cosmetic product from PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. Wardah is one of the first cosmetics to guarantee halal cosmetic products. Wardah is even able to compete and develop to beat previous products to become one of the superior local products by displaying product advantages and Wardah having a consultant on every sale to attract buyers to make repeat purchases. Even Wardah product designs are created as attractive as possible to influence consumers to make purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of the halal label, religious commitment, brand ambassador, and product design on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetics. This research method is quantitative using the explanatory research method. It is used to examine the population or sample. The sampling technique is generally carried out randomly, namely the Muhammadiyah University Metro students, with a sample size of 40 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, testing. The analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, test, test, and R2 test of determination. Based on the results of the study using the t-test, it was found that the Halal Label has a positive and significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchase Decisions, Religious Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchase Decisions, Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchase Decisions. Significant towards Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions. Based on the analysis of SPSs data, the conclusion of the halal label, religious commitment, brand ambassador, and product design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing Wardah cosmetics.Keywords: Halal Label, Religious Commitment, Brand Ambassador, Product Design and Purchase Decision

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that earnings management has a significant effect on return on assets. It can be seen from the tcount value of 2.436 and t table 2.179, which means that t count is greater than t table. So it can be explained that profit management in the food and beverage industry sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019 has a significant effect on financial performance. Where earnings management describes the effect or effect of cash income and expenditures to ensure that the business generates net operating income.Keywords: Earnings Management, Financial Performance, Return On Assets (ROA)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Return On Assets, Return On Equity dan Earning Per Share secara simultan dan parsial terhadap harga saham. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan keuangan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2019. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan keuangan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 29 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019 yang memenuhi karakteristik sampel yang dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. This study aims to analyze how much influence Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Earning Per Share simultaneously and partially on stock prices. The research design used in this study uses quantitative research. The object of this research is a banking financial company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population of this study are all banking financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sample of this research used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 29 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 that met the required sample characteristics. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Return On Assets (ROA) variable has a significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant effect on stock prices. Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices. While Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on stock prices. Abstract

This study examines the presence of the Marketplace on buying interest in the customers of the Amsalmart Conventional Store, Moroseneng Village, Batanghari Nuban District, East Lamping Regency by using price indicators, product completeness, convenience, and promotion. Where the development of the company experienced a decline in sales due to the widespread use of online shopping applications on Amsalmart Store customers. the analytical method used is quantitative research. The object of this research is customers who shop at Amsalmart Stores, Moroseneng Village, Batanghari Nuban District, East Lamping Regency. The number of samples is 65 respondents. Data collection techniques using literature study, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 20 include testing the requirements for testing the instrument requirements, testing requirements for analysis and testing hypotheses. simultaneously the conclusions of the four variables show a significant and significant effect on customer buying interest, so in this journal discusses the presence of Marketplace on buying interest in customers of the Amsalmart Conventional Store, Moroseneng Village, Batanghari Nuban District, East Lamping Regency. . Abstract

Berkembangnya bisnis kuliner sangat bergantungpada kunjungan dari pada konsumen, sehingga upaya untuk menarik minat konsumen untuk berkunjung merupakan salah satu strategi pemasaran yang sangat penting dalam dunia bisnis kuliner saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Service Scape, Reliability dan Responsiveness Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Bejo’s Café Kota Metro.Desain penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan explanatory survey. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Service Scape, Reliability, Responsivenes, dan Kepuasan Konsumen. Kegiatan penelitian di Bejo’s Café Kota Metro. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisa kualitas data dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara partial Service Scape, Reliability, dan Responsivenesberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Secara simultan Service Scape, Reliability dan Responsivenes juga berengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasi, Pengawasan dan Komitmen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT TELKOM Kota Metro. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT TELKOM Kota Metro Tahun 2020. Dengan membagikan kuisioner berupa pertanyaan seputar pelatihan kerja, Motivasi, pengawasan dan Komitmen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kemudian diolah dengan SPSS versi 22 dengan pendekatan uji asumsi klasik dengan metode normalitas, linieritas, homogenitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial,uji F, determinasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, motivasi, pengawasan dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan TELKOM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pelatihan kerja, motivasi, pengawasan dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, moitvasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Lack of financial literacy is one of the causes of financial problems, as economics and business students should have good financial literacy, financial ability possessed by students is one of the factors that become obstacles for students to start investing and the existence of information technology that is increasingly modern today become facilities that make it easier for students to make investments. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial ability and information technology on interest in stock investment. research method using a survey study tested using multiple regression analysis, partial test, stimulant test and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the study show that all dependent variables including financial literacy, financial ability and information technology have a positive and significant influence partially and simultaneously on stock investment interests of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. it can be concluded that the higher the financial literacy, the financial ability of students and the more understanding of information technology, the higher the interest of students in investing in stocks.

Abstract

This study aims to influence the supply of raw materials, the quality of raw materials, and the production process of the quality of products at PT Florindomakmur. The type of research used is qualitative research. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT Floridamakmur. The sample used was 35 respondents consisting of employees of the raw material processing department, the production process section, and the product quality testing section. The data collection technique used is the dissemination of questionnaires (Questionnaires). Data analysis techniques are qualitative descriptive techniques that aim to analyze a problem that occurs in a study. The analytical tool used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of a statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) 26. The type of data used is qualitative data. The results of this study explained that the supply of raw materials has a positive and significant effect on product quality, the quality of raw materials has a positive and significant effect on product quality and the production process has a positive and significant effect on product quality at PT Florindomakmur.
