Abstract

This research aims to study the role of WhatsApp social network users in improving or breaking interpersonal communication between employees of the Samkyung Jaya Busana Garment Company. WhatsApp has become an inseparable part of everyday life, including in the work environment. The research results show that the use of WhatsApp can facilitate interpersonal communication between employees of the Garment Company Samkyung Jaya Busana. However, this research also identifies possible communication disruptions due to the use of WhatsApp. Too many notifications, ineffective group discussions, and constant changes in work schedules can disrupt employee productivity. Additionally, misunderstood or rude messages can create interpersonal tension. In summary, WhatsApp plays an important role in communication between employees of the Samkyung Jaya Busana textile company. Proper use and awareness of potential disruptions are essential to ensure WhatsApp contributes positively to communication in the work environment. By understanding the positive and negative impacts of social media use, businesses can develop appropriate guidelines to ensure effective and healthy communication between employees.

Abstract

This research aims to see the direct and indirect influence between the variables of organizational justice and organizational culture as independent variables and job satisfaction as an intervening variable and organizational commitment as the dependent variable. This type of research uses quantitative, this research was conducted at BPJS Employment Aceh Province. The population and sample of this research were 50 employees. The data source used is a primary data source and data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The research model used is path analysis with smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this research are that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Type This research aims to explore the use of Google Sheets as a communication tool in the context of integrated information systems at Mariee Konveksi. The data collected identified communication barriers between sections within the company, including suboptimal response times and delays in the availability of information needed by various sections. This research adopted a qualitative approach and took a descriptive form, involving staff from various sections at Mariee Convection who used Google Sheets as a data reporting tool. Careful planning for the use of Google Sheets is key in ensuring the smooth running of the integrated information system. This research explores the features and benefits of Google Sheets as a collaboration and data reporting tool. The results show that real-time data changes enable quick and accurate data access by various departments, improving internal communication and operational efficiency. As such, this research presents an important contribution to the understanding of how the use of up-to-date technology such as Google Sheets can improve a company's productivity and competitiveness, with a positive impact on faster product delivery, higher levels of customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth for Mariee Convection.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in an organization or company. In order for management activities to run well, companies must have knowledgeable and highly skilled employees and efforts to manage the company as optimally as possible so that employee performance increases. The type of research used was associative quantitative. The population used was 130 employees and after being scaled down using the Slovin formula to become a sample of 98 employees. The data sources used were primary data sources and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and surveys. The results of this study are job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Commitment can influence job satisfaction and employee performance indirectly.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of work motivation on employee performance with presenteeism as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative type of research, this research was conducted at the BPJS Tanjung Morawa branch office, the research population was 70 employees and the sample for this research was the entire population. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The data collection used was a questionnaire. The research model used is expert analysis and this research uses SPSS version 25. The results of this research are as follows: Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Presenteeism. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Presenteeism has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Indirect Influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance through Presenteeism.

Abstract

Advancements in communication technology in the field of education have greatly impacted the lives of students and organizations. The development of information management systems has helped organizations meet the needs of students by providing the information necessary for decision making and assisting organizations. This study used descriptive qualitative research and data collection from Darul Arqom Karanganyar Islamic Boarding School. Data analysis involves collecting all data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency in research, and presenting results in research reports. Management information systems help parents access school information, registration, payment methods, and student tuition fees through various methods such as banks, ATMs, or mobile banking. However, some parents still have difficulty using this information system due to lack of technology and difficulties in financial transactions. To address this problem, strategies must be developed to help parents understand the functioning of internet information systems, as technology will continue to improve human work. The results of the research create efficient functions for stakeholders such as administration, teaching, guardians and staff.

Abstract

One way to improve discipline and foster good cadet character is to do it on the basis of evaluation and mapping out what factors support achieving this. Many aspects affect a person's level of achievement and discipline, 3 of which are learning motivation, family factors and the educational environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation, parental motivation and the educational environment in official schools on the academic achievement of Medan Aviation Polytechnic Cadets as well as to describe the social competence of educators and caregivers in building the excellence of cadets at the Medan Aviation Polytechnic. This research is qualitative research, case study design. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis technique which was carried out comparatively. The results of the study prove that the adoption of parenting patterns of one another has a significant effect on creating an atmosphere of achievement and is able to turn the Medan Polytechnic into a cheerful campus without losing moral and ethical values and respecting each other both internally and externally.

Abstract

The existence of this research is to prove research and the influence of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance with HR Quality as an intervening variable with a quantitative research type. The research location is at the Medan Religious Education and Training Center. The population of this research is 72 employees and uses a saturated sample because the population is all sampled. Data collection by distributing questionnaires and primary data sources is also used in this research model using analytical tools and calculation tools using Smart PLS. The results of this research are. HR quality has a positive and significant effect on performance with an original sample value of 0.179 and a P value of 0.011. Punishment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at the Medan Religious Training Center. Punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Punishment has a positive and significant effect on HR Quality. Reward has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Rewards have a positive and significant effect on HR Quality. Punishment has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through HR Quality with the original sample of 0.051 and a P value of 0.086, meaning HR Quality is not an intervening variable. Reward has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through HR Quality with the original sample of 0.125 and P value 0.011, meaning HR Quality can becomes an intervening variable because it can influence employee rewards and performance.

Abstract

This research is aimed at testing the effectiveness of the Semarang FTA center consultation on the success of Central Java MSME exports. The problem in this research is the low effectiveness of the Semarang FTA Center program in providing assistance regarding the success of MSMEs in Central Java in carrying out export activities, this is shown by the small number of MSMEs that have successfully exported, namely 35 MSMEs out of 589 MSMEs that have received consultation. In this research, the research object is related to the problems to be studied, namely the effectiveness of the Semarang FTA center consultation on the success of Central Java MSME exports. The MSMEs studied are MSMEs in Central Java that already carry out exports. These empirical findings indicate that the consultation that MSMEs expect is more about financing and sales communication with external parties. The obstacles experienced by the Semarang FTA Center in the Central Java MSME policy to successfully export are: The lack of knowledge of MSMEs regarding legalities such as taxpayer identification numbers (NPWP) and several regulations, b. difficult access to obtain financing from banks and financial institutions. c. lack of assistance for MSMEs in improving quality, product competitiveness, governance and company management. d. Production area problems, including the lack of product standards, are an obstacle for MSMEs to penetrate the global market. e. marketing problems. MSMEs have limited information regarding market opportunities, minimal promotion, and limited digital and financial literacy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements as an effort to improve internal control at BPKPD Sukabumi City. The method used is descriptive qualitative with triangulated data collection, namely observation, interviews and documentation; and also data analysis techniques for data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results concluded that the internal control system for cash receipts and disbursements was running well, this was assisted by the implementation of the PANTAS and SIPKD applications to make it easier for users to produce information that was effective, efficient, transparent, auditable and accountable. Apart from that, it can also be seen from the implementation of the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements which is in accordance with Permendagri Number 77 of 2020 concerning "Technical Guidelines for Regional Financial Management", and Sukabumi City Mayor Regulation No. 76 of 2020 concerning "Position, Organizational Structure, Main Duties, Functions and Work Procedures" of the BPKPD. The implications of the results of this research prove the theory that accounting information systems can improve internal control systems as organizational structures, methods and measures are coordinated to safeguard organizational assets, check the accuracy and reliability of accounting data, encourage efficiency and encourage compliance with management policies.
