Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of handling high risk by mitigating the risk of unwanted events (KTD) against objectives at the Directorate of Control of Circulating Goods and Services of the Ministry of Trade on Key Performance Indicators from Organizations. The type of research used is quantitative where the research disseminates questions on the large, medium and small impact scales of a risk statement and the data collection technique is through observation, as well as in-depth interviews of emerging risk statements. The results of the research show that through bowtie analysis the impact and the chance of a risk occurring can be reduced by mitigating and approaching large and medium scale risks into a small and missing risk scale. Out of 3 (three) risk statements, there are 2 (two) risk statements that can be reduced and 1 (one) missing risk statement after the mitigation is carried out, namely the unsupervised circulation of goods and services in areas that are not reached by the Mitigation Supervisory Officer, the additional human resources for the Goods and Services Supervisor Officer through Education and Training are carried out.

Abstract

The online marketing of Compass Gazelle shoes conducted by Lasker Shoop and Khasisma.Shop23 stores received a rating below 3.0 out of 5 stars when compared to Compass Store Office, which promotes similar products. This is due to the fact that the items acquired by consumers, whether in terms of size, color, or material, do not match what was advertised on YouTube and Shopee. The key differentiator between Sharia-compliant and non-Sharia-compliant transactions is the contract (akad). In Islam, promotional activities use the akad salam, so if any of the conditions between the promotion and the product do not align, the akad salam becomes void. The research method used is qualitative research. Qualitative research involves exploring and understanding the meaning from a number of individuals or groups considered to have the capacity to address the social issue being studied. The research approach used is phenomenology. The phenomenological approach is used to understand phenomena and facts in real life and social interactions. The research findings indicate that the online marketing of original Compass Gazelle shoes by Lasker Shoop and Kharisma.Shop23 does not adhere to the principles of transactions from the perspective of Sharia economics due to the presence of elements of gharar (uncertainty) and riba (usury) in its marketing, rendering the ijab-qabul or akad salam in the transaction invalid. This has led to many disappointed customers. On the other hand, the marketing of Compass Gazelle shoes at Compass Store Office aligns with the principles of transactions from the perspective of Sharia economics, and the ijab-qobul or akad salam in the transaction process is valid. This leads to sustainable success.

Abstract

Vaccine development is one of the most remarkable scientific breakthroughs in human history and has permanently revolutionized the field of medicine and health. Since its development in the early 20th century, vaccination has significantly reduced the burden of infectious diseases, and associated morbidity and mortality and improved average life expectancy. The currents study was conducted in District Faisalabad. The current study was descriptive in nature. There were 8 towns in District Faisalabad. Out of there 8 towns, one rural town (Habib town) and one urban town (Amin town) were selected conveniently. Regarding the list obtained from the vaccinator of the related towns there were 250 households in Habib town and 180 in Amin town which were as the population of the present study. Sample size of 130 households had been drawn using website www.surveysystem.com by keeping confidence level 95% and confidence interval 7%. From each town 65 households were selected using simple random sampling technique thus making a sample size of 130 households. The collected data were analyzed by using Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS). Large majority (61.5 %) of the respondents were from Rural areas. More than one third (36.9 %) of the respondents were between 36 to 40 years. More than one fifth (28.5 %) of the respondent’s education was Primary. Children should be vaccinated against diseases in general is rank ordered on 1st position with mean value 4.15. At the 2nd ranked number respondents said about vaccinations are effective for your children immune system and over all immunity with mean value 4.14. Lack of parent’s awareness regarding the vaccine’s efficacy for children is rank ordered on 1st position with mean value 4.05. At the 2nd ranked number respondents said about Parents Concerns about the vaccine’s safety/side effects with mean value 4.01. It was concluded that parents whose children were under the age of 3 had higher levels of vaccine literacy and were more likely to trust domestically produced vaccines than parents with children between the age 4 and 6. A possible reason for this might be their rather frequent contact with pediatricians or health workers due to the children’s vaccination schedule at that age. Health professionals might be helpful sources for parents to identify correct information and to correct misbeliefs on vaccines. It was suggested that the potential of community-based should interventions to improve immunization coverage in hard-to-reach areas. The study recommended that improving vaccine education and communication to address these concerns and improve vaccine uptake.

Abstract

Many people are tempted to take part in trading due to the presence of affiliates, influencers or public figures in promoting Binomo as an investment platform. For this reason, it is necessary to study the forms of misleading investment promotion and the criminal responsibility of perpetrators who promote misleading investment products on the binary options platform. The type of research is normative law. The nature of research is descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques use library searches. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. A misleading form of investment promotion is carried out by showing the profits obtained along with the luxuries resulting from trading to attract target customers. This violates the provisions of Article 10 UUPK and Article 28 paragraph (1) UU ITE which states: "anyone who intentionally and without right spreads false and misleading news which results in consumer losses in electronic transactions." The criminal liability of perpetrators who promote misleading investment products on the binary options platform may be subject to criminal sanctions as stipulated in Article 27 paragraph (1) and Article 28 (1) in conjunction with Article 45A (1) of the ITE Law.

Abstract

Digital signatures are a substitute for manual signatures that are electronic and have the same function as manual signatures. However, the development of digital signatures has not yet been realized in the world of notarial services, especially in the creation of authentic deeds by notaries. This research uses a Normative Juridical approach. Data was collected through literature research and using qualitative and descriptive analysis. Conclusions from this research, the implementation of electronic digital signatures has been implemented in a number of authentic deeds, but not all are allowed to use digital signatures, some are required to still use hanko or signatures in the form of stamps made of wood. However, in Indonesia the implementation of digital signatures is still unclear, which is why currently digital signatures have been implemented, however, their use is only in documents in the form of personal identity such as Resident Identification Cards, Driving Licenses, etc and Legal sanctions for criminal acts of misuse of digital signatures in Indonesia include forgery of documents which can be charged under Article 263 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. The perpetrator is threatened with imprisonment for six years. In Japan, the crime of misuse of digital signatures is regulated in the Cybercrime Law which was passed in 2011 and the Act on Electronic Signatures and Certification Business Act No. 102. However, the penalties that may be applied depend on various factors, including the severity of the offense, the harm caused. The government's efforts to prevent the misuse of criminal acts of digital signature falsification are by strengthening the digital certification security system, conducting regular audits on services that use digital signatures, implementing effective reporting and following up on cases by providing strict sanctions to provide a deterrent effect at the perpetrator.
