Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know whether there is a significant influence of cash turnover anda receivable turnover to the rest of business result (SHU) and to analyze the dominant influence to the rest of business result (SHU) on Employee Cooperative PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong. The data used in this research is the financial report Employee Cooperation PDAM Tirta Mahakam namely profit and loss and balance sheet 2012-2016 period. Analyzer used is multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and coefficient of determination, t test and test f. The hypothesis is There is influence of cash turnover and receivable turnover to the rest of business result (SHU) on Unit Business Saving and Loan Employee Cooperative Unit of PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong and Variable receivable turnover have the ost dominant influence to the rest of business result (SHU) on Unit Business Savings and Loan Employee Cooperative Unit of PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong.The result of research shows that simultaneously cash turnover variabels and receivableturnover no effect on SHU on unit business saving and loan Employee Cooperative PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong where the value of F arithmetic = 5,386 < F table = 19,000. The value of t test receivable turnover (X2) is 0,182 when compared with the test value of t cash turnover (X1) 0f 3,207 then cash turnover has an dominant influence on the rest of of business result.The number of R Square generated is 0,843, it shows that 84,3% of the remaining business result is influenced by cash turnover and receivable turnover. While the remaining 15,7% influenced by other factors or other variables beyond this study. Keyword: cash turnover, account receivable turnover, rest of business result

Abstract

Abstract :The main objective of this research is to find out if any kind of timber production in Wood Carving Studio has reached the maximum profit. A series of observations carried out on the object of research, namely Wood Carving Studio Effort in Tenggarong in which Companies will get the maximum benefit from the product combination product i.e. 2 Ventilation (X 2) with the number of optimal production by as much as 100 units and Nameplate (X 3) and the number of optimal production by as much as 75 units. Maximum benefits will achieved Rp 16,525,000,-. For the cost of ulin wood or slack 1 (S1) and the cost of paint or slack 3 (S3) each still costs as much as Rp meyisakan,-2.5 million and Rp 75,000,-this indicates that companies can save costs on slack slack 1 and 3 respectively as much as Rp 2.5 million, -and Idr 75,000,-or can aggregate to Rp 2,575,000,-for 3 months. Unlike for products that have the status of non basic or value of 0 (zero) this means that other products better not manufactured by the company because it does not generate the maximum profits. Then the hypothesis has been put forward previously stating "that the production of Wood Carving Studio Effort in Tenggarong has been at the optimum point thus generating maximum profits" is rejected and not proven to be true. Keyword: Optimisation Of The Profits (The Application Of The Linear Programming Simplex Method)

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know the device profile flower village So subdistrict of Muara Kaman Kutai Kartanegara Regency and to know the influence of educational level on performance of devices flower village So Sub Muara Kaman District Kukar.The value t calculate amounted to 5.51 while theoretical value t with the degrees of freedom (the degree of the freedom) to the respondents amounted to 46 with the calculation rules (n-2/46-2 = 44) at the 5% level (α = 0.05) is 1.680230 or 1.68 1.68 > 5.51 meaning. Thus the hypothesis put forward, namely: that the level of education affects the performance of the device so the flower village sub district of Kutai Kartanegara Regency Muara Kaman is acceptable because it has been proven to be true.Keywords: Level Of Education, The Performance Of The Device Of The Village

Abstract:The main objective of this research is to know the optimal amount of Cement inventory by using Economic order Quantity method at Tamara Shop ShopInMangkurawang in January 2018. The analytical tool used to examine the economic order quantity (EOQ), reorder point and safety stock. The data used during this study was January 2018.Based on the results of research that researchers have done to prove the hypothesis, which previously has been supported by the description on the background, the formulation of the problem and the basic theory that has been the authors pointed out the following will be submitted things as follows:The optimal order amount (EOQ) at Tamara Building Shop in Mangkurawang Tenggarong is: EOQ Cement Three Wheels as much as 256 Zak.The optimal amount of Safety Stock at Tamara Building Shop in Mangkurawang Tenggarong is: Three-Wheel Cement Safety Supplies of 36 Zak.The optimal ordering point (ROP) at Tamara Building Shop is: ROP Cement Three Wheels at the time of the remaining inventory 89 Zak.The optimal ordering frequency at Tamara Building Shop in MangkurawangTenggarong, is: Frequency of booking three cement wheels as much as 6 times a month, with the distance between orders 5 days. Keywords: EOQ, reorder point, safety stock, order frequency

Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Objects in this study are work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research was conducted at Grand Fatma Hotel Tengarong. The population in this research is 48 employees with sampling using census approach. The data were collected by observation, interview and questionnaire. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research is, partially, work motivation and job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to organizational commitment. The analysis using the coefficient of determination work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously variable influence on organizational commitment by 75.2 % while the remaining 24.8 % is the influence of other variables not examined in this study such as compensation and work competition. Meanwhile, the variable which has dominant influence to the organizational commitment is job satisfaction because its partial coefficient determination is the biggest when it is compared to other variables. Keywords: work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

Abstract:The Problems that occurred at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Tenggarong Branch, there are some problems that must be fixed such as Lack of Customer Confidence where there is a passive account and minimum balance, that is with initial deposit balance Rp.500.000, and Balance held / minimum of Rp.50.000, and where the Passive Account (Dormaint) will be closed Themselves within 3 months, and the Bank has not been able to provide more facilities to its customers, which is a parking facility that is not adequate enough to park the vehicle Customer, as well as the place for transactions between the Customer With the bank has not been maximized, ATM and Office are made into one room. So lack of Attention from the bank, on the services provided to customers to use the Service back.The main objective of this research is to find out how much influence Brand Trademark, Commitment, Customer Satisfaction, and Service Quality affect Customer Loyalty that already exists at PT.
