Abstract

AbstractIn general, the purpose of this study is to determine the success of teachers improve the quality of learning process using storytelling method to improve the development of polite behavior in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Sister Pontianak.Penelitian this research using Class Action Research, which is one of the problem solving strategy utilizing real action and capacity building process in detecting and solving problems. Based on the result of data analysis and research question in general can be concluded that learning using story telling method can improve the behavior of courtesy in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Sister Pontianak. It is based on the result of learning planning made by teachers to improve the behavior of children's manners reached the category of 'Good' with a score of 3.57. Implementation of learning conducted by teachers in improving the behavior of children's behavior through the method of telling stories reached the category of "Good" with a score of 3.35. The storytelling method applied by teachers in learning can improve the behavior of children's manners this is shown by 97% children develop as expected. Keywords: Sopan Santun, Method of Storytelling

Abstract

In the activities of an entrepreneurship, a great leader is needed to organise all of the activities that run and aimed to achieve maximum work effectiveness. The purpose of PKM activities is shown as a means to add insight into how an SME manages leadership in order to create a conducive work environment atmosphere. In fact, it faces various problems, especially in carrying out leadership to maintain business sustainability, due to the lack of knowledge of the associations about leadership theory. For this reason, PKM activities aim to help the associated partners to increase their knowledge about Path-goal theory related to leadership models. The method offered in this activity is online training/socialisation through Zoom meetings. The materials to be delivered include: basic introduction to Path-goal theory, main components of Path-goal theory, Leader Behaviour, followers' characteristics, and task characteristics. The results of the activity show that the knowledge about Path-goal theory that was delivered was realised and ran smoothly. Through the evaluation of the material has been understood well. As proven by the answers of partners who 100% can clearly understand and comprehend the material presented. Through this activity, it is hoped that the problems that arise in the associated businesses will be resolved in increasing business success.

Abstract

KIUP bermanfaat untuk mencari nomor rekam medis apabila pasien tidak membawa KIB, memudahkan pencarian nomor rekam medis untuk keperluan retensi DRM, dan sebagai alat bantu penyusutan laporan kunjungan pasien. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Puskemas Sei Agul yang bertujuan memberikan penyuluhan tentang penggunaan KIUP untuk memudahkan petugas pendaftaran yang sulit untuk mencari rekam medis pasien jika pasien tidak membawa kartu berobat di puskesmas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan secara langsung, demonstrasi dan pendampingan dalam pengimplemantasian KIUP di bagian pendaftaran rekam medis. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan petugas penyimpanan dalam menggunakan KIUP untuk memudahkan pencarian rekam medis pada saat pasien datang berobat dan membantu keperluan penyusutan dan retensi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan baik berkat dukungan dan kerja sama dari semua pihak baik tim pelaksana, mahasiswa, petugas dan Kepala Puskesmas Sei Agul serta Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan.

Abstract

Penilaian akreditasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk pembinaan peningkatan mutu dan kinerja melalui perbaikan yang berkesinambungan di puskesmas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Puskemas Glugur Darat bertujuan memberikan penyuluhan tentang pengisian informasi klinis rekam medis berdasarkan Akreditasi Puskesmas sub standar 3.8.3. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan secara langsung, demonstrasi dan pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan proses pengisian informasi klinis rekam medis untuk menurunkan ketidaklengkapan pengisian rekam medis di puskemas. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan, keterampilan dan komitmen bersama petugas untuk mengisi informasi klinis secara lengkap dan jelas di dalam rekam medis sesuai sub Standar 3.8.3 Akreditasi Puskesmas, ditetapkannya petugas analisa, serta penambahan ketentuan pengkoreksian dan penambahan data rekam medis pada SOP. Kegiatan ini berhasil dilaksanakan atas dukungan dan kerja sama yang baik dari semua pihak baik tim pelaksana, mahasiswa, petugas dan Kepala Puskesmas Glugur Darat serta Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas tidak terlepas dari dukungan data-data pasien yang semuanya itu harus tercatat dengan baik dan benar di dalam rekam medis. Map rekam medis (folder) merupakan sampul yang berfungsi untuk menjaga semua formulir rekam medis pasien yang ada dalam satu file dan terlindungi dari kerusakan secara fisik serta menjaga kerahasiaan data pasien didalamnya. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk mendesain ulang sampul rekam medis dilihat dari aspek anatomi, fisik dan isi, serta disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan data pasien yang ada di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Pekan Labuhan Medan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan kolaborasi dengan petugas penyimpanan rekam medis di puskesmas yang terdiri dari pemberian edukasi tentang desain rekam medis yang baik, konsultasi dan perancangan map rekam medis sesuai kebutuhan di puskesmas, serta melakukan demonstrasi dan pendampingan penerapan map rekam medis di puskesmas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2024 dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 10 orang petugas kesehatan di UPT Puskesmas Pekan Labuhan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan petugas dalam mendesain map rekam medis yang baik serta sebuah desain produk map (folder) rekam medis di UPT Puskesmas Pekan Labuhan Medan. Keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian ini didukung oleh kerja sama yang baik dari tim pengabdian masyarakat, petugas dan kepala UPT Puskesmas Pekan Labuhan Medan serta Dinas Kesehatan Kota Medan.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect, analyze and gain an understanding of whether Auditor's Reputation, Company Size, Auditor's Opinion, Length of Assignment, and Auditor Changes partially or simultaneously affect Audit Delay in service companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach to determine the factors that cause an event. Researchers used multiple linear regression analysis as a research method. In this study, there were a population of 413 companies and a sample of 246 service companies in 2017-2019. Auditor's Reputation, Company Size, and Auditor's Opinion have no influence and significant impact on Audit Delay in service companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. Meanwhile, the Length of Assignment, and Auditor Changes have no influence and insignificant effect on Audit Delay in service companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the coefficient of determination R-Squared (R2) is 0.237 or means 23.7% and the remaining 76.3% is not included in the variables.

Abstract

The influence of labor force participation rates and minimum wages on poverty in Banten province is an issue of concern to many parties. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), in 2019 the poverty rate in Banten Province reached 8.19%, or around 1.5 million residents. This figure is higher than the national average of 9.22%. One factor that is considered very influential in overcoming poverty is the availability of employment. Productive and quality Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) can increase people's income and reduce poverty. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the Labor Force Participation Rate and Banten Provincial Minimum Wage on Poverty. Panel data analysis was performed to prove the hypothesis using the ordinary least square method. The results showed that the Provincial Minimum Wage variable had a negative and insignificant effect on the number of poor people, while the labor force participation rate had a significant and positive effect on poverty in Banten Province.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan PKM adalah memberikan bekal pengetahuan tentang strategi pemasaran selama siklus hidup produk saat menjalankan usaha. Mitra yang dijadikan tempat kegiatan adalah UKM yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner bernama pempek Lita merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan khas daerah palembang yaitu pempek. Pemilik usaha bernama Yurmalita. Lokasi mitra terdapat di Kota Jambi. Kegiatan PKM didasarkan pada observasi awal pada mitra, dimana mitra belum mendapatkan pembekalan tentang strategi pemasaran semasa siklus hidup produk, sehingga masih lemahnya mitra dalam menggunakan strategi pada setiap langkah selama masa hidup suatu produk . Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah pelatihan melalui zoom meeting. Adapun terkait materi yang ingin disampaikan ke mitra disajikan dalam bentuk PPT. Materi yang terkait diberikan ke mitra adalah pengenalan tahapan siklus daur hidup produk, tahapan siklus daur hidup produk dan straegi dari masing masing setiap tahapan, serta cara memperpanjang siklus hidup produk. Hasil kegiatan dari PKM ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dalam menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dalam setiap masa hidup umur produk yang dihasilkan mitra.

Abstract

Code accuracy is very necessary so that the information generated from diagnoses and medical actions is correct. The accuracy in providing diagnostic codes and medical actions is influenced by coding officers who determine the code based on data in medical records. Coding officers need to attend training related to procedures for determining the right and accurate code. The initial survey at RSU Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan found that from 62 medical records of CHF patients in January – March 2023, as many as 29 files (40.3%) did not have the correct diagnosis code. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the accuracy of coding Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) inpatients at RSU Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection by observation method by directly observing what factors affect the accuracy of coding Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) hospitalized patients. The results of the Chi-Square test analysis found that the officer's characteristics affect the accuracy of coding with a P-Value value of 0.011<0.05 for the officer's level of knowledge, a P-Value value of 0.009<0.05 for coding training that has been attended and a P-Value value of 0.000<0.05 for the length of service of the officer. The completeness of the assessment does not affect the accuracy of coding with a P-Value value of >0.05 but the completeness of diagnostic examinations and medical resumes affects the accuracy of coding with a value P-Value 0.002<0.05 and P-Value 0.015<0.05
