Abstract

This keyword is required for computerization. The search for research titles and abstracts is made easier by those key words This article is intended to examine Qowaid Fiqhiyyah and its role in the development of Islamic law. Qowaid Fiqhiyyah (fiqh rules) are rules formulated by scholars and mujtahids who are guided by the verses of the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet in order to achieve the benefit of a problem that has not yet been determined. The basic sources of the formulation of Qowaid Fiqhiyyah are divided into two, namely the formal basis and the material basis. The role of Qowaid Fiqhiyyah in the development of Islamic law is as a guide that facilitates mujtahids and legal experts in making decisions related to legal issues. This is proven through several fatwas issued by the MUI as a result of the Ijtihad of the ulama. The method used in writing this article is a literature review method by reviewing and referring directly to primary and secondary references in the study of Qawaid Fiqhiyyah and its role in the development of Islamic law..

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Biology learning profiles of SMA Kab. Jeneponto. This research is a qualitative research with a survey method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. Respondents in this study were high school biology teachers in Kab. Jeneponto. Data were analyzed descriptive . The results of the study showed that in the implementation of learning, Biology teachers at SMA Kab. Jeneponto always prepares learning plans consisting of teaching materials (83.33%), syllabus (75%), lesson plans (95.83%), learning media (62.5%), worksheets (45.83%), evaluation sheets students (70.83%), and student observation sheets (50%). Regarding critical thinking skills, 79.16% of biology teachers are familiar with the concept of critical thinking, 75% of teachers practice critical thinking skills in learning, and 45.83 use learning models in empowering critical thinking skills. In general, high school biology teachers in Kab. Jeneponto develops learning tools and empowers students' critical thinking skills in learning.

Abstract

In North America, every 12 minutes a woman dies because of breast cancer. Breast cancer is the second largest after cervical cancer. Until now, the main factor is not yet known what the main causes of breast cancer. This study aimed to determine the relationship of oral contraceptive use with breast cancer incidence rates in the Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province This research uses quantitative research with cross sectional design. The Sample is 67 mothers with oncology cases. Based on 67 respondents mostly mothers with onkolgi cases not using oral contraceptives for > 5 years are 55 (82.09%) and respondents who experienced breast cancer as many as 37 people (55.22%). Analysis of studies that used the chi-square statistical tests with significance level α = 0.05 with 95% confidence interval. The results obtained are H0 is accepted, which is calculated x2 ≤ x2 ≤ 3.841 table is 0.16133. So there is no meaningful relationship between the use of oral contraceptives with an incidence of breast cancer in RSUD Arifin Acmad Riau Province in 2020. From these results, it is expected to the Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province in order to complement the data in medical records in order to facilitate further research.

Abstract

The financial industry currently provides convenience things for its consumers because there is technology here that can be called financial technology (fintech). Various benefits can be provided by fintech. However, besides the benefits that can be provided by fintech, there are also those caused by the negative side of fintech. The existence of some negative things can affect people’s acceptance of fintech. Various kinds of fintech companies target their products to the millennial generation. The presence of the baby boomer generation is often ignored by marketing. Various factors cause baby boomers to lose from the target. It might be because baby boomers cannot accept technology or even need fintech to support their daily activities. This research needs to be done so that industry players especially in financial technology can understand the consumers that baby boomers can be accepting the technology. Therefore, the researchers conduct this research using a meta-analysis so can explain the reality that occurs. This research was conducted using qualitative - descriptive. The focus of this research is the acceptance of fintech in baby boomers generation.
