Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product differentiation and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Essentieel Coffee Bandung. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The population referred to in this study is the number of Essentieel customers over the past 1 month. From the results of the discussion about the influence of product differentiation and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Essentieel Coffee Bandung. So the final conclusion of this study is as follows: Product Differentiation and brand image have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Essentieel Coffee Bandung. This is based on the results obtained. This research is still limited to the creation of perceptions based on the marketing theory of Product Differentiation applied by new business people. Then the researcher processes the data from the results of the study and obtains conclusions that can basically be realized or become consideration for the improvement of a new business. Furthermore, researchers can develop and deepen this research in order to obtain other impacts, for example by examining Product Differentiation from the service and product side together so as to give rise to the possibility of new influences between the variables studied.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the Influence of Population, UMR, and TPT that affect Economic Growth in Indonesia in 1990-2020. The data used are time series data sourced from the World Bank and BPS in this study the method used is ECM (Error Correction Model). Before performing the ECM test, the data must be tested for stationarity and cointegration, then after managing the data using the ECM method, the Classic Assumption Test consists of: Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, and Normality Test. The results of this study indicate that the regional minimum wage and open unemployment have a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia in the short and long term. While the population has no significant effect on population growth.

Abstract

In this 4.0 era, many companies have switched to using digitization for work purposes, implementing digital applications that aim to make it easier for the people involved in their work processes. This literature-based research can provide benefits in the form of knowledge relevant to the research conducted, namely looking for information on the relationship between the use of digital applications and work effectiveness, where the data used is obtained from relevant research and previous studies related to the topic. The results of relevant research and previous research are useful for strengthening theories, ideas and phenomena that are related and have an effect on research variables. In this study, the results of a review of the use of digital applications with various types and their impact on employee work results will determine the level of work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study discusses how to manage demand and production capacity at UMKM Trafo Production. At the beginning of the pandemic, Trafo Production caused a fairly large negative impact on the world economy which had experienced a decline. Hence, this study aims to determine the types of demand patterns used by consumers, understand how to handle production capacity to meet consumer demand and to understand how to inventory demand with a waiting and queuing system. In this study, we use a qualitative descriptive analysis method, namely by describing or describing the UMKM Trafo Production in order to find out what services are provided by MSME and also the responses by consumers so that they can know the services provided and input from consumers through the interview method. In the results of the economic recovery that occurred when the implementation of the new normal era so that the number of service requests began to return to indicate a demand so that it experienced an increase by Trafo Production which required services in the field of videography, photos, logos and others related to postings on social media. The pattern of market demand for UMKM Trafo Production is also influenced by time, such as at the beginning of the month.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of price, product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at Larissa Beauty Center Magelang Branch using quantitative research methods. The sample in this study is to use raw data from 50 respondents. How to collects data using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is non-random sampling, using the criteria selected by the researcher at the time of sampling. Respondents in this study were defined as customers of Larissa Skicare Magelang Branch who bought the product or made two or more transactions. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program. The results showed that simultaneously price, product quality and service quality had a significant influence on customer loyalty. The product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, but price has a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the determination test stated that the percentage of the influence of price, product quality and service on customer loyalty was 72.4% so that the influence of other variables on consumer satisfaction outside this study was 27.6%.

Abstract

Employee performance is a component used to measure the success of an employee in completing his work. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Bener Purworejo District Office. This research method uses a quantitative research type, this survey uses primary data that is processed from 40 respondents as the sample, and in collecting data, the researcher uses a method of distributing questionnaires to the respondents. After the data is collected, it will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the determination test, it can be said that, the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance is 18.4%, so the influence of other variables on employee performance outside this study is 81,6%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the procedures for reporting labor wage contributions and elements of internal control on labor wage contributions so that the company's goals can be achieved. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, using primary data and secondary data. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive and uses relevant, accurate, and timely variables. The results showed that: a) BPJS Employment of West Medan Branch Office mentioned cash or cash receipts from its business income by reporting labor wage contributions. b) The reporting of labor wage contributions carried out by the BPJS Employment of West Medan Branch Office is good. BPJS Employment of West Medan Branch Office can divide the contribution report function into four functions, namely the administrative function, the financial function, the technology function, and information, and the marketing function. c) BPJS Employment of West Medan Branch Office carries out all incoming cash receipts, documents, or forms prepared based on the NPP and all contribution receipts either through current accounts or companies are directly deposited directly to the bank every day.

Abstract

This study aims to test the Effect of Liquidity, Solvency and Managerial Shares on Profitability (Case Study on Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2011-2020). The population in this study was 10 pharmaceutical companies and the sample in this study was 7 pharmaceutical companies with sample determination using the purposive sampling method. This research method uses quantitative methods and the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. This study used primary data by conducting research on 7 pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the 2011-2020 period. The results showed that liquidity, solvency and managerial stocks had a simultaneous positive and significant effect on profitability. This means that the higher the liquidity, solvency and managerial shares of pharmaceutical companies, the more it will increase the profitability of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the 2011-2020 period.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the Economic Value Added (EVA) method with Return On Assets (ROA) in assessing the company's financial performance on IDX BUMN20 shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of the comparison discussion between EVA and ROA methods, it can be seen that there are differences in the two financial measuring instruments. This difference is caused because the ROA calculation does not pay attention to the cost of capital, while in the EVA method, the cost of capital is included in the calculation so that the EVA method is more profitable than ROA. However, the ROA method can be used as a supporter of EVA in assessing the company's financial performance.

Abstract

The Toyo Motor workshop MSMEs was established on January 7, 2019, which is located at Ruko Royal Sincom Blok C No.16. There are many industries around Ruko Royal Sincom, one of which is PT. Panasonic Batam. The number of employees from PT in the industrial area is not small and on average the employees use motorbikes as their means of transportation to go to work. In order to increase the productivity of Toyo Motor's workforce, the MSME owners always understand and maintain good relationships with their employees. By building a good or healthy relationship with the workforce, their performance will also get better. The interview technique used is to prepare several questions for owners that are indirectly related to consumer behavior in service such as the prepurchase stage, service encounter stage, and post encounter stage as well as several other questions regarding the MSME into new information which refers to a conclusion. We use financial statements as data to manage. The author will analyze the effect of implementing the prepurchase stage, service stage and post encounter stage on the increase or decrease in the turnover of Toyo workshop MSMEs. MSMEs have a trend demand pattern where this pattern occurs when there are several customers who like some of the trends that are happening. In today's increasingly competitive era of globalization, it is well understood that the key to winning business competition is to provide quality services that create customer satisfaction.
