Abstract

Monopoly market share, namely: the composition of market share indicates that one seller orproducer dominates the market, so that it has is a market structure characterized by oneseller or producer dominating the market so that it has the power to determine prices andsupply. In an Islamic economic perspective, monopoly practices are often consideredunethical because they have the potential to harm consumers and create injustice due to thedistribution of resources. This article aims to analyze monopolized markets from theperspective of Islamic economics and Islamic business ethics by highlighting relevant Islamicbusiness ethics doctrines, such as justice, balance (mizan), and the prohibition of exploitation(gharar, and ikhtiar). Analyzing monopoly markets from the perspective of Islamic economicsand Islamic business ethics, taking into account the basic doctrines in fiqh muamalah,justice, and social responsibility. This article also discusses the implications of thesedoctrines for regulation and business practices in monopoly markets. How reviewingmonopolistic practices is contrary to the doctrine of Islamic business ethics, whichemphasizes honesty, transparency, and mutual prosperity. Research with a qualitativeapproach by analyzing literature and theories of Islamic economics and business ethics. Thisresearch concludes that monopoly markets conflict with the basic guidelines of Islamiceconomics that focus on the balanced welfare of the people. In Islamic business ethics, monopoly is considered a practice that inconsistent with the teachings of beliefs thatencourage healthy competitions and honnest trade.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis jenis pupuk yang ada di CV. Ramyanan Kota Metro semakin ketat dan setiap tahunnya penjualan yang dialami mengalami fluktuatif dan bahkan tidak ada penjualan dalam kurun waktu bulan terkahir, sehingga tujuan dari riset ini ialah untuk menguji pengaruh pandangan iklan, kredibilitas iklan, daya tarik iklan, kekuatan iklan terhadap minat beli konsumen di CV. Ramayana Kota Metro baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode riset yang digunakan dalam riset ini ialah kuantitatif dengan memakai angket kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada konsumen yang sering melakukan transaksi pembelian pupuk di CV. Ramayanan sebanyak sampel 45 pelanggan. Alat analisis yang digunakan ialah uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, linieiritas, homogenitas, dan pengambilan keputusan memakai uji regresi berganda dengan kesimpulan uji parsial t, uji simultan f, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa Pandangan iklan, kredibilitas iklan, daya tarik iklan, kekuatan iklan terhadap minat beli konsumen di CV. Ramayanan Kota Metro. Artinya keempat variabel bebas tersebut mempunyai peran penting dalam memberikan keputusan kepada konsumen untuk minat beli produk pupuk di CV. Ramayana Kota Metro dengan adanya kontribusi tersebut agar dapat meningkatkan laba pada penjualannya. Saran yang dapat disampaikan mencakup pandangan iklan tetap exis, maka langkah yang harus dilakukan adalah dengan menambahkan ide dan varian packing agar mata konsumen dalam melihat produk tersebut terlihat berbeda, kredibilitas iklan dapat konsisten, maka dalam mempromosikan iklan tetap konsisten dengan produk yang dijualnnya, Perspektif daya tarik iklan dapt meningkat, dalam memilih aktor iklan lebih condong sedikit cerdas dalam menyampaikan konteks produk apa yang dijualnya, kekuatan iklan agar dapat meningkat, maka yang harus dilakukan adalah melihat pangsar pasar disekitar dan memberikan inovasi baru yang lebih menarik

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of profitability and leverage on stockreturns. Changes in stock returns can be determined by the company's financial performanceprojected in the company's financial statements using profitability and leverage ratios. Theresearch method used in this study uses documentation techniques with a quantitativeapproach. This research was conducted at banking sub-sector companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which were recorded during the 2019-2021 period. Thesample used in this study was purposive sampling, so that the sample in this study consisted of5 companies. The analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, namely thenormality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. To testthe hypothesis in this study using panel data regression test with the common effect modeltechnique, fixed effect model, and random effect model. Selection of the technique is done bydoing the chow test, hausman test, and lagrange multiplier test. Based on the research resultsshow that 1) There is a significant influence between profitability and stock returns. 2) Thereis a significant influence between leverage and stock returns. 3) There is an influence betweenprofitability and leverage on stock returns

Abstract

Based on attendance data for Muhammadiyah Metro General Hospital employees in December 2022, medical employees have the lowest percentage value, with an average of 55% of the number of days, the number of delays, and the number of early discharges. Based on these data, hospitals need to increase work motivation in employees in order to reduce the number of delays in entering employee work. The purpose of this study is to find out whether work motivation and compensation affect employee performance. To find out whether the length of service is able to moderate the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance. This study is a descriptive quantitative study with a sample of 81 employees. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, homogeneity tests, multiple regression analysis tests, t tests, r2 determination tests, and MRA tests using programs (SPSS). The results showed that work motivation had an effect and positively on employee performance. Job satisfaction has an effect and is positive on performance. Length of service affects the relationship between work motivation variables and employee performance variables. Length of service affects the relationship between job satisfaction variables and employee performance variables.

Abstract

Based on the tests that have been carried out by the researchers using the requirements analysis test using the requirements analysis test (descriptive statistical analysis and normality test), testing the classical assumptions regression requirements using (multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing using (t test , F test and R2 determination test) the results show that the independent commissioner has a positive and significant effect on audit delay and the audit committee also has a positive and significant effect on audit delay and the simultaneous test shows that the independent commissioner and audit committee have a joint effect on audit delay on the LQ-45 stock index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021.
