Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect of job satisfaction and stress on employee turnover intention at PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) in Payang River, Loa Kulu DistrictThe fact that happened at PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) in Sungai Payang is still a high level of employee turnover intention which is influenced by work satisfaction and stress factors. starting from January 2013 to December 2017, PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) that came out reached more than the standard 15% which is about 33 people from all employees. The average level of employee turnover in the last 4 (four) years at PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) has exceeded the tolerated standard.The sample in this study were employees of PT. Loa Haur Energy (LHE) in the Payang River as many as 65 people. The sampling technique was by using probality sampling. the analytical tool used is the multiple regression equation with the hypothesis test used by the F and t tests.From the ANOVA test or F test, the F count obtained is 27.653, while the F table value obtained a value of 2.75 this means that (Fcount 27.653> Ftable 2.75) so that it can be said that job satisfaction and job stress variables are jointly able showed a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Loa Haur Energy (LHE) in Payang River, Loa Kulu District. This is reinforced by the results of the number R is 0.687. This is that the correlation between the variable job satisfaction and job stress on employee turnover intention is a strong relationship. The adjusted R square figure is 0.454 which means that 45.4% of employee turnover intention can be explained or influenced by the variables of job satisfaction and job stress while the remaining 54.6% of employee turnover intention at PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) in Sungai Payang, Loa Kulu District by other causes such as compensation, work atmosphere, commitment and leadership. So the first hypothesis is accepted.Based on the correlation table shows that the variable job satisfaction has the most dominant influence on employee turnover intention at PT. Loa Haur Energy (LHE) in Payang River, Loa Kulu District, which is 0.627 or 62.7%, followed by work stress variable of 0.437 or 43.7%. So it can be concluded that at PT. Loa Haur Energi (LHE) in Payang River, Loa Kulu Subdistrict, job satisfaction variable has a dominant effect on employee turnover intention. Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of store atmosphere factors on impulse buying. The data used is primary data. This research method uses sampling aksidental. Samples were examined as many as 122 respondents. The number of independent variables studied were 4 namely exterior (exterior), general interior (inside), store layout (store layout), interior display (in store display), and with 1 dependent variable namely impulse buying (unexpected purchase) . In this study using an analytical tool, Factor Analysis. From the results of this study states that the first hypothesis in this study which states that "Store Atmosphere Factors consisting of exterior, general interior, store layout and interior display simultaneously have a significant effect on impulse buying" is accepted. This is confirmed by the results seen in the KMO and Bartlett's test tables obtained KMO and Bartlett's test numbers are 0.736 with a significant 0,000. Because the number is above 0.5 and far significant below 0.005 (0,000 <0,005), then the variables and samples that exist can actually be analyzed further. Paying attention to these results provides the basis that what underlies impulse buying at cafe The Warong Distorsi in Tenggarong through visitors' views through 4 factors: exterior, general interior, store layout, interior display has a simultaneous significant influence on impulse buying at Cafe The Warong Distorsi. Then the statement from the second hypothesis which stated that "the most influential general interior of impulse buying at The Warong Distorsi Tenggarong" was accepted. It is proven by the results of component matrix analysis that it can be known through 1 forming component and arranged in rank order, and it can be explained that the exterior factor has a correlation value of 0.789, the general interior gets a value of 0.845, the store layout is 0.826 and the interior display has a value of 0.695. From these results it can be seen that the general interior with the highest value is the most influential variable on impulse buying at The Warong Distorsi.Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout, Interior Display, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the population, the rate of economic growth and the amount of health service fees retribution and also to determine the effect of population and economic growth on the acceptance of health service charges. This study takes place at the District Health Office of Berau and the Central Bureau of Statistics of Berau District. The research method used is documentation study method which comes from financial report and other related documents from Berau District Health Office and Central Bureau of Statistics of Berau Regency. Proving The hypothesis of this study using the F test to test the level of significance of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously. The results obtained in this study is calculated F calculated by 61.34> from F table with a number of 6.94 using α = 5% so it can be concluded that the population and economic growth together have a significant effect on Acceptance of health service chargesKeywords: Population, Economic Growth, Health Service Levy.

Abstract

Abstract:In line with the policy and regulations on Public Services, PDAM Tirta Mahakam needs to improve the quality of services and make continuous improvements so that PDAM Tirta Mahakam can perform its duties and roles in improving service quality.To find out more about the commitment of PDAM Tirta Mahakam in providing public services for clean water supply, a survey was needed that can provide an overview of the public perception of PDAM Tirta Mahakam customers. The results of the survey are expected to provide assistance to programs to improve services and improve clean water services.Respondents in this study were households that were registered as customers of PDAM Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong Branch until early 2019. Sampling was carried out proportionally by considering the distribution of respondents in the working area of PDAM Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong Branch. The population was based on the number of Household Connections (SRs) with a sample size of 375 respondents spread in 13 Urban Vilalges in Tenggarong District taken proportionallyThe results of the study explained that based on the Service Element, the Satisfaction Index of the Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong Branch scored 2,942. This value means that the service performance of PDAM Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong Branch is categorized as Low Service Performance. There is one service element that has good performance, namely the service element from Product Specifications with a value of 3.165 while for the other eight elements it is not good. Based on the Urban Village, only four stated that their performance was good, namely Timbau, Loa Ipuh, Mangkurawang and Panji. Eight urban villages have low service performance. One other has poor service performance, namely Loa Ipuh Darat.Based on important performance analysis, the attributes that need to be improved are due to high customer expectations, namely the smooth flow of the day, the accuracy of office service hours, the accuracy of bills with water usage, the suitability of bill costs with water quality, conformity with ability to pay, the quality of raw water, and clarity water.Keywords : Service quality; Consumer Satisfaction Index; PDAM services; Important Performance Analysis

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on employee performance. This research is a quantitative study using primary data collected by survey techniques. The respondents of this study were 56 employees in the Regional Research and Development Agency of the Kutai Kartanegara. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that there was a significant direct effect of organizational culture on employee performance, organizational culture on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The results also show that organizational commitment acts as a partial mediator of the organizational culture's relationship to employee performance. Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to know clearly about the effect of supervision on the discipline of employee staff RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai District of Berau. This writing uses analysis tools that are Product Moment correlation coefficient, simple linear regression equation and hypothesis testing with Test r. Based on the results of the research can be seen that the simple linear regression equation about the influence of supervision on the discipline of employee staff RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau is Y = 26,94 + 0,61 X. The value of product moment correlation coefficient is 0,5287, so r> 0 (0,5287> 0) hence there is positive linear correlation between supervisory variable and discipline variable work. In this case the closeness of the relationship between the two variables can be interpreted as a fairly good correlation (on a scale of 0.400 to 1.599). The value of t arithmetic is 3.30 while the r value of the table is 0.361. So that th value greater than rt (3,30> 0,361), hence hypothesis proposed in this research accepted or proved that supervision have an effect on signifikan to work discipline employee of RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai District of Berau.Keywords: Supervision, Work Disciplin

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to find out whether there were differences in the professionalism of work of Non PNS employees at BLUD Institutions with OPD in Kutai Kartanegara. The data used is primary data. This research method uses incidental sampling. The sample studied was 86 respondents in BLUD and 52 respondents in OPD. The number of variables studied is 1 namely work professionalism with 5 indicators. In this study, the Independent Sample T-Test Test was analyzed by comparing the mean values of BLUDs and OPDs in Kutai Kartanegara. From the results of the study stated that the statement of the first hypothesis in this study which states "that there are differences in the professionalism of the work of Non PNS employees in BLUD Institutions with OPD in Kutai Kartanegara" accepted. This is reinforced by the results of the Independent Sample T-Test which obtained a tcount of 12.902 with a probability (Sig.) 0,000 which is also smaller than 0.05. Then the statement from the second hypothesis which states "that the professionalism of the work of Non PNS employees at BLUD Agencies is higher than the OPD in Kutai Kartanegara" is accepted. It is proven by the results of the comparison of the average value obtained by the mean value of the BLUD 23.2558, while the mean value on the OPD is smaller which is equal to 20.0192.Keywords: Work Professionalism

Abstract

Abstract :            The purpose of this research is to know the results of the analysis obtained from the difference between the standard costs of production with the actual costs of production and to know the cause. The usefulness of this research is can be used for information for business management to making process related to bending the costs of production or the efficiency the costs of production. Based on the data research in UKM Krupuk Ikan Cita Rasa acquired the profitable about Rp .11.464.006,-. The differenced was caused by volume and price materials changes. From the data above can be concluded that hypothesis can be accepted because of the analysis results of the difference between the standard cost it was greater than the factual cost proven by the cost production calculated gain Rp 11.464.006 , -. Keywords : Production Cost, UKM

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out more about the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. Tanjung Redeb Branch. The research data comes from questionnaires distributed to 73 respondents who are employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. Tanjung Redeb Branch, using the census method. The analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression equation, coefficient of determination and t test.The results of this study indicate that the compensation regression coefficient is positive at 0.563, which means that between compensation and employee performance has a unidirectional relationship. If there is an increase in compensation value then it will have a positive influence on improving employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. Tanjung Redeb Branch. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. Tanjung Redeb branch, evidenced from the results of the t test where the value is calculated> t-table value (4.076> 1,994) and significance value <probability value (0,000 <0,05). So it was decided to accept the hypothesis in this study. The coefficient of determination illustrates that employee performance variables are only able to explain the variable performance of employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. Tanjung Redeb Branch is 19.0%, while the remaining 81.0% is explained by other factors not included in this study.Keywords: Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract :          The purpose of this study was to determine the profit planning at PDAM Tirta Segah in Tanjung Redeb, Berau Regency by using cost volume profit analysis. While the intended use of the authors of the results of this study is to contribute thoughts as an alternative for companies to take wisdom in planning future earnings in relation to costs, sales volume and profits. Based on research conducted by the author that the results of research conducted by researchers using cost volume profit analysis in 2014,2015,2017 and 2018 PDAM Tirta Segah made a profit. Can be seen from the calculation of the contribution margin that is greater than the fixed costs. In the break even point calculation, the amount of sales in that year has exceeded the breakeven point. In the calculation of margin of safety, sales figures have exceeded the calculation of margin of safety (security level). Whereas in 2016 PDAM Tirta Segah is in a dangerous condition (loss) can be seen from the calculation of break even point (break-even point) which shows that the sales results are below the break-even point and for the calculation of margin of safety (security level) where the calculation results show the results negative ones.Keywords: Contribution margin, contribution margin ratio, operating laverage, break even point, margin of safety
