Adi Amir Truck Workshop is an automotive repair shop that offers goods and services by engaging in repairing all damage that occurs to truck cars, whether damage to the engine, to the head of the car, to the tailgate or anything related to other truck cars. This research method uses a descriptive approach that describes phenomena that occur in the present or in the past with data collection techniques, namely direct interviews with business owners and interviewing people who are really involved in the problems of this research, as well as taking various information. from the internet with credible sources. The results of this study show that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between Supply Chain Management and business performance at the Adi Amir Truck Workshop.

The research that the researcher uses aims to determine the effect of the use and utilization of the e-commerce marketing system on the performance of MSMEs. One of the methods that researchers use is descriptive qualitative method. This method uses data collection techniques which include observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The subject of this research is 1 MSME actor who has 3 branches in Magelang City. This study shows that there are two impacts or influences from the use or utilization of e-commerce marketing systems, namely positive impacts and negatif impacts. The positive impact of this business can be accessed anytime and anywhere, and provides convenience in the transaction process. Another positive influence is that it can make it easier to do promotions, so that it can help the communication system with customers more effectively. In addition, it can also access the global market which of course can increase turnover from sales. The negatif impact or influence is that if the goods ordered are damaged, or not in accordance with the wishes of the consumer, the MSME is given a bad rating. of course it will harm the store or MSME.

Coffee shop businessmen are the group that has had a huge impact during this Covid-19 pandemic. This makes them have to survive by looking for various ways in order to survive without loss and can continue to attract consumers. In the world of entrepreneurship, the main goal is not only how consumers buy their products but how their products are able to continue to compete with competitors and consumers make repeat purchases. One way to survive during this Covid-19 pandemic is to maintain a brand image that is already owned and attached by consumers. Brand image is an important factor that drives consumers to choose the product. Not only by maintaining a brand image, factors such as facilities can also be a factor that needs to be taken into account by coffee shop entrepreneurs because consumer convenience is an important factor. The object in this study is the Oasis Coffee Shop, where the Oasis Coffee Shop is still able to compete during the Covid-19 pandemic with the ability to maintain a brand image on its boba products and the facilities it has provide convenience for its consumers so that it can influence consumers to make repeat purchases. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative where data collection uses questionnaires and interviews with 30 consumers of the Oasis Coffee Shop. The results of this study indicate that the variable brand image and facilities affect repurchase intention.

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of budget absorption at the Education and Culture Office of West Aceh Regency. The scope taken by the author is the education budget for 2017 – 2022. The research analysis used is an analysis of effectiveness. The results showed that the level or criteria for the effectiveness of budget absorption at the Education and Culture Office of West Aceh Regency in 2017-2021 had varying effectiveness criteria. The highest level of effectiveness in 2017 and the lowest occurred in 2021. Furthermore, in 2017 the effectiveness criteria were very effective, in 2018 to 2021 the effectiveness criteria were effective. This shows that the effectiveness of budget absorption that has been budgeted has been well implemented by the Education and Culture Office of West Aceh Regency, for a period of 5 (five) years from quite effective to very effective. To the Education and Culture Office of West Aceh Regency to continue to be able to maintain this achievement

A country will never be separated from various problems that are certainly related to its citizens. Unemployment in Indonesia has reached tens of millions of people is an urgent problem that must be solved immediately because the impact of unemployment will be very dangerous for the order of social life. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the unemployment rate in South Aceh Regency in 2000-2021 by using the independent variables of PDRB growth rate, minimum wage and population. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from BPS South Aceh Regency. This study uses a statistical descriptive analysis model and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the PDRB growth rate variable had a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate in South Aceh Regency, the minimum wage variable had a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate in South Aceh Regency and the population variable had a positive and no significant effect on the unemployment rate. unemployment in South Aceh Regency. Simultaneously (F test), the PDRB growth rate, minimum wage and population have a significant effect on the unemployment rate, with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05). While the magnitude of the effect of the growth rate of PDRB, minimum wage and population on the unemployment rate is 78.8% and the remaining 21.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model

The development of increasingly modern and sophisticated technology, causing increasingly fierce business competition, especially in the MSME sector in the food industry, makes business owners must be able to choose what kind of strategy will be carried out to encourage business development and be able to win the competition that occurs. The purpose of this study was to analyze marketing strategies to increase competitiveness in MSMEs corn marning Mr. Nuhadi. In this study, the author uses the SWOT analysis method. Data collection techniques in this study are surveys and interviews to collect data for MSME owners. The results of this study are MSME Mr. Nuhadi by conducting a SWOT analysis, the strategy that will be used is to increase business capital through programs provided by the government to add adequate tools and machines to continue to maintain product quality and maintain product image in the community. In order to meet market needs, the existing production scale will be added.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Shopee International Indonesia in the city of Sukabumi, where Shopee consumers in the city of Sukabumi also often shop through this application by looking at the promotions that PT. Shopee International Indonesia often holds and the prices offered so that in purchasing decisions there are several factors that influence in it, and this research the writer takes the promotion and price factors. In this research quantitative associative research is used with data collection techniques by observation and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis. In testing the hypothesis using partial test and simultaneous test. Based on the results obtained from this study, it shows that the influence of promotion is 52.9% and the influence of price is 40.3%. and the effect of promotion and price simultaneously that is equal to 56.6% while the remaining 43.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study that include products, places, people, processes, advertising, physical evidence.

This study aims to test whether the variables have an effect on employee performance at UD Tiga Putra. The population in this study is a total of 32 employees of UD Tiga Putra, while the sample in this study using the saturated sample technique will be found 32 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data collected is then entered into a simple linear regression equation. The findings in this study indicate that partially the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD Tiga Putra in Bulukumba Regency. Hence, every time there is an increase in leadership it will improve employee performance and vice versa. So that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that companies need to maintain a leadership strategy by receiving good suggestions, paying attention to employees and not only the company and employee involvement in the company's decision-making process as a step in improving employee performance. In addition, UD Tiga Putra needs to improve on leadership in making decisions that must be carried out absolutely by employees, because this will have an impact on suppressing employees which will make the employee's performance decrease.

Hospitality is an aspect of a very large field of business and includes many access fields of work. Therefore, the hotel does not only function to provide services, but also emphasizes the service aspect. Aspects of supporting hotel services and facilities are important points in creating customer satisfaction in a hotel business, for example the completeness of hotel facilities and the friendliness of room service will be of added value in the eyes of customers. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of room service and hotel facilities on customer satisfaction at V Hotel & Residence Bandung. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. In this study, the variables used are Room Service Quality (X1), Hotel Facilities (X2) and Customer Satisfaction (Y). This research carried out in V Hotel & Residence Bandung, with a total of 100 respondents. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that, the quality of room service (X1) and hotel facilities (X2) partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). This indicates that the quality of room service and hotel facilities can affect customer satisfaction V Hotel & Residence Bandung.

Motorcycles are a favorite means of transportation that are chosen by the community, especially because the current level of congestion is very high, so that one alternative is to make it easier and smoother to reach destinations in the city. The growth of motorcycle consumers that continues to fluctuate resulting in many new entrants in various categories. This study aims to obtain data and information regarding product quality and price perceptions, and to determine the extent of their influence on purchasing decisions for Honda BEAT Motorcycles in Cianjur. This study uses quantitative methods and uses the Non-Probability Sampling technique with an incidental sampling technique approach of 72 people. The research findings found that the variable quality of the product on the Honda BEAT motorcycle can be seen that the score is 305.8. Variable price perception on the Honda BEAT motorcycle can be seen that the results are very good because it reaches a score of 304.25. Variable purchasing decisions for Honda BEAT motorcycles at CV. Supra Jaya Motor Cianjur Dealers can be seen the results are good because they reach a score of 296.4.
