Abstract

This research delves into an exploration of the intricate interplay between social responsibility, community-based initiatives, and sustainable tourism practices within the picturesque landscape of Lampung province. The focal point of this study revolves around Tiska Beach, a captivating destination that beckons travelers seeking a harmonious blend of nature and recreation. The overarching objective is to unravel the nuanced influence of these factors on visitor loyalty, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of Tiska Beach and its surrounding communities. The research population comprises the diverse array of visitors gracing the shores of Tiska Beach in Lampung, with a meticulously chosen sample size of 100 individuals. Employing the robust analytical tool of multiple linear regression analysis, the study seeks to dissect the multifaceted dynamics at play within the realm of social responsibility, community-based tourism, and the sustainable practices that underpin Tiska Beach's allure. One pivotal facet of this investigation lies in the acknowledgment of corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a driving force shaping the visitor experience. The essence of CSR resonates with the fundamental notion that organizations, particularly businesses, bear a profound responsibility not only towards their patrons but also to the broader environment encompassing all facets of their operations

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) at PT PLN UID Lampung, including its effectiveness in supporting operational efficiency, data security, process automation, and corporate decision making. In addition, this study also identifies challenges and system development plans to improve the performance and function of the accounting information system. PERMEN BUMN No. PER-18/MBU/10/2014 emphasizes importance technology information For increase Power BUMN competitiveness through accurate data and decision making decision fast. This study uses a qualitative method through direct interviews with key informants, namely Asman AKT AT and PDP at PT PLN UID Lampung. The data obtained were analyzed to understand the implementation, benefits, challenges, and efforts to develop accounting information systems in the company. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SAP-based accounting information systems has had a significant positive impact on the operational efficiency of PT PLN UID Lampung. This system is able to automate most manual processes, improve data accuracy, and accelerate the completion of financial reports. Special training and technical support are available to assist users in operating the system. However, challenges faced include the adaptation of new users and technical constraints that require third-party vendor intervention.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions purchase of Anzora Skincare through E-commerce Shopee in Bandar Lampung. The number collected in this sample, namely a total of 80 participants through an online questionnaire and data processed through SPSS, is utilized of this study method quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques applied are classical assumption test. The findings of the analysis describe promotion in the context of partial or simultaneous contributions a significant impact on purchasing decisions. significant positive impact on purchasing decisions. And the findings of the analysis explain product quality partially and simultaneously contribute a significant impact on purchasing decisions. This study provides information related to skincare purchasing decisions that emphasize promotion and product quality, so that the benefits of using skincare in facial care.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the right business development strategy for the sustainability of the Wu & Wilson boutique and to stabilize revenue at the Wu & Wilson boutique business during the covid-19 pandemic. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative method where the source of the data obtained is information obtained from interviews with informants. As for some of the informants needed in this study, namely owners, employees, buyers and users of products from the Wu & Wilson boutique. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that Wu&Wilson Boutique Bandar Lampung needs another strategy to develop its business, namely by creating products that are more modern in terms of design and model, increasing fashion collections, providing discounts and attractive promos and being marketed to the public through social media such as Instagram so that it can attract attention and interest higher consumer buy.

So from that Fudgy Brownies Lampung needs strategy development right effort for develop effort the.Purpose from study this alone is for know the development strategy effort the right culinary during the covid-19 pandemic at Fudgy Brownies Lampung and increase income and maintain the business of Fudgy Brownies Lampung during the covid-19 pandemic.Regarding the data collection process, techniques collect data used is t technique interviews , observations , and questionnaires . Method analysis used in study this is method analysis qualitative that is with use information from business owner, employees and consumers (Informant). Result of study this show that Fudgy Brownies Lampung needs another strategy in develop effort this that is with develop Lampung Fudgy Brownies product to make it interesting interest buy consumer . With method use promotions on social media such as Instagram, Facebook and also Shopee. And determine the target market you want achieved.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic period had a very bad impact on society and also companies in Indonesia. One of them is an employee at Auto 2000 Way Halim. The decrease in employee work motivation results in a less satisfied sense of working for the employees. In this study we used qualitative and quantitative methods. We collect information using a questionnaire. This study uses a questionnaire as an instrument. With a population of 72 people. The sample is 42 respondents. The object is the employee at the Auto 2000 Sales Operation Way Halim branch. Based on the results of inferential data analysis, the conclusion we get is that motivation and job satisfaction have an influence on the performance of Auto 2000 employees at Way Halim Branch. In this case we can mean that the higher the motivation and job satisfaction, the higher the employee's performance. 1. Employees need high work motivation which must be given by company leaders in order to grow maximum performance in the continuity of working for the company. 2. The existence of a sense of employee satisfaction at work is needed to increase employee performance in the company. Leaders are required to pay more attention to the level of job satisfaction of employees in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out Business Strategies to increase competitiveness during the pandemic, increase interior development as it is today, so that more and more competitors in the interior sector result in Aco Interior. Regarding product development during the covid-19 pandemic, sales tend to decline, on average - reaching -2.88%, this condition may be the strategy used is not right. The design of this research uses qualitative research using observation techniques, interviews, with a population and a sample of 3 competitors with aco interior position as a challenge. This research can be said as several points in writing, namely, from SWOT analysis, IFAS EFAS calculations. The results of the analysis of the SWOT analysis of the Cartesian diagram show that the interior aco is in the growth quadrant I (SO) position, so the strategy that is used is to take advantage of existing opportunities. With that Aco Interior is able to create different products that have characteristics that do not exist in other interior competitors and maintain the quality of existing ones.

Abstract

Pelatihan digital marketing bagi santri pondok pesantren merupakan inisiatif strategis untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan santri dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran. Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, pemasaran digital menawarkan berbagai keuntungan, termasuk kemampuan untuk menjangkau pasar global dan efisiensi biaya. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang berbagai aspek digital marketing, seperti penggunaan media sosial, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), dan strategi konten. Melalui analisis kebutuhan awal, pelatih dapat mengidentifikasi area di mana santri memerlukan pengetahuan tambahan. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan melalui sesi interaktif, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi untuk mengukur efektivitas program. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan santri merancang kampanye pemasaran yang efektif serta kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan alat digital. Meskipun ada tantangan terkait akses teknologi, dukungan berupa program pelatihan sangat penting untuk memastikan keberhasilannya.

Abstract

Riset ini ditujukan guna menganalisis dampak mutu produk dan harga atas kepastian pembayaran konsumen pada UMKM Pakaian Citra Kids Antasari di Bandar Lampung. UMKM punya peran krusial pada perekonomian Indonesia, terutama dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja dan mengurangi kemiskinan. Kualitas produk yang baik dan harga yang selaras merupakan faktor krusial yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli. Regresi linier berganda dan analisis deskriptif merupakan dua komponen metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Pelanggan Citra Kids Antasari menjadi sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Temuan riset memperlihatkan jika harga dan mutu produk punya akibat baik dan drastis atas keputusan konsumen untuk membeli. Kedua faktor ini secara bersamaan memiliki peran besar dalam keputusan yang dibuat pelanggan terkait apa yang ingin dibeli. Diinginkan jika temuan ini akan membantu UMKM dalam mengembangkan rencana pemasaran yang lebih sukses untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan memastikan kelangsungan bisnis mereka dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Riset ini ditujukan guna mengevaluasi dampak mutu produk, dan harga atas kenyamanan pelanggan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di bidang kuliner di Natar, Lampung Selatan Provinsi Lampung. Pendekatan penelitian yang diterapkan adalah merupakan survei yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang bersifat purposive kepada 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen Panca Rasa. Metode yang diterapkan adalah regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk mengevaluasi keterkaitan Kualitas Produk dan Harga atas kenyamanan pelanggan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan jika kualitas produk dan harga, baik secara bersamaan maupun individu, memiliki dampak yang baik dan drastis atas kenyamanan pelanggan dapat dirasakan. Mutu produk memiliki pengaruh lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan harga. Dengan demikin, disarankan untuk Panca Rasa agar tetap menjaga dan menambah mutu produk sembari mempertimbangkan harga yang sesuai agar dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen dan mendorong kesetiaan pelanggan.
