Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of goals for Excellent Service at Shopee E-Commerce. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method using a descriptive analysis approach. The data collection technique used a survey in the form of a questionnaire distributed to the object of research via google form. The research sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique, in this study the number of respondents was 50 students of the University of Siliwangi who used the Shopee application. Based on the research, it was revealed that the level of student satisfaction with Excellent Service at E-Commerce Shopee was Satisfied. This is because most of them, as many as 68% of students are satisfied with the service when shopping at Shopee. While some others, namely 14% felt very satisfied and 9% of students felt neutral with the services provided when shopping at Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective the use of the Shopee application during the COVID-19 pandemic is in meeting community needs. Shopee is an application that gives its customers the opportunity to shop online with the many features it offers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, as it is today, many people prefer to shop online, one of which is the people in the City of Tasikmalaya, with many shopee users in the City of Tasikmalaya, this research was held. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The results revealed that 99% of the people of Tasikmalaya City feel that the use of shopee during this pandemic has been effective because it can help the community meet their needs during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The global Covid-19 outbreak coincided with the release of financial accounts in 2019. Fair value was one of the consequences. The price that would be obtained to transfer an asset or liability in an orderly transaction between market players, as defined by PSAK 68, is fair value. The goal of this research is to find out which companies have a direct impact on PSAK 68 and how companies generate financial reports in line with the Covid-19 situation. This method of research employs qualitative research methods. This type of qualitative research is descriptive in nature and tends to utilize analysis. In this study, document studies are used to examine the financial statements of banking organizations in Indonesia in 2020. According to the findings of this study, PSAK 68 is used in the financial statements of 11 out of 33 banking companies. The Covid-19 pandemic's uncertainty has a significant impact on the disclosure of assessments and inputs, as well as the sensitivity of the assessment to changes in businesses while compiling financial statements.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of business and professional ethics, especially in the field of service professions. In the public service book written by Semil,N (2018), a public servant must have the ability and integrity in serving the community in order to create good judgment and the formation of a professional work. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. This research will discuss problems by collecting, reviewing and describing a data obtained through observation and processing existing data, then described so that it can become an understanding for readers. The results of this study, it shows that the Sidoarjo City Police applies professional ethics as an evaluation material for improving service quality and has implemented it in accordance with public service standards that have been set by the government in Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services.

Abstract

Current pandemic transition period is an opportunity for MSME to increase consumer purchasing power, and the creative economy may help MSME recover revenue since it is based on ideas and creativity, which can assist MSME in overcoming difficult conditions such as the COVID-19. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the creative economy on UMKM's selling power during the covid-19 transition phase. This study utilized a qualitative research methodology that incorporated both primary and secondary data sources, interview data collection procedures, and a literature review. Five informants were interviewed; all of them are micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) actors who utilize the creative economy to operate their firms. The city of Tasikmalaya serves as the location of research. Several features of the creative economy can have a positive effect on the recovery of purchasing power throughout the transition period, as shown in the information collected.

Abstract

The world, including one of Indonesia's countries, is currently facing the era of revolution 4.0. A person's success can be seen from the success of the industry that is being developed in this 4.0 era. The success that is owned by a person is also based on the leadership attitude possessed by an identity leader of the company. This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in dealing with the driving factors in the 4.0 revolution era. This type of article is written using qualitative research using literature studies. The literature study carried out in writing this article includes analysis and also studies related to books, articles, journals, or other relevant sources that are continuous with the title. The findings reveal that there are four leadership-type models in facing the 4.0 revolution, including Social Supers, or commitment to do good, Data-Driven Decisives, namely the decision-making process based on data, Disruption Drivers in the form of the courage to make decisions for the long term by considering trends that will occur in the future. Then Talent Champions, which is the process of developing talent or human resources that are ready to use and able to survive disruption.

Abstract

The existence of a new economic wave in current economic activities is transforming the former economic order. The economic growth makes economic activities more productive as a result of people's easy participation in economic activities. Ideas, knowledge, information, and technology are factors that make it easier for people to use the new economic tide as a livelihoods. One of the perceived effects of the new economy is that of the culinary operations on street food in Tasikmalaya City. The new economic wave directly impacts their business behavior in determining appropriate strategies in sales. A method of study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, create descriptive and systematic summaries, and draw conclusions based on data obtained through various information sources, such as observation, interviews, and previous research reports. The results of this study prove that culinary behavior on the street food in tasikmalaya city impacts the existence of a new economic wave through the adjustment to sales strategies, such as products, price, location, quality of service, and promotion. It is marked by a variety of factors from the new economic wave that is felt and applied to the street food industry in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perpection of the use of Mobile banking on the ease of transactions. The method used is qualitative descriptive method with a Technology Acceptence Model (TAM) approach. The data collection in this study used a questionnaire users who had been selected as samples. This reseacrh was conducted based on several indicators including to determine the perception of use, benefits and ease of use Mobile banking in transactions, interest in transaction using Mobile banking and perceptions of risk in the use of mobile banking. The result reveal that in the perception of use, many respondents know and use Mobile banking applications in transactions, and can provide benefits, convenience, and risk that occur.

Abstract

After more than 2 years, Indonesia was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic, along with the decline in Covid-19 cases and a transition period, namely the easing of policies issued by the government aimed at starting the national economy. In this transition period, creative MSME actors must continue to struggle and take advantage of opportunities so that the business they run can survive and even develop. This study intends to find out how much impact and utilization it has on the creative economy, both creative economy products and policies issued by the government during the Covid-19 transition period. This research or research uses a qualitative approach. The data in this study used primary data and secondary data, secondary data was obtained through interviews, while secondary data to strengthen the first data used journal articles, and trusted websites, namely government sites. This study shows that there are various impacts of the creative economy on the sustainability of MSMEs in this transition period, both from policies and products that are the goals of MSME development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Enjoying a movie at a cinema may be an exciting experience for people who are enthusiastic about wide-screen motion pictures. This study seeks to examine Generation Z's perception of online applications for purchasing movie tickets. A total of ten respondents from Generation Z were surveyed regarding online applications for purchasing movie tickets. The researcher employs a qualitative descriptive method, while the model employed in this test is a technology-accepted model (TAM). The findings of this study indicate that the availability of an online cinema ticket booking application for generation z is seen as highly successful and advantageous, despite the presence of hurdles.
