Abstract

Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) adalah bidang yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan,keselamatan, dan kesejahteraan manusia yang bekerja di suatu lembaga atau lokasi proyek. TujuanK3 adalah untuk menjaga kesehatan dan keselamatan lingkungan kerja. Keselamatan dan kesehatankerja merupakan salah satu aspek perlindungan tenaga kerja yang diatur dalam Undang-UndangNomor 13 Tahun 2003. Dengan penerapan teknologi pengendalian keselamatan dan kesehatan kerjadiharapkan tenaga kerja mencapai ketahanan fisik, daya kerja dan derajat kesehatan yang tinggi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan dan pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatankerja terhadap risiko kerja karyawan pada Penggilingan Padi di Pujo Kerto (PC) dan Pujo Basuki (PB)Lampung Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kualitatif, Kuantitatifdan Deskriptif. Kuantitatif adalah pengukuran berdasarkan teori-teori yang ada; Deskriptif adalahpola penggambaran suatu masalah, sedangkan Kualitatif adalah cara penyajian suatu masalah. Keduametode tersebut digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat pengaruh penerapan K3 terhadap resiko kerjakaryawan pada Penggilingan Padi di Pujo Kerto (PC) dan Pujo Basuki (PB) berdasarkan hasil surveidan distribusi kuesioner. Penyebaran kuesioner diberikan kepada 25 responden. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil nilai tingkat pengaruh penerapan K3dikategorikan poo karena belum memenuhi standar yang ditentukan oleh Peraturan MenteriPekerjaan Umum. Perpres No. 09 Tahun 2008. Kurangnya pemahaman akan pentingnya SMK3 dapatberpengaruh besar terhadap resiko kerja pegawai menyebabkan banyaknya kecelakaan kerjapegawai.

Abstract

Marketing is a body that all activities or efforts are carried out in the field of marketing, namely distributing from producers to consumers through marketing. The main actors in ceiling marketing (PVC), namely ceilings that have water-repellent materials or elastic materials, while the parties involved in preparing ceiling raw materials are workers, ceiling installation services, goods transportation services, and parties who assist in marketing them . The type of research used in this research is descriptive and verification research. Verification research is a type of research that aims to test a theory or results of previous research, (Sukmadinata, 2006:5). Using this research method to determine the significant relationship between the variables studied. The Cuctomer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method was used in this study to examine the effect of the dimensions of service quality on customer satisfaction in PVC ceilings. Analysis of overall customer satisfaction was carried out by calculating the value of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The consumer satisfaction scale commonly used in index interpretation is a scale of 0 to 1. Based on the calculation of the customer satisfaction index, the CSI value for ceiling installation quality gets a score of 72.74% which is in the range of 66 – 80 meaning customer satisfaction with the overall quality of ceiling installation. seen based on the performance and importance of the attributes are in the criteria of "satisfied". with a scale of 66 to 80 that the level of customer satisfaction in Tanjung Sesama Village is generally in the satisfied category, meaning that the customer feels "satisfied" with the quality of the ceiling installation.

Abstract

The development of the automotive industry in Indonesia is very fast and tends to increase every year, in line with the needs and demands of the public for adequate means of transportation. Evidenced by the increasingly crowded city streets and increasingly congested traffic by motorized vehicles. And followed by the birth and growth of new companies that always make every effort to gain and maintain existing market share. This study aims to find out 1) To find out whether there is an influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction? 2) to find out whether there is service quality on consumer satisfaction? 3) To find out whether there is an influence of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction? This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument or questionnaire. In this study, the population was consumers at the Honda Motor Palace dealership. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 89 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study show that: 1) there is a positive influence on product quality on consumer satisfaction. 2) there is a positive influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction. 3) there is a positive influence on product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether service quality and product quality affect repurchaseintention with customer satisfaction as the intervening variable. This type of researchconducted in research is to use quantitative research. The population in this study wereSprighill residents, Bandar Lampung City, totaling 140 people who actively use Shopee.Determining the number of samples using the Sovlin formula with an error margin of 5%, asample of 50 was obtained. The data collection technique used was interviews andquestionnaires. data analysis used included validity test, reliability test, normality test,linearity test, homogeneity test. Data analysis in this study used Regression Analysis ofMediating Variables with the Causal Step Method with the help of the SPSS version 25.0application. Service quality, product quality has a positive and significant impact oncustomer satisfaction with Shopee users in the Bandar Lampung City Community. ProductQuality, Service Quality have a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention ofShopee users in the Bandar Lampung City Community. Customer satisfaction has a positiveand significant influence on the repurchase intention of Shopee users in the Bandar LampungCity Community

Abstract

Consumer behavior based on current market developments makes consumers want to continue to be pampered, this encourages the creation of companies with certain models according to certain models according to consumer needs. The increasingly fierce competition in the existing market, especially competition from similar modern markets, makes companies increasingly demanded to move faster in terms of attracting consumers, so companies that apply marketing concepts need to pay close attention to consumer behavior and the factors that influence their purchasing decisions, in their marketing efforts. products carried out 1) This study aims to find out whether location has an effect on purchasing decisions 2) To find out whether product variations affect purchasing decisions. 3) To find out whether price has an effect on purchasing decisions 4) To find out whether location, product variety, price have a joint effect on purchasing decisions. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population is consumers who use telkom products. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total sample of 85 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence between locations on purchasing decisions. 2) there is a positive and significant influence between product variations on purchasing decisions. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between price on purchasing decisions 4) there is a positive and significant influence between location, product variations and prices there is a positive and significant influence between product variations on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the internal and external factors that affect Azzea Kitchen Home Industry and analyze internal and external marketing strategies to improve market competitiveness. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation, documentation, and data analysis. The analysis was conducted using the SWOT method, which resulted in 6 strengths, 4 weaknesses, 3 opportunities, and 2 threats. From the results of weighting, rating, and scores with IFAS and EFAS, it can be seen that the Azzea Kitchen Home Industry is in quadrant I, indicating a support strategy for growth oriented towards aggressive strategies. This strategy aims to optimally utilize the company's strengths, cooperating with existing opportunities, otherwise known as the SO strategy. Focusing on marketing strategies, Azzea Kitchen Home Industry can implement an aggressive approach by utilizing business capital efficiently during holidays and national holidays to increase sales and brand image. Maximize production capacity during the holiday season, and take advantage of easily available raw materials. Furthermore, strengthen the presence of online consumers through product innovation and improving the quality of appealing flavors. Technology can also be utilized for aggressive marketing strategies, strengthening market share and increasing competitiveness in a competitive market. Thus, the implementation of this strategy is expected to have a positive impact on the Market

Abstract

To determine whether celebrity endorsement affects the purchase decision. To determine whether electronic word of mouth (e-wom) affects the purchase decision. To determine whether the brand image affects the purchase decision. To find out whether celebrity endorsement, electronic word of mouth (e-wom), and brand image influence the purchase decision. The sample of this study is consumers After Beaute amounting to 100 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis using prerequisite testing instruments, namely validity test and reliability test. Prerequisite test analysis using normality test and linearity test. Hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis, Partial Test (t Test), Test together (F test) and test coefficient of determination (R2) using the program (SPSS). The research results show that 1). Celebrity endorsement has not effect on purchase decisions. 2). Electronic word of mouth (e-wom) has not effect on purchase decisions. 3). Brand image has a significant influence on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Turnover intention is an employee's desire to resign from work with the aim of looking for anew job based on their abilities and a feeling of dissatisfaction with work achievements sofar, therefore there is a turnover of employees in a company without any coercion fromoutside parties or, hence the cause employee turnover due to factors that influence it. Thisresearch aims to find out whether work stress has a direct effect on turnover intention. Tofind out whether workload has a direct effect on turnover intention. To find out whether thework environment has a direct effect on turnover intention. The sample for this research is allemployees at CV. Mitra Sahabat Grup totaling 45 people. Data collection usesquestionnaires and literature studies, and data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests,normality tests, linearity tests, homogeneity tests, multiple regression analysis, T tests, Ftests, and coefficient of determination (R2) tests using the program (SPSS) . The researchresults show that there is a positive and significant influence of Job Stress on TurnoverIntention. There is a positive and significant influence of Workload on Turnover Intention.There is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether E-Service Quality affects Repurchase Interest inTokopedia E-Commerce. To find out whether Customer Satisfaction affects RepurchaseInterest in Tokopedia E-Commerce. To find out whether Behavioural Intention affectsRepurchase Interest in Tokopedia E-Commerce. To find out whether E-Service Quality,Customer Satisfaction with Repurchase Interest in Tokopedia E-Commerce with BehaviouralIntention has a positive effect as an intervening variable. The sample of this study was 160students of Management Class of 2020 Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. The data werecollected through questionnaire, then being analyzed by using validity test, reliability test,normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, t test, r test ofdetermination, and Regression Analysis of Mediating Variables with the Causal Step Methodvia the SPSS program, Analysis metode structural. The results showed that there was apositive and significant influence of E-Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction on RepurchaseInterest, there was a positive and significant influence of Service Quality, CustomerSatisfaction on Behavioural Intention and there was a positive and significant influence of E-Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Interest in the Tokopedia Applicationwith Behavioural Intention as an Intervening Variable

Abstract

This research aims to find out how work culture influences employee performance. To find out how work motivation influences employee performance. To find out how the work environment influences employee performance. To find out how the influence of work culture on employee performance is moderated by leadership style. To find out how the influence of work motivation on employee performance is moderated by leadership style. To find out how the work environment influences employee performance which is moderated by leadership style. The sample for this research was all employees at the Metro City Social Service, totaling 43 people. Data collection used questionnaires and literature studies, and data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, moderated regression analysis, T tests, and coefficient of determination (R2) tests using the program (SPSS). The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence on employee performance through work culture and work motivation, whereas in the work environment variable there is no positive and significant influence found and leadership style can moderate the influence of culture and work motivation on employee performance, but not the influence of the work environment on employee performance
