Abstract

Business communication develops relational strategies to build the consumers’ trust. The lack of Vegetables and fruit consumption motivates Burgreens’ owner to create healthy fast food.Therefore,trust engages society to be involved in order to begin a healthy lifestyle. This research aimed to perceive the role of product communication in consumer trust throughout Burgreens’ case study. This research applies quantitative methods and purposive sampling techniques. Abstract

One of the needs that has been considered important in today's era is the need for skin care. One of the famous skincare brands is Scarlett Whitening. Seeing the rise of skin care and beauty manufacturers, the Scarlett Whitening brand carried out a business strategy by attracting South Korean girl group TWICE as a brand ambassador. This study aims to determine the influence of TWICE's brand ambassador, product quality, and brand trust on purchasing decisions on Scarlett Whitening products with a research on students in the city of Medan. The influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variable is processed and analyzed partially and simultaneously. The form of research used in this study is quantitative research. Research sampling using purposive sampling techniques with 100 respondents as samples. The primary data of this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires, and secondary data were obtained from literature studies. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that TWICE's Brand Ambassador variable had no effect on the Purchase Decision variable. Meanwhile, Product Quality and Brand Trust variables have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. In the simultaneous test, the three independent variables had a significant effect together on the Purchase Decision variable with a Ftable value of 2.70 (52.726 > 2.70) and a Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an influence level of 61.1% and the remaining 38.9% was influenced by factors outside this study

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan PKM adalah memberikan bekal pengetahuan tentang strategi pemasaran selama siklus hidup produk saat menjalankan usaha. Mitra yang dijadikan tempat kegiatan adalah UKM yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner bernama pempek Lita merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan khas daerah palembang yaitu pempek. Pemilik usaha bernama Yurmalita. Lokasi mitra terdapat di Kota Jambi. Kegiatan PKM didasarkan pada observasi awal pada mitra, dimana mitra belum mendapatkan pembekalan tentang strategi pemasaran semasa siklus hidup produk, sehingga masih lemahnya mitra dalam menggunakan strategi pada setiap langkah selama masa hidup suatu produk . Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah pelatihan melalui zoom meeting. Adapun terkait materi yang ingin disampaikan ke mitra disajikan dalam bentuk PPT. Materi yang terkait diberikan ke mitra adalah pengenalan tahapan siklus daur hidup produk, tahapan siklus daur hidup produk dan straegi dari masing masing setiap tahapan, serta cara memperpanjang siklus hidup produk. Hasil kegiatan dari PKM ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dalam menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dalam setiap masa hidup umur produk yang dihasilkan mitra.

Abstract

Each Public Health Unit used to measure its performance in order to improve services to customers, employees, communities, and stakeholders. The next step is the development of a performance measurement system using the Balanced Scorecard approach to develop the hospital in achieving its strategic vision and mission goals. Performance indicators are identified and adjusted according to the availability of information that has been collected through the interviewees. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Balance Score Card regarding the performance measurement system in the Public Health Unit. In this study, 25 questionnaires were sent to health services at RSUD Dr. Pinardi.

Abstract

This research delves into an exploration of the intricate interplay between social responsibility, community-based initiatives, and sustainable tourism practices within the picturesque landscape of Lampung province. The focal point of this study revolves around Tiska Beach, a captivating destination that beckons travelers seeking a harmonious blend of nature and recreation. The overarching objective is to unravel the nuanced influence of these factors on visitor loyalty, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of Tiska Beach and its surrounding communities. The research population comprises the diverse array of visitors gracing the shores of Tiska Beach in Lampung, with a meticulously chosen sample size of 100 individuals. Employing the robust analytical tool of multiple linear regression analysis, the study seeks to dissect the multifaceted dynamics at play within the realm of social responsibility, community-based tourism, and the sustainable practices that underpin Tiska Beach's allure. One pivotal facet of this investigation lies in the acknowledgment of corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a driving force shaping the visitor experience. Abstract

Education is the right of everyone wherever they are, at any age, including economic conditions at any level. The way to obtain knowledge can no longer be limited by anyone and anything nowadays. In this global era, education patterns are increasingly diverse, knowledge transfer activities no longer have to always be carried out in the classroom. The pattern of teaching and learning activities outside the classroom has also been implemented by many educational institutions in many countries, including Indonesia. When teaching and learning activities are carried out outside the classroom, it generally increases interest in learning for students at primary and higher education levels. In this article, we will convey qualitatively the efforts to transfer knowledge outside the classroom in order to increase interest in learning and reduce boredom due to always studying indoors. A two-way interactive atmosphere is one of the effective ways of learning activities to produce better student abilities, in all subjects or certain subjects. The more optimal human resource capabilities are in the future, we can be sure that economic conditions and many other fields will be better and able to compete with other nations.

Abstract

Human resources play a crucial role in the functioning of any company. Therefore, it is imperative to prioritize the well-being and development of employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT Bank Sumut USU Branch. This study adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing an associative method. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample size of 34 respondents. The data analysis includes instrument testing, validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings demonstrate that leadership style, motivation, and work environment significantly impact employee performance at PT Bank Sumut USU Branch, both individually and collectively. The coefficient of determination test reveals a strong relationship between leadership style, motivation, work environment, and employee performance, with an R value of 0.338. Furthermore, the Adjusted R Square value indicates that leadership style, motivation, and work environment can explain 78.7% of employee performance, while the remaining 21.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of brand reputation and brand image on brand loyalty of apple. The influence between brand reputations and the brand image will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on brand loyalties. The form of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study used the Lemeshow formula with a total of 96 respondents as samples. The primary data used in this study was obtained by distributing the questionnaire directly while the secondary data was acquired through a library study. Data analysis methods used are instrumental testing, classical assumption testing, double linear regression analysis and hypothetical testing using SPSS. The results of the research showed that brand reputation and brand image have a significant influence both partially and simultaneously on brand loyalty in Apple consumers in the City of Medan. The determination coefficient test showed that there was a close relationship between the variable with the R value of 0.614. Through the adjusted R square value it was also known that the brand reputation and brand image variables contributed 36.4% to brand loyalty variable while the remaining 63.6% was influenced by other variables outside this study model.
