Abstract

Management of facilities and infrastructure is not the main focus in the efficiency of the work of employees in the Office of the National Narcotics Agency of North Sumatra Province, infrastructure only acts as a means of assisting employees to carry out all activities and work in the office. The management of facilities and infrastructure at the North Sumatra BNNP Office is quite optimal. The existence of office facilities and infrastructure as a form of effort in increasing employee motivation and as a means of supporting employee work activities, it is very necessary to manage good office structures and infrastructure. In the management of office structures and infrastructures, it is not only the duty of General Affairs (GA), but includes all existing employees, so that the facilities and infrastructure that will be used will operate effectively and efficiently in accordance with the implementation procedures

Abstract

A recording system using an application is very much needed by agencies in carrying out financial management. A good recording system can produce well-structured financial reports so that the reporting is also structured. The purpose of this study was to find out about how the application of the SAKTI application in financial management at the BNNP of North Sumatra. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data were collected by using observation, interview, and literature study techniques. The results show that the application of the SAKTI at the National Narcotics Agency of North Sumatra Province began in early 2022, although it is still very new in its application, it is quite effective and optimal, but employees still need more knowledge so that its implementation can be more optimal

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to try to provide an overview of the efficiency of implementing fintech and digitalization that must be done by Islamic banking, one of which is at Bank Sumut Medan Sharia Branch Office. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques by conducting a literature study approach (library research) and interviews. The results showed that the state of implementation and cooperation with fintech companies has not been running as has been done by conventional Sumut Banks. However, in the future Bank Sumut Syariah will realize the release or add some banking services with a digitalization system. With the hope of implementing fintech and the realization of more optimal digitization services at PT Bank Sumut, Medan Sharia Branch Office is expected to be able to provide progress and maximize market share in Islamic banking

Abstract

This research aims to find out what factors are the cause of bad credit problems and how the bank sumut Syariah branch office medan in handling non-performing loans. The type of research conducted is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The results of the research findings show that the causes of bad credit problems are: (1) Weaknesses from the internal debtor side can be caused by bad faith from the debtor, and the decline of the debtor's business resulted in a decrease in the debtor's ability to pay installments; (2) Weaknesses from the internal side of banks/financial institutions can be caused by bad faith from bank officers/financial institutions for personal interests, such as bank employees/financial institutions repaid debtors' credits that reward the disbursement of the credit. In the case of bad loans, the bank needs to make a rescue, so that it will not cause losses. Rescues that are carried out can be by providing relief in the form of a period of return, especially for credits that have experienced disasters

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out appropriate strategies through the digitization of products and services in order to improve the quality of Islamic banking and be better known by the wider community. The aspects analyzed are islamic banking problems. The synthesis described is the solution and strategy of developing Islamic banking through the role of digitalization in improving the quality of Islamic banking products and services. Among the development strategies of Bank Sumut Syariah Sharia Branch Office Medan, namely through payment and purchasement services and services, SUMUT Mobile, ATM Services, E-Martabe Cards, Strengthening the digitization system to improve the efficiency of Islamic banking services, strengthening human resources in improving the innovation of Islamic banking products, in addition, among the management of Islamic banking development through the use of information digitization is very important so that the existence of Islamic banking is very important so that the existence of Islamic banking is very important so that the existence of Islamic banking is very important so that the existence of Islamic banking is very important so that the existence of Islamic banking is very important so that the existence of Islamic banking  the higher so that people's interest in using Islamic banking services and services is increasing
