Abstract

Analysis of the Influence of Leadership, Training, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Papua Abepura Branch it aims to analyze the influence of leadership, training, and work motivation variables simultaneously and partially, as well as analyze which variables have the dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Papua Abepura Branch. The population in this study are employees of PT. Bank Papua, Abepura Branch, with a total of 32 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample where all members of the population were sampled. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that simultaneously the variables of leadership, training, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Papua Abepura Branch. Partially, the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Bank Papua Abepura Branch, while the variables of training and work motivation have no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Papua Abepura Branch. Variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Papua Abepura Branch is a leadership variable.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is a Day of the week effect on stock trading, and what are the implications of the day-of-the-week effect for investors in Jayapura City. The sample for this research is a company that is included in IDX80 for the period February 2021-January 2022. The data analysis method uses Kruskal Wallis and Man Whitney. The results of the study found that the day-of-the-week effect occurred on stocks included in the IDXV80 period from February 2021-January 2022. There was no Monday effect on stocks included in the IDXV80 period from February 2021-January 2022. There was a weekend effect on stocks included in the IDXV80 period from February 2021-January 2022, young investors in Jayapura City have not used the anomalies in the capital market as momentum for making investment decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh variabel intensitas pelatihan keuangan daerah, kesesuaian kualifikasi pendidikan, dan komitmen organisiasi secara simultan dan parsial, serta menganalisa variabel manakah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja kinerja aparatur pengelola keuangan dan aset daerah Provinsi Papua. Populasi atau satuan analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai tetap (ASN) Kantor Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Papua. Untuk menetapkan besarnya sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini, digunakan formula menurut Kerlinger dan Pedhazun sehingga sampel yang dilibatkan berjumlah 57 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh secara simultan variabel Intensitas Pelatihan Keuangan Daerah, Kesesuaian kualifikasi pendidikan, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja aparatur pengelola keuangan dan aset daerah Provinsi Papua. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh secara parsial variabel Intensitas Pelatihan Keuangan Daerah, Kesesuaian kualifikasi pendidikan, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja aparatur pengelola keuangan dan aset daerah Provinsi Papua. variabel intensitas pelatihan keuangan daerah memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja aparatur pengelola keuangan dan aset daerah Provinsi Papua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan serta mengetahui pengaruh dari pendapatan dan harga terhadap daya beli masyarakat di pasar Wamanggu, Kabupaten Merauke. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi berganda, uji hipotesis serta uji simultan. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial di peroleh variabel pendapatan dan harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya beli masyarakat di pasar Wamanggu, Kabupaten Merauke. Untuk uji simultan di peroleh variabel pendapatan dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap daya beli masyarakat di pasar Wamanggu, Kabupaten Merauke.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to solve the poverty issues prevalent in local fishers’ households in the Biak Archipelago, Indonesia. The Value and Cold Chain approaches were used to determine the Government's mandate through Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 5 of 2014 on the National Fish Logistics System. This regulation is supported by Presidential Instruction Number 7 of 2016 on accelerating the development of the fishing industry, though limited to socialization in the Biak Islands. The Case study research approach and normative analysis were tested using Porter's theory of value chains. The results showed that the logistics system in the upstream and downstream flow of goods and information was not implemented. Furthermore, the Government focused on appointing third parties to operationalize the Cold Chain and the low competence of human resources to organize and manage the fisheries sector.
